These are double cheeseburgers, and if you've experienced it, you know that everything is now incorporated with the cheese, and won't be properly removed. He said that he needed a manager, and called someone from the back (who I assume was a manager). The girl from the back was clearly giving me attitude off the bat. (I say "I assume she was the manager", because she didn't introduce herself as such, and I didn't get her name, but she made sure to stare at me with daggers in her eyes through our entire interaction.) I explained my situation to her, and she responded condescendingly with "that's the way that five guys makes their burgers." I told her "I know that, but each time I've come and ordered 2 "individual" cheeseburgers, I've gotten 2 single cheese burgers." I mentioned that there were the original burgers that she could take back, to which she answered "We can't throw any thing away back here. you have to throw it away yourself" I mentioned that there was a second burger that had somehow vanished behind the counter.
