I came here on Mother's Day which was my mistake because it was packed! Staff did a great job of keeping lines moving and giving us candy to keep us appeased. I noticed one open unmanned register near the door. I think they could've put one additional employee there for pre-packaged items that are being paid with card to avoid the line but I digress. When there was no other place that is close to heaven on earth this place is it. This is a classic chocolate candy store that you can go and either customize a box of sweets or you can buy pre-packaged sweet delicious chocolate. The staff was really kind and friendly and answered all my questions. It was a really inviting store. They were very happy to serve us and explain all the different flavors and the options for buying them. They also have several samples to but because of Covid they have to package them up and give them to eat outside of the store. They are different size Boxes in different shaped boxes for Valentine's Day. My favorite was a tuxedo hard it was beautiful it was a little bit of an extra charge though. They also have lollipops and some hard candy. They had smaller packages as well so someone can get less candy if they preferred. I was buying my usual every two week supply of sugar free lollipops and getting my grandchildren some of the their favorite chocolates, and didn't realize I had left my wallet. I live 20 miles from the store and by the time I got home and realized this, the store was closed. I was in a panic all night and when I called early the next morning Alex informed me that Brandon had found it and put it in the safe. I was so thankful that there are honest employees that work this shop. It is always so nice to go in and be met with knowledgeable, friendly clerks. The sugar free butterscotch lollipops are absolutely awesome, as is all the chocolates. It is also nice to try something different as they give you a free sample each time you shop there. read more

I stopped by after 5pm on a weekday with the intention of picking out a few gifts for some upcoming family birthdays. I usually just grab and go, but was met by a very kind and non-pushy but knowledgeable sales associate who greeted me and came from behind the counter to point out a few seasonal options available. I really loved how some items were paired up and decorated with a lovely seasonal cloth bow...but didn't like the docorated choices available. After I found what I wanted to purchase for one person, the sales associate took my choices and had them wrapped up in a lovely autumnal bow before I had even decided on my next selection. The store may be small, but the selection is not. It was joyfully decorated and staffed with a knowledgeable, courteous, and welcoming employee. The line here was short, and we waited about 10 minutes to get inside. Only 4 customers at a time permitted. Not bad really. Then parking was a breeze at about 6pm. There is plenty of parking here, and no River Park craziness. Once inside, everything is COVID compliant. The employees do their best to assist you quickly but without making you feel rushed. Still delicious. Came in on the day before Easter for a gift. The people were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. One lady helped me pick out some items and since they were out of baskets, she created a kind of bundle, added some extras, and tied it all up with some bows. I didn't get her name, but she was the lady closer to my age than the younger people working there. Learned something here around Valentine's Day: the people standing in the large line are picking out custom candy boxes. My mom had been bugging me to stop by See's candy and pick her up some of the Peanut Brittle she loves from there. So finally I managed to leave work on time and made there before closing which is 6pm. I got there at 5:45pm. I was instantly greeted by a young gentleman which I was expecting a sweet older lady! But it was refreshing to see someone young handling the floor. He assisted me in finding the peanut brittle and offered me a free sample which was delicious! They already had Valentine's Day festives out. The display appeared to have so many yummy goodies! It took every chocolate nerve to not walk off with boxes of customized candies. See's candies will always be a favorite of mine. I like mostly everything here, favorites are milk chocolate candies and white chocolate candies which there is slim pickings of. Everything is really good, another favorite of mine is the fudge it's creamy and delicious. The price of candies are a little expensive here, but you pay for what you get which is QUALITY here. Staff are always very friendly and they always offer you a sample. On my last visit the sweet older lady gave me three samples -loved it. During hallmark holidays they have gift sets geared towards that holiday and special gift wrap for those as well. Also you can order online or through the catalog. This location seems to get a good amount of business and is located near the Home Depot. You can buy per piece or buy the pound as well as several choices of already boxed candies. I grew up with See's Candies at our house on the holidays, my favorite thing when I was a kid was the butterscotch lollipops. Forever customer right here! read more

This is a great little Shop with some of the best employees. The place is much smaller then the clovis location, but the customer service is top notch. I've been eating See's candy for 27 years so it's obvious I'm a fan. I got my hair done across the street from this See's and was craving some chocolate. I don't ever go to this location but it was the closest to me. Walked in and the workers just stared at me, no hello or welcome. I looked at the boxed chocolates and no one asked if I needed help or wanted a sample. Grabbed my box and waited in line and they said "we'll be right with you" mhm.. the only guy working rang me up, he was nice and gave me a sample. Won't be going to this location again. read more

See's product is 5 star always, but the workers in this store are very unhappy people. They are the ONLY RUDE people I've encountered in Clovis. 2 different workers. One scolded me very angrily to pull my mask up over my nose, the other that checked me out was rude and abrupt. When I dropped my candy, I got a loud sigh, and no I didn't put it back, I bought it because I was intimidated by their attitude. No one asked "did you find what you were looking for"?, can I help you find something? It's like they hate their job and all people. I love See's, and this store has the most helpful, friendly clerks. I'm a big See's shopper, and this is my "go to" store. They are usually not too crowded if you go in the morning (hours are on Yelp) and shop holidays early. All See's stores change hours during the holidays. I've had expensive candy from all over the world, but you can't beat See's creams and their peanut brittle is the best! read more
