Breakfast was calling and this place caught my eye. It was everything I'd hoped it would be, delicious, friendly, and authentic. I ordered Migas, even though they were not on the menu. They were super sweet to accommodate my craving. The red and green salsas had the kick I was hoping for which is very important to me. Two of us got out of there very satisfied for under $20 which is amazing for a sit down breakfast. I'm excited to see that this charming place also has a drive thru! This place used to be La Paloma, but I stopped going due to poor service and food quality.However, last year, I decided to give it another chance under new ownership, and I'm glad I did. The staff now has a knack for cooking, and while the menu could still use some improvements, it's satisfactory. Without the talented staff, it would just be like the old Paloma.The ladies in the kitchen have a natural talent for cooking, evident from the first bite, especially with their delicious handmade tortillas.Parking might be a bit challenging, but it's definitely worth the visit. Delicious food, great parking, daily specials, and super clean kitchen. They have a drive through. Their flavors are authentic and salsa is spicy. I saw all of the soda options and they had sweets as well. We ordered simple food and the flavors were elevated and "done right". A new favorite for my family. Also the staff was friendly and the food came out fast and hot, made to the order. We ordered rice first for a toddler and they accommodated to share the plate before the other food. Drive through tacos that you can order at the window. What I like about this place as it's not super crowded and the tacos are really good with vegetarian options. The red salsa is a bit too spicy for me and the green salsa is perfect. I got the eggs and potato tacos for breakfast and ordered some Barbacoa tacos for everyone else. We were intimidated by the low reviews on Yelp however saw the good reviews on Google. Gave this place a chance and we were not disappointed. Wife and I each had the Quesabirria with consomé with rice and beans. Absolutely recommend! The rice and beans tasted homemade. The consomé is well balanced. My wife has noticed that cumin is overused in most consomés but this one was just right. The birria tacos are juicy and not over cooked, with a little crunch. Hectic morning running late searching for a quick bite with grandson wanting Micky D's but I was craving Tacos and luckily spotted "TACOS" and a DRIVE THRU!!!! Skeptical with a menu board difficult to read or see prices but as soon as I heard him ask for my order I just asked for chorizo and egg playing it safe but its an order of three so disappointed and too invested I opted for one taco of Carnitas one of Barbacoa and one of Pastor and my daughter just had Carnitas and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meat (no fat) and everything was nice and hot and so delicious!! A nice red salsa and that great avocado salsa was tasty with a little heat but more flavor that went well with the tacos! Love that they put the onions and cilantro and line on the side!! Their cashier has unfortunately been nothing short of rude every time I've been there. Has has acted annoyed as I've placed an order. At first I thought it was because I asked for a cup of water, so I started buying a bottle of water each visit. It didn't make any difference. He was still rude. Today he would not say a single word, like "may I help you or can I take your order?". Just a silence and a blank stare as if to say "I have better things to do than stand here and take your order."
