Quick bite with my boys who wanted to try the hot ones burger it was ok but they were looking for a hotter experience

Me and my family will not be going back this establishment. I ordered through The kiosk which is a pretty neat way to order instead of going to the counter. Once I placed my Order the kiosk informed me that it would send me a notification when my food was ready so I proceeded to wait in my car. I waited for close to 20 mins for a text to let me know my order was done. It never came. I went in the see if my order was ready and the girl that gave me my order was passive aggressive and rude. I asked her why I never got a message that my order completed and she shrugged her shoulders and told me "it works sometimes." I find that hard to believe. To be honest the food wasn't good either. So that's leaves bad food and bad customer service. read more

Solid location serving the quality shake shack food I know and love. However, one minor note is I enjoy using the computer in the store to order my food. It then asks for your phone number so they can text you when the food is ready. I can then leave the store and shop around. However, I was not sent a text. I did receive the initial text that I would receive a text when food is ready. It would be great if you were consistent texting people so we can get our food hot. Thanks! read more

Shake- 5 stars, super tasty! Burger- 3.5 stars, good overall, a little dry and not much flavor to it, adding mustard and ketchup fixes that for the most part Fries- 2 stars, they were colder than room temperature, felt like they weren't fully cooked, and had very little flavor to them read more

Food is good but everytime there's an issue. First time my food was made wrong. The second I ordered through the app and they lost/ gave my food away to the wrong person so I had to end up waiting the 10 minutes inside anyways which defeats the purpose of the app. read more

The team here has such a welcoming and friendly personality that they'll warm up your appetite even before the food will.

The veggie burger was spot on!! Amazingggg! Love that they have so many options and the fries are good! The restaurant gets busy but the staff handles it well. I love that they have stuff for dogs as well! I'll need to get some next time for my dog :) Awesome place! read more

This is my third time at this location. Burgers are incredibly good large patties juicy fries and a milkshake and both were excellent Dallas. I'll be back many more times to come. I also recommend the chicken sandwich - which we had last time. Really cannot go wrong with anything on the menu! read more

Always check your order before you leave because it is rarely correct. So annoying to be missing a sandwich or receiving the wrong meal entirely to find out when you get home. When I called to complain this last time, I was told I could come back to get a credit. Really? I have already been inconvenience and now I am expected to return to receive a credit? Something is very wrong with the operations of this location. Beware. Check your order thoroughly as if you are dealing with novices. read more

I would like to commend...BRIAN! He was personable, courteous, and every other word that goes with a manager/employee/whatever he is @ shanked shAck. He gave me a mask since I left mine @ home. He would come out to the porch from time to time to make sure my friend & I were doing fine during our dining experience. Brian was a perfect 10, even to the end of our desserts! Really underwhelming. Price was extremely high for burgers. Cost me $29 to get two burgers two fries a shake and a soda -2 stars there, I could have gotten 2 steak meals for that price. This set the bar really high for expectations. It was probably worth $17-$20 for two people given the location. -1 star for having to ask for a straw when you order a shake. It's a really gimmicky way to act like your being green when you put plastics spoons, forks, and knives out. Overall though the food was a little better than decent when compared to most burger places. If price is no object as for many people who live in the area it is probably worth a visit. read more

I don't know if it was just a bad day for this location or if service is always this slow. Had to wait a very long time for my burger and fries and when my food finally came, it was barely luke-warm. Quite frankly, I was not impressed. There's definitely better burger joints out there than this place. And the interior wasn't exactly spotless ..... it could be cleaner inside. read more

