This place every time I come here always messes up my account. I didn't know I had loyalty points because unfortunately they set up my account incorrectly for the second time. And when I saw I had loyalty points today, I said well what are these points and can I use them. She said unfortunately not because your account wasn't set up correctly by our staff so it's set up right as of now. I said okay but I never got emails saying I had points to use and I shop here all the time so I should be able to use the points that I accrued. If you guys made a mistake on my account then that's yalls mistake, not mine, but I did fairly earn those points by buying all the necessary scrubs. She refused to acknowledge that they were there and kept steam rolling over me in conversation. She barely let me get a word in and tried to over talk me and thought talking faster would get her point across. Ma'am, it doesn't matter. If your staff made a mistake. Accept that and move on. I just want to be able to use my points. Not to be waived off like I don't matter. Which is what this lady always does. Very disrespectful and very rude. You would think if a customer has loyalty points they would be able to use them or at the very least be asked if they would like to use their points. "Not be told no you can't use them at all, maybe next time!" And then she said maybe you can add your employer, people get discounts that way. Like what does that have to do with what I'm asking you about maam. You would think if yall keep messing up a customers account and it is on yalls part, then you guys wouldn't make it so difficult on a customer. But here we are. read more

in need of a set of new scrubs I decided to stop by tonight, I was immediately greeted and helped by a gentleman by the name of "Jeff" if I'm not mistaking. He was very helpful and super sweet to my son. It was at check out that JODI THE MANAGER Insist she would help me check out. This place is great! Very well organized and a good selection of brands/price points. Picked up my first set of Grey's Anatomy scrubs and I love them. Additionally, everyone in the store was very helpful as I waffled between brands and colors. I did not feel pressured to buy more than what I picked out, and I have had that happen which is very awkward. I drove 45 miles one way to shop here and I will probably do it again as I add to my ever-expanding selection of scrubs. I wish I could give negative stars. No one was willing to help. All employees working there was just standing behind the counter not doing anything. All were RUDE. Then ROBIN the store manager calls me at 8pm asking why I gave a negative survey and then when I proceeded to tell her why she tries to cut me off while I'm talking. I have had to go to this scrub shop for my scrubs for the embroidery they do for my facility. The manager at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to get a different color scrubs bottoms for a position at this job and she was refusing to sell them to me because it wasn't the color that was affiliated with my job. I dread going to this location and have since chosen to not go back and give them service. The manager was nothing but unreasonable and rude. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by staff members Robin & Jeff. They were both very polite and helped picking out the correct scrubs for our body type. Horrible place. Just horrible. Placed a special order 6 weeks ago. Not one phone call. Stopped in last 3 weekends to check on that order. Nothing done and no answerers, other than I should come in... and we'll have the manager call you. Enter the next weekend visit. Spoke to the "manager". Fairly useless individual. After walking around and searching for 15 minutes. (All the while a line of other customers was waiting.) she came up with, this item should have never been ordered. Wanted to discuss it while. Nope! This absolutely the worst scrub store ever! I mean seriously! They sell scrubs but have a very limited stock and have to special order everything, which takes 4-6 weeks to get. Why are they even open?! The customer service is horrible. You do not tell customers what you see is what you get. So I am finding another store to spend my hard earned cash! read more

Wish I could give them no star at all. The sales person is very very rude with costumers. I walked in seeing the sale sign, guess what there was no sale, the sign was just there to attract the costumers. I walked in, the guy was on the phone. It took me 15mins to get his attention, he showed me stuff that i did not like, he was forcing me to buy stuff he wanted to get rid of. Will not go back again. The staff here is insanely rude! I am not usually one to write a bad review but I can no longer give the staff here the "benefit of the doubt". Why do I keep coming back? Because unfortunately my employer has a contract here with monogramming and forces us to use their services. The last straw for me was when I asked to see all the "approved styles" for my work after struggling at the rack for 10 minutes without an offer to help as she organized clothes. This lady literally huffed at me because she had to stop what she was doing to help a paying customer..... I had mentioned I knew there was a style that I couldn't find and she stated "well were out of a lot because people keep buying our floor stock... it's usually smarter to just order online." So i guess you're not supposed to try on before you buy them? When I finally found a set I liked I went to the front and literally stood there for 5 minutes when an employee (different one) continued to rack clothes after making eye contact with me standing at the counter ready to check out.. I left my purchase on the counter and ordered online. Unfortunately the business won't suffer the loss of a customer because I don't have a choice but to shop here & I guess that's why the employees think they can treat the customer like they are a bother. Best part is, every single person I talk to about this issue has suffered a similar encounter & have chosen to either drive to the dallas location or shop online. read more

Terrible customer service... I bought compression socks because my feet were swelling at work. Wore them around the house once to see how I liked them and they made the swelling worse so I tried to return them. The clerk claimed they were "worn" and she didn't think they could be returned. She mumbled something about needing to talk to "them" about it. I said well can I talk to a manager? She said I am the manager and so I asked who I needed to talk to and she could not give me a straight answer. They also took 4 weeks to get me my scrubs after telling me it would be a week max. I don't care if work gives me a discount or they are close to home, it's not worth it. read more
