Ive been here twice and each time I ordered the table side guacamole, which is to die for. The guac is probably the best thing about this place next to their Pina Colada's. Last week I was there and I ordered a couple of items. They never brought out the complete order and if I didn't notice it they would of charged me for the ceviche I was never given. Today at work I made an hour for myself and coworkers. Again I ordered the ceviche and it was never sent. I called them back they were supposed to send it. I really enjoy eating here with my friends and family. I've eaten here several times and the food has been amazing. I especially love their pupusas and horchata!! I love Seis Vecinos, the new location is so beautiful and the staff are just as friendly and the food still delicious. Husband and I usually come here at least three times a month is just hat good. We placed an order on Monday for my daughter's birthday luncheon celebration with her office staff. Spoke to owner, Juan. He was very pleasant and professional and took my order and recommended several additional plates for a party of 20+. Initially her work place is outside their delivery range but offered to pay for delivery. My daughter told me today that the food was awesome. The staff and my daughter had high praise. One wrote, "Thank you and your family for such deliciosa comida!!" I really love Mexican food and other varieties they have there, but definitely they have a bad service. They treat clients like if they're not normal. I ordered a large order and they not only get my order wrong, they also took a long time to deliver my order and the food was so cold like if the delivery guy went to Antarctica and came back walking. When I called the restaurant to tell them that there were stuff missing and to please send it, they agreed, but 50 min later I called again and ask where was my food and the woman that picked up the phone call said "oh oh I'm going to try send somebody to bring your food, the thing is that nobody wants to go there". Worst service ever I love the food but I've had several problems with the people that work here the first time I ordered cheese nachos and went to go pick it up and literally I got home and it was chips and cheese nothing else so i went back and said something the lady then took the plate topped it with lettuce and gave it back to me so I had to go back down stairs for the 3rd time to ask what are nachos made with because no one was getting it right so then they had me wait a whole hour for nachos once again then the second time I ordered the same thing and I was told my order would be ready in 10 mins then 30 mins passed and still nothing then come to find out they gave my order to some one else so I had to wait for a whole new order which was ridiculous I really wanna love this place but after those 2 issues I dont wanna go back and it wasnt like I ordered a whole entree it was literally just nachos they definitely gotta do better. read more

The vibe is so warm and welcoming, the service was fantastic with a super friendly waitress who told us all the specials and encouraged us to try new items, and the food was delicious. $169.00 They included the tip on the bill. We got there and my sister and I said we both wanted Water and the waitress said "oh Are you guys on a diet?" I was just speechless. Since when is not okay to choose Water over a soda or whatever? Then the chicken tacos were loaded with salt! Oh my god! How do you cook with so much salt? The tortillas they brought were not enough for 2 orders and they charged us for the chips that were on the table. I will never ever go back to this place and you shouldn't either! Go to another Mexican restaurant that knows what they are doing when it comes to customer service! I do not see this business staying open for very long! Oh and at the end the girl that came to clean up the table spilled a Glass of water that wet my sister! There were plenty of tables emptied! Why couldn't she wait for us to leave to clear the table? Treating your customers with class is what would help your business to grow! They need lessons on it! It was a terrible experience to be there! Excellent customer service and food! Everyone there is your waiter which was okay with me. Also, the tip is included in your bill. Again the service and food were excellent! Very clean and well kept. I went here with about 4 other people and we were promptly seated. The waitress was extremely nice and prices were extremely reasonable. So everyone at the table ordered some pupusas and we received our drinks right away and 10 mins later our food arrived at the table. The pupusas tasted fresh and it was well seasoned and they were a pretty big portion as well! I would def recommend this place but the only down side is that they do not serve any alcohol so I would go elsewhere for some happy hour. read more

