Just the magic that happens when classic flavors are made exceptionally well. No surprises. Just delicious. I've had cupcakes from plenty of other places that have built their reputations around them. Relish surpasses them all. That's not hometown enthusiasm talking nor is it a tourists "happy place" pink cloud fever dream. It's just the truth. I had never heard of a restaurant using shredded cheese on a burger so that was a unique experience. It was still good though. I asked for my burger cooked rare and they did just that. The meat was seasoned pretty well and the french fries hit the spot. I ordered two diet cokes that went down FAST and really washed everything down. I was happy with the service and I love that it's an LGBTQ+ owned business. The history of the restaurant is really sweet and I've heard that the owners of the restaurant will even come out to say hi to you if you ask to meet them. Overall it was a great dining experience and I would love to try more items on the menu in the future.
