I have been a customer of Legend Auto Sales for over 10 years, and I honestly can't recommend them…read moreenough. Over the years, I've purchased six vehicles from them, traded in several cars, and used their service department multiple times. Every experience has been smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team is always kind, honest, and genuinely cares about their customers. They consistently work hard to get the best prices and the best financing rates, making the entire process easy from start to finish. I have never felt pressured, and they've always taken the time to answer my questions and help me find the right vehicle. The fact that I keep coming back says it all--this is now my sixth car from Legend Auto Sales. Their outstanding customer service, fair pricing, and commitment to making every customer happy are the reasons I continue to choose them. If you're looking for a dealership you can trust, I highly recommend Legend Auto Sales.

BUYER BEWARE: A good…read moremajority of the trucks on their lot have been imported from Canada. If you don't already know, Canadian roads are VERY hard on cars/trucks and often have rust problems. I almost fell into this trap. I was very close to buying a truck from them, but wasn't made aware the truck was imported from Canada until I was almost done signing for it. There must be some sort of law that mandates dealerships to disclose imported vehicles. I stopped the signing process and went and looked at the under belly of the 3 year old truck I was about to buy and it was completely rusted out. No deal! It would have been nice if this dealership was more up front about this. It felt sneaky. I should have done a better job of looking at CarFax instead of trusting the inspection report that was provided to me. It felt like the finance manager was trying to get me to rush through the signing process so I wouldn't notice or question anything. Later that night I went on their website and saw that almost every one of the trucks listed have been imported from Canada.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Lubin, a Sales Manager at the CarMax location in Renton, Washington…read more I was considering having a vehicle shipped to my city, but I had several questions that weren't answered in the online photos or description. When I first called, I spoke with Corey, who was unwilling to help and simply directed me back to the online listing. It left me feeling discouraged and uncertain about moving forward with the purchase. Thankfully, I called back and was connected with Lubin. He took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and make me feel like a valued customer. My wife and I had just purchased a 2025 Porsche Macan from CarMax in Henderson, Nevada, and Lubin's professionalism, patience, and willingness to help truly reflected the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back to CarMax. If you're buying a vehicle from the Renton location, I highly recommend asking for Lubin. CarMax is lucky to have him on the team. CarMax, please take good care of this guy. He's a great representative of your company and an even better person. Thanks again, Lubin. Cheers.

I've always loved the idea of coming here instead of a traditional car dealership. Back in the day…read moreI purchased a Honda CR-V here (different branch) and it was, just as they say, hassle free. My spouse, too, loves the fact that you don't have to haggle, don't have to deal with "sales" b/s - just pick what you want, like the price?, then get it. In this case, we were selling a car. That is also easy in/easy out. My spouse went in for an estimate a few days prior and then we took the car in to sell after that. Took maybe an hour total for BOTH appointments. The place was surprisingly gigantic inside and very quiet, with none of the constant sales-y buzz that usually inhabits dealerships. Staff was pleasant and efficient.

I am not the one to leave reviews usually but I would definitely recommend this dealership. Todd…read morewas amazing, professional and transparent from the start. He made this experience really easy. Negotiating was amazing and he was also just a good man to have a conversation with. Please work with this man he knows how to help and deliver with his promises. I would say I had a worse experience in the finance part of the process. Helen wasn't so easy to work with. She was pressuring us into buying an extended warranty they were selling it to me on a discount which wasn't a terrible deal. But she was almost insulting, just because me and my wife are young doesn't mean she gets to just talk like that. Went on a 15 min rant on why i should get the warranty after I said no like 20 times. Seems like she forgot the meaning of the word "no", then had the audacity say things like "if the car breaks who you are not gonna call?" And "do you know how to fix a transmission" transmission does not go out that easily. 0/10 experience on that side. Overall avoid Helen and work with Todd.

I fully understand what purchasing a vehicle "as-is" means, and I accepted those terms. However, I…read moredo not believe "as-is" should extend to items that were misrepresented. Before purchasing my vehicle from Rairdon Auto Sales in Auburn, I specifically asked about recent servicing and an electronic issue I had noticed. I was verbally assured that the vehicle had been serviced, including fluids and filters, and that the electronic concern had been inspected by a manufacturer's dealership and confirmed to be normal. After the purchase, the issue persisted, so I had the vehicle evaluated by an authorized dealership. They confirmed there was, in fact, an electronic issue and noted several maintenance items had not been completed as represented, including low or dirty fluids and an unchanged engine air filter. I chose Rairdon as a large, reputable dealership because I expected a high level of honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. For future buyers, I would strongly encourage independent verification of any claims prior to purchase rather than relying solely on verbal assurances. Reputation matters, but it ultimately relies on the integrity and follow-through of those representing the business.

I came in to GT Auto because I kept getting things in the mail saying I qualify for the vehicle…read morethat I wish to purchase but when I got there I couldn't get the vehicle that I want the person that was handling me his name was Troy Troy told me that I qualify for a vehicle the vehicle was a 2014 Honda Civic I didn't want the car and I didn't want to do the deal Troy insured me that this is a program that he's got going on if follow through with this program you will establish credit the program was to make six payments for 6 months of $355 come back after 6 months and I'll put you in the vehicle that you like. I came back to talk to Troy on the 4th month explain to him that I was getting letters from the bank my principal was up to $785 Troy told me don't worry about paying on the principal. Just make your payments on time for 6 months come back and see me just make your regular payments don't worry about the principal. So am I six payment I came in to talk to a salesman named Tony Tony told me that my credit score is high enough for a 2019 BMW X5 m50i. Tony runs my credit comes back and tell me that I need 4,500 down to make the deal.I asked why he said I still owe on the Honda I told him what Troy said to me he said I'm sorry you was told that but until you come up with $4,500 I can't do nothing for you my total loan $15,800 they added on gap insurance and car theft just to get more money for their deal not happy I recommend going somewhere else for a vehicle these people are bad business. I'm over the fact that I got stuck with a car that wasn't what I desire but it's the fact that I got lied to just so he can make a sale plus add features that I didn't need to get more money out of me I was done wrong and taking advantage of I've always purchased a car through private or in-house my first time dealing with GT Auto bad experience.