I'm a Resident in the Area and About 3 Years ago I tried this restaurant for the first time the experience and food was Great...I was Excited that their was a restaurant that I finally can enjoy,Until Today Me and My Family Decided to come here because it was Convenient and the Serve was good and Drinks were good,But I don't Know What happen, if it was Short of staff or the Chef wasn't passionate about his/her but we waited 55+ Minutes for our food I ordered 2 Texas Size henny colada's that taste like a Virgin drink and was watered down As We waited 55+ Minutes for our Food We gotten all our Alcohol beverages and juice for my son No Water was served and Not one time did my server Come and Offer water or Inform us that the kitchen is Backed up ,No apology and she didn't Have no Type of urgency to get My Child Food Out ASAP we had to wait 55 minutes for Chicken fingers and Fries I was Very upset and Then when my food came out Still didn't receive no water and I lost my Appetite and I wasn't Satisfied with my food I'm very sad for this experience I like this place when it first open now not so Much I won't Be coming here ever again not after today left a bad taste. read more

i absolutely love this place. I've taken friends and family here and they all love the food. Being born in Honduras this is as close as you're going to get to authentic Honduran/Central American food. The drinks are large and I love that because my favorite is the rice drink also known as horchata. I love the seafood soup and although I don't like clams fish or mussels in my soup I always ask for just shrimp and crab (they always charge me extra for the crab) that's one thing I don't like is when they up-sell your order. I get it it's a new place and it cost money to keep a business running I just don't like feeling like I'm paying extra than what I'm already ordering. If I asked for just shrimp and crab why can't they just give me more crab? Instead of charging me a whopping 10$ on top of the menu price and all I got was 4 crabs in my soup. One time I ordered 4 tamales and only got 3 in my order but was charged for 4. Place needs better organization but Aside from that the food is delicious so you can't go wrong with whatever you order. It's always best to dine in because the portions are not the same when you order take out. read more

To start off when placing the order over the phone their attitude is disgusting i spoke to "carol" so she says was her name. When i was placing the order she was rushing me gave me an estimate of an hour or more . When i went to door dash there estimate delivery time was 25 to 35 mins . I called back to cancel my order since it was a really long time and "carol" comes back on the phone and says why i want to cancel my order and i explain to her its to much of a wait time she then proceeds to say that its because of uber eats and doordash and grubhub that there wait time is over an hour. Which was a lie since i went on there apps to check she repeats this 3 times with a nasty attitude and says you seem to not understand what i am telling you i proceed to ask her name she stays silent and asks for my name i gave her my name and ask to speak to a manager and she said no one was available. I loved their food but now i am not sure if when i call next time my order will be as i order . They need to improve their customer service !!! read more

First let me start by saying I been here SEVERAL times because I am always hopeful for the best and the Food is actually really good here, but the service is TERRIBLE. Whatever system they have between them to wait the tables is terrible. They constantly bring food to your table that is not for you. One waitress who seems like the more seasoned one is WAY too aggressive, and then the other ones literally will take foreverrr for the simplest thing. My daughter had to wait 20 minutes for a ketchup and I told SEVERAL people. Then we went to pay for some reason they said my card was not working. I called the bank they told me it was fine so I hand the card to one girl and ask her to try it again. Then ANOTHER girls walks over asking if we payed! I tell her I handed my card to somebody. I literally had to stand up looking for the waitress with my card. When I see her she's literally taking orders in another table with my card in her hand, then she goes to hand me CASH. I said that is not my money, but that is my card in your hand. At that point I stepped outside to the ATM because I didn't trust them with my card. The food is very good, however, it does not counter the terrible service on the weekends. They have about 10 waitresses per table, none of whom apparently speak a word of English, rushing you to eat and for a stressful and pressured eating experience. It was crowded so I understand wanting to get us out, but the waitress trying to take my plate away mid-bite is unacceptable, and then when I told her to stop she told me she did not speak English or understand, luckily I do speak Spanish so that ruse on her part was unsuccessful. Also, they do not offer brunch on Sundays, and at noon on the dot remove all breakfast items from the menu, which is a poor business decision for any restaurant operating on a weekend. Also, the drinks are far too overpriced, and they do not offer any happy hour deals. As much as I like the food, the service is so awful and created such a stressful experience that I may never go back, even though it is a 5-minute walk from home. read more
