I checked in at the front, and went browsing for pods to purchase. I went up to a podium that had a menu of pods, (unbeknownst to me, this was also the check out area). A male employee said "you need to move so I can help someone", extended his hands and ripped the menu from me. I was beside myself and completely caught off guard. It was so bad, the employee working next to him immediately asked how she could help me today. She checked me out, and apologized for her coworker's behavior; "I am so sorry the way he dismissed you, he should not have done that, I'll talk to him about it." Mind you, not once did I mention her coworker's rude behavior, it was just THAT noticeable. He caused a scene for no reason. As I was checking out, I had a moral dilemma giving my money to a company whose employee did not show me an ounce of dignity. It felt inhumane. I am thankful for the nice woman who tried to rectify the situation.

There are also some rooms off to the back and side where you can host meetings or talk to someone about banking options with Capital One. I'm sure you also know this, but if you use your card at the coffee bar you get 1/2 off drinks. So normally getting something like we got would have been 14 something at Starbucks. Over here it was around $7.50 I would love to come back and see what different seasonal items are available during that time. The Gingersnap Latte I got was really sweet and tasty with that hint of spice throughout as well. You should seriously come here. Even if you only go once, you'll be really satisfied
