I stopped by this new Alpharetta location for dinner and saw the self-service tablet station to order and pay. I perused through the menu and everything is a la carte. There are no combo meal deals like other fast food restaurants. I decided to get the original single cheeseburger and a vanilla shake and my total was around $13 with no service. I passed on the fries, because they are not that good--I much prefer if they offered onion rings. During my visit, there was no customer service to speak of and I didn't interact with a single worker there as everything was through the tablet system and then you pick up your order upon receiving a text message. I've been there twice since they opened. Both times were busy, but not so busy that I couldn't get a table. There are a handful of tablets for you to place your order yourself, or you can wait in line and order from an employee. Ordering on the tablet is super easy btw. The food both times was solid. What I would expect. I don't love their fries, they need to be cooked another minute or two for crispness IMO, but their burgers are good. My daughter loves the buffalo chicken sandwich. The shakes are good, but borderline too runny. They offer refills on the specialty lemonades, which is nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful both times I visited. I come to this location often, as it's an easy drive and I like good food. When it's hot, it's absolutely delicious! Another plus--I don't think I've ever had to go back because any part of my order was incorrect. Warning for app/online order placers--you'll be given a pickup time window, and the confirmation email says to come up within 5 minutes of the window if you haven't received a text. If your window is 4:30-4:35, be in the drive through by 4:35. The last couple of times I waited the 5 minutes (especially if it looks busy) and my food was getting cold and my drink was watered down. Food is okay... service is pretty iffy. I am okay with them not offering drive up but if they is the case, they need to be more responsive about the online orders. I placed an order in the parking lot and it told me it would be 20 minutes for two shakes. That seems excessive. Another time, i ordered ahead and drove up and again, my shakes were sitting ready to be given to me but I still hadn't been prompted by the app. They need a better hand hold between the app and the store.
