Made an order for pick up. Went to pick it up and by the time I got home, I opened the order and it was literally half of what I ordered. Called them back guy on the phone apologized and said he gave me the wrong order and said he would credit me for a future order. Given that it was late I agreed. The guy said to just give my phone number and that the issue would be resolved. Next time I called in. Just called back to take him up on that. New guy picks up, is clearly annoyed at the request. Asked me 10 different times if I remember the guys name. This was two months ago so of course I don't. He refuses to look up. My phone number gives me grief and completely brushes me off over a nine dollar order. When clearly it's not my fault it's theirs that their system is messed up. I've been eating at the restaurant for 10+ years now. Why the hell would I make a big giant fuss about a nine dollar item? All I wanted was a make good on something. It's not my fault your system messed up. Love Seniores Pizza! This is my first time dining in. My order was the Seniore's Burger Special $14. The service was excellent. The young man behind the counter was helpful. They don't have complimentary water if you dine in but bottled water is available for a charge. You can also order via ipad. They were busy on a Saturday night and my burger took over 20 minutes to come out. They serve it via to-go containers even though I told him it was dine-in. So, not a great place to bring a date. The patty was dry. At least it comes with a lot of ketchup and mayo packets to make this edible. My mouth was really dry from the lack of water. Fries were good. The Seniore's Burger didn't come with the usual burger stuff like lettuce, tomatoes or onions, instead it had grilled mushrooms, onions and bell peppers. Next time, I'll just order a cheeseburger which comes with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Kind of unsatisfied, I ordered a medium Pesto Chicken (Pesky Chicken) $28 for to-go. That's my jam. read more

I was in SF and thought I'd give this location a try and was beyond disappointed. I'm writing this review because I know this place has potential to be good and it's clear quality control needs to be evaluated by manager/ owner. Inside cleanliness of pizza parlor: Smells like dirty floor & some horrid cleaning product. Pizza: ordered a classic pepperoni half white sauce and half classic red sauce. This did not taste anywhere near the quality I'm used to eating at seniores. Everything tasted off and myself and person I was with had stomach aches after words. I ordered a pizza for my family on July 4th and was met with a lukewarm response. The guy answered the call fairly unprofessionally, but wasn't expecting much since it's a pizza joint. The kicker here is what grinds my gears. My wife picked up our pizza and the guy was stingy as hell when he asked if we needed plates. Who asks how many plates you need for a pickup? On the top of that, we found out this guy tipped himself for a pickup order on your bank account! Needless to say, there are sooo many other places to get pizza from an honest and friendly business in sunset or SF for that matter. Oof, a classic from back in my days, the college days! This is most definitely an SF staple for the west side of the City; SF State students, families and all others living on this part of SF. I recently ordered from DoorDash and was 100% satisfied with my meal. I got the Seniore's Special in small with a side of ranch and it being the City, price was higher for a small pie, ran me about $30 for the 2 items. Nonetheless, it did not disappoint! Perfect amount of veggies, meat, cheese and sauce, dough was ehh but even it being a small, very filling and enough to last me for leftovers! My husband always brought Seniores pizza home , but I have never eaten inside. My daughter and I were so hungry and was confused when we heard my husband order us a slice each, then we saw how BIG the slices were! You beat a slice of pizza as big as both my hands for $5 and it taste good. We wanted to order wings and fries but they were so back up on orders, that we were told it would take 20-30min before we would get it, so we stuck with pizza. 20 years I've been eating here. Tonight was the last time. Their new automated phone system is horrible, it can't understand a simple order. I didn't receive a txt to confirm my order or get pick up time. After 15 mins I Called. And asked to talk to a person, to get my order status. Automated system put me through to a person. The person hung up when I asked about order status. I called back, asked to talk to person, it would ring once then get sent back to automated system. I repeated this for two mins. The person in the store kept sending my call back to automated service . Then they hung up again. I called back again and got hung up on the first time the call was sent to real person. If you can't talk to your customer- I won't be your customer any longer. Plenty great pizza around, I don't need to eat ok pizza just to support this local business anymore. Bye read more

Ordered an extra large seniores special pizza. This pie was stacked with a lot of toppings and every bite was full of flavor! It was probably the best pie that I've had from seniores because everything from the crust to the sauce and toppings were perfect. If you're stopping by for a slice, here's a tip from someone who's given this place way too many chances. Stick with cheese, maybe pepperoni. It'll be decent for what it is. That is what they have available - cheese pizza, with toppings they'll add to order. If you order any other kind, they will place toppings on top of the cheese pizza they have waiting - generously, I'll give them that - and then sprinkle that whole mess with more cheese to sandwich all those toppings on. It's heated and served and what you get is a rather unappetizing mess, with cold toppings in the center of this fat pie of a slice. When you open up all that cheese with a bite, you might get a gush of water, from the thawed frozen veggies under the cheese blanket Three stars bc their actual, freshly made whole specialty pies can be good, made properly..perhaps only if your family nostalgically loves them, but really they're worth a try if you live somewhere in delivery radius. They're not *good* compared to the *actual* pizza you can get in sf (Gioia, il casaro, Tony's, outta sight....) but if you're in the mood for something solid and American, you'll have a good time and lots of leftovers. read more

Came here after a late-night flight and thankfully this place stays open late! I tried the Seniores pizza, fettuccine alfredo with chicken, and garlic fries with some friends. The pizza and fries were soooo good, however, the pasta needed some work, but I honestly did not expect it to be that great from a pizza place. This place is a good late night snack in the Sunset neighborhood. The place is a little quiet and definitely a place to chill and hangout but can seem a little sketchy depending on the time of day. Got an extra large meat lovers pizza which was pretty expensive, so I would recommend using a discount if there are any. It was fairly standard pizza nothing too standout and the crust is really thick but not undercooked thankfully. The service is a little bland and matches that of a fast food chain. We received this coupon ad here at our new address for Seniores and we were excited about ordering a 2 topping pizza for $24.99 with "Mario's Special". I call them and tell them I have my coupon and apparently they haven't accepted coupons for months even though they are mailing out coupons that expire in June 2023 If I have a physical coupon for their specified location, the courteous thing to do would be accept it. read more
