Don't really know where to start ! No place for party of 3 only big group! I forgot it's hard to separate 2 tables push together ! Profile customer based on color of skin and the way they look ! The manager actually scream at me for having one of those bowl empty while 4 people walk in front of her with those same bowl full of crab !???? Server took drink order and didn't see until I ask for the check ?? No hush puppies no nut Cracker for crab!!for 140$ for myself and my 2 kids I got a nice food poisoning next 2 days . Went in with a party of 9 and after waiting for over 30 minutes we were seated at a table. The waitress then told us that the all you can eat buffet was $49.95 per person. There were no other menu options, buffet or nothing. We had already seen other people leave without eating and now we know why. All you can eat buffet should not cost over $30 per person. So we got up and left also. This place could make more money if they would lower their prices, and get better reviews. WORST PLACE EVER ! If i could rate this place no stars i would Let me start out by saying from walking in the door we should have walked right back out. We saw online that if we came in before 5:00pm that it was 2 for $39.00. We arrived right before 5:00 and were told we could not use that offer. Then after trying to ask about what was posted on their website. The manager said Oh well the coupon needs to be presented. No where on the website said that a coupon had to be present. She then said well at your hotel they would have told you and we told her we were staying at an Airbnb. She then kept repeating the price ($59.99)..We decided to eat anyways since we saw that they had good ratings. After sitting down our server was probably the only good thing about this place. Since it was now after 5:00pm the only option was the buffet which included all you can eat crab legs. The food was your typical buffet food and the crab legs were tiny but hey all you can eat so keep them coming. I went up and got a second plate of crab legs with 3 clusters on the plate. I ate the 1st cluster but when i when for the 2nd i notice two black hairs on the the top part of the cluster. My waiter was standing right there talking to my father in law and she apologized and said she would let her manager know took the plate away. I saw her walk into the kitchen with the plate then walk back out and went to the side office. After finding the hair i was no longer hunger. So i sat there while my wife and her father tried more things. While they continue eating the manager never came to the table in regards to the hairs found in my food. The desserts were bland and the soft serve machine was not working. When the server brought the check, my wife notice that nothing was done in regards to the hairs that were found and asked our server could she speak with the manager. 10 minutes later the manager came and she was very i mean very very rude. She accused us of putting hair in our food. My hair is extremely curly, my wife has very tight C4 curls and my father in law is bald. Several of the servers had straight black hair (no one not even kitchen staff wears hair nets). The manager then continue to say that we had an issue when we arrived so this was just a way for us to get free food. Trust me if we had an issue with paying we wouldn't have stayed. My father in law then proceeded to ask the manager did your server bring the plate to you which she acknowledged yes and he then asked so they why when this happened did you not come to the table. She avoided his question and continue to accuse my wife of putting the hair on the food. She then said because my wife was taking photos of the place that we were recording her and that was against the law and she would call the police. That they have cameras and she can pull the cameras up and show the cops that my wife had her phone out. Also saying if we did not delete the photos or video we took she would call the cops because we aren't allowed to do that. I then told her that the plate was mine, i found the hair and my wife was nowhere near the table when the hair was found. That she could look on her cameras and see that my wife was in the buffet area. Our server was standing right here talking to us and took the plate away. Now after saying that she then said well since it was your plate i will do something about it. But if it was my wife who found the hair she wasn't going to do anything. The managers name is Stephanie. She is very disrespectful and very rude. To accuse us of putting hair in our food and threatening to call the cops because we were taking pictures. Never have i ever been treated so low. She is the reason we will never give this place a try even if we did come back to the area Again the only good thing about this place was our server. She was very polite, gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. She was always checking on us and made sure our drinks stayed full and cleared the table when she noticed we were done. read more

