I stopped in for a business lunch, and the restaurant was packed, which speaks to its popularity. Because of the lunch crowd, service was a bit slower than I would normally expect, but it was understandable given how busy they were. I ordered the tacos, and they were excellent....fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served with a well-balanced side salad that complemented the meal nicely. Overall, it was a very good experience. I went to Seasons 52 with a big party of 11 for lunch. We had made reservations a couple of weeks back since we were a huge party size. I had ordered a 9oz pour of wine and when my server was trying to serve me the wine, they accidentally spilled about 6 oz of wine on me, my purse, and my friend sitting next to me. I got most of the wine's trajectory on me and my whole left side was drenched. The server may have said sorry immediately, I didn't hear it, but I was also in shocked from having a conversation with a friend to having a black of cold liquid poured on me. I had to ASK for additional napkin, as I only had the one on my lap that was also wet. Our server came back, and asked if I was okay and did say sorry. They also asked if I get cut? Physically, I'm fine, but I'm uncomfortable - My left side is soaked, I smell like wine, and you didn't bring the napkin I needed...so I asked again, may I please get another napkin. Now, I get it, people make mistake. Thankfully it was white wine, but I sat in wet clothes for over an hour to dry. We were there from 12:30p-3:00pm. I expected sometime during that 2.5 hour lunch for a manager to come swing by the table and just check in. Did they? Nope. Did my wine get comped? Nope. But is a complimentary wine what I expected? Nope. The only expectation I had from this incident was for an upper management staff to check in. Would I be treated differently if it was red wine instead? Shouldn't have matter either way. I'm completely disappointed in the way this matter was handled. This is not the establishment where I would expect this lack of service. If you want to know about the food, it's fine and consistent, but you pay a lot for the small portion size, and can get better and more food across the street, and you may not get wine spilled on you to boot! read more

I came for dinner with a group. We had the group menu with wine pairings. Service was great. That was never an issue. The servers were always friendly and helpful, and explained all the dishes well. Tomato flatbread - basically a small ultra-thin cheese pizza. Also just ok. Tomatoes were nice. Spinach salad - way too heavy on dressing and too salty. Cedar Plank salmon with risotto - fish was cooked nice but too salty. The risotto was just way overcooked and super mushy and wet. Big miss. filet mignon with mash and veg - steak was a bit overdone - medium, nearly medium well. It was still tender enough so I didnt mind. The sides were too salty. Then dessert was basically a s'mores in a shot glass. WAY too sweet. inedible for me. one small bite and i couldnt take it. Each course had a wine pairing. It was fine, im not a big wine drinker so I'm not including it in my review of this place. Plenty of free parking; its in a mall complex. Overall, mediocre food due to medicore execution but more importantly, everything was either way too sweet or way too salty. Not only does it make the food unpleasant but really unhealthy for you. Another great visit at this seasons 52 location. My wife had the watermelon salad, which was quite tasty as well as the grilled rainbow trout. I had the side brussels sprouts as well as the steak tacos. Everything was absolutely tasty and awesome and cooked perfectly. And were back for another review of my favorite restaurant. Everything on the menu is under 600 calories but somehow they fill the plate and it always taste unreal. Parking location is free and by a mall and movie theater lots of activities for dates. Server helped me choose a new entree and I'm happy he helped the pork was very tender and delicious. Came here for a work lunch. I was not very hungry so I didn't order the steak and lobster like I had originally planned. Instead I ordered the crab cake and the tuna tartar. Both were delicious! To drink, I ordered the Paloma and it was great. For desert I ordered the peanut butter and chocolate cup, and a cappuccino. I do wish the desert had more chocolate in it. Seasons 52 is a hidden gem!!! Although a chain, this is a restaurant I go to often because the food is always phenomenal. With everything on the menu being less than 600 calories, it helps me fulfill my need for a dinner out while still supporting my goals. They rotate some of the menu items to use fresh, in season produce which I love. The pepperoni flatbread is always a classic to order - crispy thin crust really does it!! I also love the wood grilled chicken breast dish for a filling but light meal. Our servers are always sweet and quick. I've never had any issues with service or my food. Tried this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday night for dinner. The menu changes as the seasons do. They have their Winter menu now. The food and service were excellent. The menu items are prepared in a healthy way. No fryers in the kitchen. We had mushroom bisque and grilled artichoke hearts with hummus to start For entrees, we had shrimp & grits and the filet steak over a salad. There is a full bar. Went here on a Sunday night with a friend hoping to get in and out quickly, instead the whole process took forever because the service was horrible. We sat at the bar, which was busy but not packed. The bartenders blew us off the whole time we were there and we had to call them over to get any help. The food was sub par at best, which was surprising because this used to be a great restaurant with quality food. One of the people had to finish eating early, and the waitress was able to take his order separately and bring out his food quickly so he could finish on schedule. The food is okay. Upscale chain food with a healthier spin. Not a foodie paradise, but good for ladies who lunch or groups where some people are more health conscious. Even though each individual dish is limited in calories, if you order an appetizer, main and dessert, you can leave feeling overfed. Which I did. I had the trout. Incredible service all around. My friend and I came to experience their filet and flight special and it was nothing short of delicious. Our waiter Katy was so attentive and went above and beyond for us during our dining experience. We tried the stuffed mushrooms and it wasn't what we expected or wanted so we ended up not finishing them, Katy noticed and asked if we wanted a box. When we decline she knew that we didn't really enjoy them as a result she took them off the bill without request or complaint from us directly. Great location for a nice lunch after morning shopping at the Westshore Mall. I went with my mom while in town visiting and we really enjoyed our service from Mat. He was very polite and a very nice server. We didn't order any drinks but saw plenty of people enjoying their business lunch with a glass of wine or a beer. We placed our order shortly after looking over the menu. The grilled artichokes with lemony hummus was light and healthy. The crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms were very good but not at all what I was expecting. They were served in an Escargot bowl with some sautéed spinach and chopped crab meat dip with a broiled small shrimp on top. I felt that the crab was not more than a half teaspoon and the mushroom was a sliver of a piece and not stuffed at all. It really should not be called crab stuffed mushroom eventhough it was rasty and I would order it again. Reservations are recommended at all times though we didn't have one, we were seated pretty quickly by a very nice hostess. They have a great lunch menu and happy hour start at 3pm. read more

