I've ordered twice from them. First time back in June - food was good but came extremely late. Delivery time was supposed to be 35-45 minutes, ended up taking nearly two hours. Decided to try a second time today, ordered at 4:15, by 5:50 I still did not have my food with an estimated time of arrival being 5:15-5:25. Cancelled my order this time around and decided to place an order somewhere else because Christmas Eve hours and all, places were closing and I was not going to get left without food or cold food. Stopped by this restaurant and ordered some Chicken fried rice to go. The funny thing is I had a copy of the Menu prior to stopping. Once I got there the cashier charged me 5 cent more than what was on the Menu. When asked about the price different, she indicated, "The price had changed." I've eaten at about 5 of these restaurants throughout the years, some of them are hit or miss. This one is a hit. I usually order the Chicken Lo Mien, a spicy with a little gravy. Sometimes they charge extra for the gravy, sometimes they dont. This restaurant doesn't. My order is always fresh and tastes great. I once had some burned pot stickers and called back to let them know, I guess the lady on the other line recognized my number and answered "you just ordered, whats wrong" (we order alot). My next order I was given pot stickers for free and one free crab ragoon (because I'd mentioned I wanted to try them. 4 stars out of 5 because delivery takes a really long time! read more

I called to place an order and i asked for a dinner combo with chicken she did not say over the phone that they were going to charge $2 extra and Then i ordered a smoothie. my total comes out to $19 something i pay because im thinking maybe thats there prices i start looking at there menu they have there and the smoothie is 3.50 so in my head im doing the math and then i was like why is my total almost $20. which then she explained to me that $2 i was charged for chicken, and that the smoothies were 4.50. so i asked her to give me my money back or change my order because she didnt tell me she was charging me extra for those things and she said she didnt know i didnt know that they charged more. read more

This place is TRASH I ordered a shrimp fried rice spicy with no veggies and they delivered it to my hotel room. The rice was burnt tasting and it was not spicy. The last time I tried to order rice for delivery they told me my order had to be a certain price for them to deliver it. Which was B.S. to me because they changed it to be that way. Their fried rice is really good, but the reason I stopped going all together instead of just going in to get the rice is because they gave me major attitude when i asked why it was like that now. Didn't see the point of spending my money at a place like that. And it wasn't the first time they've given me attitude either. Solid Chinese delivery. Crab Rangoon - best I have had in burbs Veggie fried Rice - excellent!!!! Rice was NOT greasy. Good amount of variety of fresh veggies, which were not over cooked. That was a big shock for me. I even requested no water chestnuts and baby corn and they listened!!! Egg drop soup- could of had a little more scallions and spice/flavor. All food was delivered promptly and was piping hot. I recently placed a order at this establishment and they gave me the wrong thing. I ordered orange chicken and they gave me sweet and sour chicken. When I brought it to the attention of the lady at the front (Jane I believe) she said it was my fault for ordering the wrong thing. She said I need to pay an additional $.50. My husband heard me place the order and knew exactly what I asked for. She was extremely rude and laughed about it. I will not be doing business with this establishment anytime soon.
