Alright, let's talk about this new burger joint, Shake Shack. Soon as you walk in, the vibe is chill--got that cool energy without trying too hard. Staff is on point, keepin' it smooth while making sure you know what's what on the menu. The setup feels like a spot you can post up with friends or just grab a quick bite solo. Now the burgers? Man, juicy and seasoned right, with fries that actually hit. The whole ambience makes it feel like more than just fast food, it's a spot worth pulling up to. Until next time Yelp #Allin

The next time I have to wait 20min in the drive thru...I'm going to drive off and not pay or get my order! Then the burgers had the nerve to be smashed! Fries nasty!

This was my second time having shake shack and they had a limited edition Dubai shake. I opted for the mushroom burgers and it was delicious. The Dubai shake was worth the hype! It wasn't overwhelmingly sweet and it had a good amount of kanafeh in every sip!

Went there today to order a double shack burger. When I got home, the meat was cold, hard, and crumbly. Definitely didn't look like a double. I've been to several shake shacks, even in another state and its normally good. This was inedible and I took it back. They just put the crumbly meat on a bun. Shake Shack management should do surprise visits to this place.

Tried this place for the first time and my immediate reaction was...it was expensive for the amount of food provided. The taste was average...service was quick and staff were polite.

This place is definitely overhyped and overpriced. The food is subpar. Fries taste like frozen crinkle cut fries that's better made at home. The milkshake is custardy. Definitely not a place I'd ever choose to return to.

This was my first time at Shake Shack as a new location just opened by us. My son has been wanting to go and we tried to go on Saturday evening but it was completely packed, which was understandable considering it's only been open for about 2 weeks. We decided to come back at opening time on Monday instead to avoid any crowds, and a few others had the same idea. I really like the clean, modern and simple atmosphere here. We used the kiosk to order and it was really easy. It seems like they have a lot of promo codes on the website, so be sure to check there before visiting...I ordered a free bacon avocado burger. While waiting for our food, an employee came to tell us that they were out of the shake I ordered, but she offered a substitution and gave me a $5 coupon for our next visit. Our food was delivered in about 10 minutes and could have been a little warmer than it was. My son and I both thought our burgers and shared order of cheese fries were decent, but we prefer other places for this type of food. The shakes were great though. I don't think I will go out of my way to come back, but I would absolutely go if friends/family suggested it.

They are working through grand opening pains which I expected but what I found in my chicken tenders was disappointing. See picture. I'm hesitant to try this place again even though the manager gave a coupon for two free sandwiches.

What was suppose to be a Korean BBQ burger, but wasn't ‍

It was my family's first time at this location since we moved from Las Vegas, Nevada and I have to say that I didn't enjoy my experience, ordering from the drive-thru. All I ordered was a single patty Korean BBQ burger. I ordered it with added bacon, avocado, and lettuce and an Oreo shake. Coming out to a hefty $22.24. At first, a lady handed me it, saying I ordered the crispy chicken version. We said no we ordered the burger version. She came back to window and asked single or double? We said single and that the man ordering the burger in the first place asked the same thing and we ordered single. Then we received the burger and started to drive off, my husband said to check because it felt light to him. Lo and behold, it was now missing the patty! Now we had to drive back around and wait in a line just for the patty! We tell her at the intercom and she laughs because she also thought it was a weird error for the kitchen. About 10 minutes later we get to the window and she says sorry and hands a couple $5 off cards and says she added a free fry, but my goodness that's a lot to go through for a $10+ burger. Then I take it home and realize the burger has raw onion even though the menu said it had crispy onions and even the picture for it has the crispy fried onions and no BBQ sauce really BBQ sauce. My goodness, an unhappy experience for an expensive burger.

Order was incorrect, burgers were overcooked and burnt. Staff unfriendly. I hope this location can get as good as the downtown location

Very cute spot to stop in and grab a coffee in downtown Naperville! My boyfriend went to UofM and…read moreinsisted that it's an Ann Arbor staple and said that we had to check it out! He got an iced mocha and a tiramisu for us to share. The tiramisu was really good - the right amount of whipped cream and the lady fingers weren't too dry. He really enjoyed the mocha and finished it super quickly. Lots of seating in the cafe and the staff were super friendly. Overall, solid little spot and I'd definitely recommend if you're in the area!

I love that the amount of sweetened condensed milk was just right where the coffee didn't end up being too sweet. I do want to point out that the drink didn't seem like the strongest coffee around, and the taste closer resembled tea with a little milk added. I should have gone to the Vietnamese coffee the cashier offered! I also tried a piece of their sour cream coffee cake. Warmed wonderfully, and with just the right amount of sweetness, crispness, and just a little tang from the sour cream. This was terrific, and something I would absolutely get again. The vibe is classic with lots of wood, and plenty of comfortable seating. However, if you choose to take advantage of their WiFi, you are asked to buy a drink first, and then every 30 minutes after an hour. I understand where this comes from, and it serves as a deterrent from someone buying one drink and spending a working day in here. However, it also makes Sweetwaters seem like less of a spot to chill and catch up on Yelp reviews (for e.g.,), as I'd have to set a stopwatch to not break the rules. Final verdict: while the Dragon Eye could've had some coffee flavors, the coffee cake helped bring the experience up. While the vibe is classic, don't expect to sit and work without keeping the drinks coming.
