Wow the menu board doesn't have any prices! I've been coming here for years. I don't feel I should have to ask for prices when they have a menu board!

Leave the cooking to Senor Baja when it comes to fish tacos and ceviche! This family business is a favorite among locals in the area. My go-to are their Fish tacos. I've tried their Shrimp tacos too, but the light breading on the Fish is meatier, good portions and tasty. Wednesday is the best deal for the Fish tacos at $2.99 each. One Fish tacos and a small ceviche is filling and delicious. The Tostada shells, sliced avocado, and salsa is packed separately. Build your own tostada with hot sauce or their whole fried yellow chili peppers makes a fantastic meal for less than $15.00 * The restaurant is very clean; * Staff is friendly; * Dine in or take-out * Open breakfast, lunch or dinner * Hours - 9am to 9pm, six days a week (closed Sunday). Bring the family and friends!

Food was great and they clean the shrimp. Service was good and they were kind. I will return with my family.

Senor Baja is the only thing that comes close to Taco Nazo fish tacos if you can't get over to it! There fish burrito and shrimp cocktail is good too, but I mostly come here forever the fish tacos (Special on Wed) oh and the Horchata! LoL Service is always quick and friendly and the ambiance is just your basic store front eatery.

Saw this place while picking up Domino's next door. So I decided to give it a try. It was really good. I rolled up, only a few people were inside, so I was a little skeptical. But I trusted the Google reviews. Wednesday is Fish Taco special day for $2.99 a piece. I got three and a small shrimp cocktail. Now I was definitely coming in thinking how can this be as good as Taco Nazo or Baja Cali, but let me tell you, it definitely is head-to-head with them. You can almost compare the three of them as apples to oranges to grapes because they all have their own flavor. The fish tacos were fantastic. Fish was just fried, so it was super hot, no fishy taste to it, the toppings were crisp and refreshing, and the tortilla nice and soft and I would say a little pillowy. Add lemon and salsa and wow. Some of the best fish tacos I've had. The shrimp cocktail was great. Freshly cut avocado. The shrimp meat was bouncy and plump, like they picked some healthy shrimp. And the cocktail had the perfect saltiness and tang to it. Would get that again. I wonder if everything was so freshly made and made to order piping hot because they are just that fresh or because I went at 3pm when restaurants are usually dead so they didnt have food already premade to sell and had to make me some hot on the spot. Great place. Great food. Will take my friends here.

4 years since my last review and the fish tacos are still the same! Everything tastes the same and was so good!! I ordered 4 fish tacos when I should have ordered 2. They were so filling and I made some left over. Unfortunately I missed out and didn't get the big yellow chilis. That was a bummer because that makes the meal. My sister said it's prob because we ordered 45 minutes before closing but idk. I understand it's the end of the night but I felt like the guy working the cash register looked annoyed or like he didn't want to be there. Again I get it's the end of the night. I just left like if they didn't want to take orders maybe tell someone. But I gave them 5 stars for the food. The inside of the restaurant was clean and there was tables and chairs to sit inside and eat. If you want some good fish tacos this is the spot to go to.

Great and fresh food every single time. Prices are very affordable, service is first class and the small restaurant is always packed as a result of the great food The vibe here is relaxed and chill

Has anyone tried their shrimp burrito? Is it any good?

My husband loves their shrimp burrito..gets it every time we go there. On the rare occasion that he's given me a bite, I thought it was pretty good too. This is for the regular shrimp burrito - we have not tried the grilled shrimp burrito.

Thankfully we were able to detour from Anaheim on our way to LAX. Special shout out to the dedicated staff who graciously accommodated us and allowed us to sneak in a bit early in order to fulfill our cravings and still make our flight on time. I grew up going to Casa Moreno since the original spot in 1995, you can say it's home for me. My kids have therefore grown up visiting it every chance we get when visiting our family in the area. We generally all share and pass our plates around in true family style because we can never decide which all-star traditional plates to order. This time, the kid's quesadilla, 3 Amigos, Steak Fajitas, Chicken Flautas and Machaca made the cut. The look on my son's face when the sizzling platter was headed his way was just as magical as seeing him hug Chip and Dale. Every single bite warmed our hearts and filled our homemade food starved bodies. Casa Moreno is undeniably the greatest Mexican food that Los Angeles has had to offer for over 30 years. Their traditions span throughout three generations and the second you crunch those warm chips covered in their "Chilanga" salsa, you'll be hooked. The best part is that my local family is always there and pleased to come sit with us. We are all unfortunately spread apart across the country but Casa Moreno will always be the place that brings us together. Our shared experiences and memories there always make it HOME. Thank you Casa Moreno for all the sacrifices and hard work to stay around this long, it is very much appreciated by this LA girl living in Hawai'i.

Typically, El Picosito formulates their burritos w/ the protein of your choice, beans/rice, cheese, onions/cilantro and hot sauce- I made only one change, pivoting from the hot sauce to sour cream. My burrito was good sized, filling and quite toothsome, a rib-sticking, finger-licking meal. While I canmot affirm if they're "a lil bit spicy," they are a lotta bit tasty.
