Phenomenal Service, Meal and Ambiance! Alex set the stage w/ her excellent customer service while taking our reservations and welcoming us to the restaurant, followed by Garrett and David attending to our group while celebrating my son's birthday. Wait -- let's not forget the unique birthday firework sparkles and dessert they provided while singing Happy Birthday. Okay -- last but not least, the meal -- WHEW -- I am still full the day afterwards, but not a heavy full -- a full because of the food that was so delicious. For Daddy-Daughter dinner tonight, Dad and I went to @scuzzis1604. We were in time to enjoy happy hour until 7pm. Dad had Lemonade, and I had the Lemon Drop Martini from the happy hour menu. Not only were there drinks, but also plenty of food options for happy hour. The $1.50 Blue Point Oyaters was a steal, and we had a half dozen. We added the Shrimp Scuzzi, Eggplant Parmesan, and Ahi Tuna. The complimentary bread was great, too. All the dishes were generous portions that we didn't need an entrée. We made room for dessert. I had been eyeing the Spumoni for a while. I didn't realize it would be 3 scoops (pistachios, chocolate, and cherry) of ice cream! It was so good, we ate it all! Awesome Italian food with even Better service. We celebrate our anniversary and were surprised with a sparkler topped dessert. Also, one of our family members brought two infants, and the waiter was very patient with them. The servers went above and beyond for our group attentive, patient, and incredibly accommodating. The food was delicious, and they made everything so easy by allowing separate tickets and letting guests order directly from the menu. They also did not charge a room fee, which we truly appreciated, and the private room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our celebration. Everything exceeded our expectations!!! Dinner was lovely at Scuzzi's! The fresh bread and fried ravioli were the perfect appetizers. The service was always on point, checking in often and making sure our needs were taken care of. I ordered the baked ziti and it was good, but it is also the reason for the four stars rather than five. It was a little on the greasy side. The serving was very generous on the cheese and pasta side, but I would have loved a little more protein and a little less grease.
