Don the rep did not even pickup or touch any of the 5 screens. When I mentioned to Don this, his answer was he has been doing this for 28 years. Don it is time for you to retire. Quick response and next day service...what more can you ask for? Two screen replacements that fit perfectly. I wasn't sure what color to order and the service technician used the color that matched what I had. removed solar screens, broke them down, and put them in the dumpster. The west side large kitchen window on my house catches the afternoon sun with vengeance from hell. I Yelped 5 solar screen companies for estimates. Marlin Scott was the first to respond and provided the best prices. Some of the other companies took 5-7 days and at double the cost. You snooze you lose. Marlin was here the next morning to take measurements. He suggested that I go with an 90% solar screen rather than the 80% for only $20.00 more. I took his suggestion and very happy I did. He installed the unit the next morning. Marlin is a professional in every sense of the word with a winning personality as well.
