Authentic Ethiopian food. Injera and all the great stews. Not too spicy for this gringa. Owners are very nice and explain the food options.

Located in the Domain it sure is a focal point. The chandeliers in the inside transform you to an era in Paris you expect to see in one of the classic cafes back then. If you can't afford a trip to Paris come to the Domain and visit Sweet Paris. I got so stuck on the terrific drinks that I haven't gotten a chance to try their crepes but they do look delicious. If you love cappuccinos this place is for you but for all the matcha fans you got to try the iced strawberry matcha a super delicious drink. , also milkshakes are available. The service with an order counter is quick and they bring your food or drinks to the table.

The line goes pretty quickly then you get a number and it's self-seating. I ordered the French toast croffles, a side of fried eggs, and a chai. I asked for dolce de leche to be added to the chai, which they informed me was already sweet. When I got it, it actually didn't taste sweetened at all so I didn't drink much of it. The croffle was great, nice and crispy and paired will with the dollops of whipped cream. Not bad.

I've become one of those people. The ones who quietly drift…read moreaway from coffee and discover matcha... only to become completely obsessed. No regrets. And if my bank account would cooperate, I'd happily be drinking a matcha from Cafe du Bliss every single day of the week. This little family-owned café has completely stolen my heart. First things first--it's tiny. Like, blink-and-you've-missed-all-the-seats tiny. If your goal is to settle in with your drink, get there when they open at 9:00 because those seats disappear faster than free samples at Costco. (I've also noticed people walking in and immediately grabbing drinks that are already waiting for them, so apparently online ordering is a thing. My next personal mission is figuring that out because I clearly need this knowledge in my life.) Now... the drinks. Every single one we've tried has been exceptional. My personal happy place is their matcha lineup. The Strawberry Matcha? Outstanding. The Strawberry Cloud Matcha? Equally fantastic. The matcha is beautifully vibrant without that bitter, overly grassy punch that turns so many people away. The strawberry complements it instead of overpowering it, creating a drink that's balanced, refreshing, and somehow disappears far too quickly. I keep telling myself I'm going to branch out and order something different... but then I see that beautiful green matcha again and all my self-control leaves the building. The Banana Matcha Latte is officially next on my list. I also "borrowed" a few sips from my twins' drinks (that's what moms do). The Mascarpone Tiramisu Latte? Dangerously delicious. The Dalgona Brown Sugar Latte? Equally impressive. Honestly, at this point I'm starting to believe they simply don't know how to make a bad drink. The only menu item that didn't completely win me over was the Strawberry Banana Croffle. The croffle itself was lovely, but for my taste, the chocolate pushed it over the sweetness line. Without it, I think it would have been just about perfect. (For those wondering: A croffle is a Korean croissant + waffle dessert.) And here's the thing... One menu item that wasn't my favorite doesn't even come close to changing my opinion of this place. Not even a little. The drinks are consistently outstanding. The service has been warm every single visit. The fact that it's a family-owned business makes me want to support them even more. Finding a café that gets me genuinely excited to try my way through the menu is rare. Cafe du Bliss has done exactly that. Now if you'll excuse me, I suddenly have an overwhelming craving for a Strawberry Matcha...

My friends put me on to this place, and it did not disappoint!…read more This cute café is tucked away in the Arboretum shopping center in Austin. It's kind of hidden in a corner, so if you're having trouble finding it, I recommend using one of the large maps on-site to make it easier. I ordered the Banana Matcha Cloud and a Blueberry Croffle. After my first bite, I immediately regretted not ordering a few extra croffles for the road--but I guess that just gives me an excuse to come back and try the rest of the menu. If you're unfamiliar with croffles, they're croissants pressed into crispy, buttery perfection in a waffle maker. They're topped with an assortment of mouthwatering ingredients before being served, making for an incredibly aesthetic (and delicious) treat. They also serve warm, freshly made taiyaki with a variety of fillings that are just as tempting. This place stays busy, and for good reason. Even if there's a line, it's absolutely worth the wait. They move through orders quickly, the service is efficient, and the quality never seems to suffer. I left completely satisfied, and this spot has definitely earned a place on my list of cafés I'll happily keep coming back to.

THE BLACK AND WHITE: Ever since I bought a Nespresso machine, I've been coming to this Nespresso location about once a month. First to recycle my used pods. Secondly to try some new flavors out before third, buying some sleeves to go home. I like how we are able to try the special coffee flavors of the month. They're typically seasonal and my favorite out of the normal bunch is the rich chocolate. It smells like pure chocolate. My favorite out of the limited seasonal offerings is the strawberry vanilla or pistachio cream. THE FINAL BAMBOO: If you have a Nespresso machine, you will be frequenting this store often. Great place to buy coffee sleeves, merchandise, and try out coffee.

I've never been one to like flavored coffees, everyone that knows me knows, yet he got me to try the limited-edition pistachio....GEEZ, I ended up leaving with hundreds if dollars worth!!! Yes, it was THAT GOOD! You know what made it even better? Mixing it 1:1 with the Freddo Intenso, a little milk, a little sweetener, and plenty of ice. YUM!!! I couldn't get over how good it was, to the point where I was unwilling to walk over to Starbucks and get their humdrum coffee to take to the movies...but instead bought a bright orange thermos here so I can take 2 shots to go. As much as I don't like the set up in this store for buying things when you just want to get in and out, they have this weird system of basically taking a number by taking your name (should also offer an express lane for people who know what they want to just grab and leave), I did love the one on one service and patience I received from Wazi and then Natalie. Because of their patience, I walked out with far more than I intended. Originally, I was just coming in for seven sleeves of my regular basic Lavanto. How boring, right? The store is clean and well organized, and best of all the back room must also be organized, 'cause Natalie was happy to go and check for a new shipment of pods... since I bought everything on the floor, and she returned quickly with a case!! Minus spending a small fortune, I can't wait to return to this store. Personalized service makes all the difference when browsing!