Seasons 52 Thanksgiving Just came home with my Thanksgiving dinner take out. My daughter and I have made Seasons 52 a Thanksgiving tradition for over a decade - sometimes eating in and sometimes getting it to go. This year I am by myself so I picked up a dinner to go for just me. I got home and found my sweet indulgence was missing. Mistake 1. So I called the restaurant and told them and was told dessert doesn't come with take out only dine in. I said it was never that way before but ok. After I hung up I looked online and it certainly is there. Mistake 2. So I called the restaurant again and told them I was missing my desert and online it does say it's included. It feels very high end (and tastes that way too) but we all agreed it's really not that pricey for the quality. My friend ordered the same salad and we both agreed the only thing it was missing was a little more cheese. But, perhaps that's because it's a very health conscious restaurant? Stuffed mushrooms were not like any stuffed mushrooms I've had before. Each "mushroom" was a shrimp with some cheese substance and mushroom pieces? The cheese on the flatbread tasted old. I know cheeses and this one tasted "refrigerator old". Nothing that we had on the menu stood out as noteworthy. The wine was nice though. That and my companion were the saving grace. We've been to Seasons a few times and decided to come back for Valentine's Day dinner. We came with friends this year so it was a party of 7. Made reservations ahead of time via OpenTable. We had a nice table in a private little room off to the side of the kitchen. It was perfect. It took some time to be greeted by the server and she really wasn't attentive or pleasant. I ordered the grilled sea scallops and subbed the broccoli with green beans. I also ordered a side of the truffled risotto. For dessert I shared the key lime mini with the hubs. My scallops were very good and loved them with the mascarpone risotto they were served with. I actually thought the mascarpone risotto was better than the truffle one. The green beans were too crunchy for my liking. Key lime mini was delicious! They typically give bread while you wait. We had to ask for bread and given there was 7 of us, I asked for an extra basket for that side of the table. We also asked for a refill of the bread which we were only given 1 basket with like 4 pieces and it was like committing a crime asking for it. So much attitude from the server made the experience sort of strange. Good food but improvement needed in service, especially given you aren't paying for a cheap meal here. read more

Hadn't been to this chain in a while but it honestly delivers in several ways. We picked a perfect evening to sit outside. In Florida this is usually risky, but it was gorgeous out this evening. One of my old favs finally revisited. Been to the locations in Boca Raton, Ft Lauderdale, Bradenton and Orlando but first time in Tampa. It did not disappoint. We were seated right away in bar booth as requested. Ordered a lovely bottle of Lake Sonoma cab and dined tapas style on mushroom flatbread, tuna tartare and lump crab stuffed shrimp. Seasons 52 is a chain that I have been to in both MA and FL. It is consistent in both food and ambiance. The mushroom flatbread was excellent, light and crispy with large flavorful mushrooms. I would order this again. The mushroom bisque left me a bit underwhelmed. The crème was chunky and didn't come together with the bisque. Someone else at the table ordered the butternut squash which came with mushrooms on top, that would have been a nice touch on the mushroom bisque. read more