My first visit to this seafood restaurant in Myrtle Beach. My family was here for our family reunion and seafood was the food of choice. Everyone different kind of seafood. This restaurant was located right on US 17 Kings Hwy, 5 minutes from our hotel. We arrived at 2:00 the waitstaff was very accommodating to our family. There was no wait and the food looked fresh. I normally never do community food/buffets but they didn't have any crab cakes meals on their menu so tried it. Wow food was delicious!!! I had crab legs , polish sausage, corn on the cob, fried okra, shrimp, wings, prime rib, crab stuffed noodles, mini crab cakes, fresh fruit and cake. I probably had more food than that lol. The crab cakes on the buffet were not real crab cakes but sort of a bake in a small aluminum foil was ok not real appetizing but over all worth the price of $34.99. We wanted to order either a child buffet or a kids meal and were told that it wasn't possible. Sadly, they sat and watched 3 of us eat while having nothing. Asked if i could pull up my medical record to prove. Denied again. The manager said it could be "faked". On a separate not i have a "card" from my medical provider (not with me on vacation) that i hand wrote my name on. That could be more faked than my medical record. No. Asked for a booth the girl said there were none. There were dirty booths and I told her we would wait but she just looked up at me and then to the person waiting to seat us and sent us to a small table not booth. Our server must have been related to the hostess. She was annoyed my husband ordered from the menu to the extent I told her he doesn't eat seafood. She only cleaned off the table once. I had accumulated 3 shell bowls of eaten crab legs. She never refilled my husbands tea. We had to stop someone. The crab legs were over cooked therefore hard to get the meat out and super salty. Such a shame bc we looked past the smaller scale and not as impressive buffet options but this just can't be overlooked. Second the womens bathroom was nasty as heck only 3 stalls and two of them had poop in them. and used paper on the floor, The severce was awlful the waitess was flirting with some guy instead of waiting on us. Her name was Christine. Had to wait 15 minutes for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. And the food shrimp and corn was so awlful and so chewy. They didn't have regular fries. Went here for our meal after my husband and I got married in the morning! It was pretty good, even though I'm not really a fan of seafood. Seems cliche - a seafood buffet in Myrtle Beach. But, I was pleasantly surprised. My husband really enjoyed the seafood, particularly the crab legs. The buffet itself was well maintained, fresh, and hot. It was particularly busy that evening, so getting the attention of our server for anything we needed was difficult, but understandable. It was the most expensive meal we ate all week and was the poorest food. The crab legs had set and soaked so you couldn't crack anything. Not that great a selection. We found this place in a brochure where we're staying. We love seafood and thought it would be a great dining experience! We made a reservation for 8 the night before we were expected to visit. When we first got there, there was a line getting into the front door. We got to the hostess desk and she looked flustered when we told her we had a party of 8, even though we had reservations 24+ hours ahead of time. Out waitress was very efficient, friendly and handled our big group very well. The food was mediocre at best. The mashed potatoes had an unpleasant taste but the baby roasted potatoes were good! The steak had a seafood flavor, not in a positive way. The steak pieces were small and over cooked. Although it was a fresh batch just placed on the table, the crab legs were cold! The mozzarella sticks were also cold, not gooey. The "seafood" was all deep fried, frozen food. Not fresh food you'd expect being by the ocean. We then attempted dessert. The ice cream machine was barely working, the ice cream was runny and the cake didn't taste good either. Other than the food, the place itself was decorated cheap and gaudy. They had a photo company taking everyone's pictures and offering them for sale. The photos were nice and we purchased them. Oh wow, the reviews are on the roller coaster. Yes, the buffet is high priced; I think the price is similar to the other buffets in town. I did not want so much food, so I chose to order off the menu. Yes, the menu is thin, but I chose the fried seafood platter. It comes with a side; I chose the broccoli. I was invited to enjoy the salad bar, which I did. It was ok, almost ordinary - you know the salads came from those bags we buy at the store, but they were a nice selection. I was quite surprised and pleased that the peel and eat shrimp on the salad bar were fresh and sweet. And, so nice to have fresh fruit as an option. I saw some of each item listed on the seafood platter on the buffet and dreaded that my plate would be harvested from the buffet. No, they were all freshly friends - a huge piece of fish, sweet and lovely shrimp, sweet-sweet scallops, meatly oysters. The crab casino was the only drawback - too much breadcrumbs.