Cold tiny burger. I usually love shake shack but they didn't text me when my order was ready, so I tried calling but no one picked up. When I got there, my food was completely cold and my milkshake was mostly melted. When I went to plate it, not only did it not look appetizing but something also tasted off. Went for the first time today with my two daughters. First, the fella who was in the dining area "helping guests" was not well groomed. He did not have good personal hygiene (reeked of BO and bad breath). He did not have any concept of personal space and several times he stood extremely close and at one point when I was trying to take a "mommy/daughter" selfie, he asked if he could get in the picture. I politely declined but he then asked if that was inappropriate...yes, slightly. (Wish I had gotten his name) We also witnessed him delivering food to the patio where he sneezed on it. As well as several times wiping his nose but still not washing his hands before grabbing more food. Now to the food. We ordered two burgers and one 6 piece chicken tenders with an order of the bacon cheese fries. The burgers were pretty good. The cheese fries, not so good. Even my children didn't want them, which is nuts bc they LOVE cheese fries. The six piece chicken tenders was the biggest let down. When I opened the box there were six pieces of chicken...2 of which were the size of a penny, 2 the size of a nickel and the other two were quarter sized (costing nearly $5!). I took them up to the counter and asked to see the manager. Brian, who was VERY NICE, offered to remake them. He did bring us more chicken and a complimentary additional order of fries. Very nice. (I must add here that at this point crazy smelly close talker then came over asking what the manager said and offering his commentary). However, while all decent sized, the flavor was not that great. Tried their honey mustard, yuck. Then tried BBQ, yuck to that too. They don't have ranch and the ketchup was very sweet. I do not recommend this establishment. At all. I do appreciate Brian and his efforts. But that doesn't make up for the food we threw away. Way over priced and not good. Save your burger dollars for other wonderful places near by! read more

Food is okay if that. I had the smokestack burger. Burger was the smallest I've ever had (maybe a little bigger than a slider) For $7?? Then side of fries for $3 Small drink was 3$. The burger patty just fell apart as I ate it, bacon felt like rubber. Will be spending my $15 elsewhere. read more

We went on Sunday and every table in the place was dirty. I even asked the lady behind the register if they could clean and she said yes of course. We were there for 40 min and no one ever came and cleaned the tables. The hamburger was decent and we had the crinkle fries with cheese and bacon. They were cold but probably would have been good if they were hot. Just not the first time experience I expected. read more

The worst customer service ever... Stood at the counter forever. And finally when the blonde headed male cashier decided to turn around he gave me his careless attitude. I ate at Shake Shack today with my family. The burgers were amazing, the fries just okay, the lemonade was wonderful, the chicken bites should just be removed from the menu along with the honey mustard. The customer service was ok except for the worker sitting in the middle of the restaurant putting her deodorant under her arms and her coworker sitting in front of her smacking on Bugles chips and talking way too loud. No management or anybody with sense in sight. read more

I simply wasn't impressed on my first visit to Shake Shack. The fries were the worst I've ever had .... sort of a cross between no taste at all and a kind of slight cardboard-like taste. The burger was so-so. I would give Shake Shack a 2-Star, but I've lowered it to 1-Star because the temp. of my burger was not satisfactory (barely warm) and they screwed up the condiments. Really enjoyed my lunch here today. The bread was soft, fresh, and most important, did not overwhelm the burger. The burger was juicy. Good crinkle cut fries. I like the limited menu! I like the light, bright, airy atmosphere! While the shake was thick and delicious, charging about $7 for a shake is absurd. I've had incredible shakes at Half the price. read more

I love Shake Shack, I always go to the one on Pearl here in Dallas. However, when I want to order in Shake Shack on Uber Eats I have to order from the Greenville location. Every time I have ordered from here, they forget to put sauce (ketchup, shack sauce, cheese sauce, etc) in the bag when I order it. I just wish they would pay attention to the order lists more. read more

Honestly the experience was pretty terrible. The workers are not inviting or kind in any way, they seem to want to get finished talking with you as quick as possible. The food is also nothing special and so overpriced for the actual portion. Not to mention the women's restroom was low on toilet paper and had overflowing trash. As far as fast food chains go, Shake Shack is one of my faves. I think what makes it so good in my opinion are the buttery buns, the shake shack sauce (which I prefer to in-n-out sauce or other competitor burger sauces), and their crispy crinkle cut fries. And of course you can't go wrong with their thick shakes. Although, I don't know if I've yet to experience a gross milkshake. (Is blending ice cream ever a bad idea?!) My favorite is ALWAYS the OG burger, the shack burger. I just like a good old fashioned American burger, and of course I add the sliced onions. I also like their fries. Sometimes I switch it up and go for their cheese fries, but unless you're feelin' some good old American fake cheese, I wouldn't suggest them. The gross part of me loves it. The chicken shack is also delicious if you're not feeling the beef. I recommend this place for when you're feeling a familiar fast food change on an easy night. read more

Good, if not pretty simple, burger place. My son loves it and literally wants them to name a burger after him. For the price, the burgers are small. My wife thinks that's great to keep from over eating, but my son and I both disagree. My son because he wants more food, and me because I want more for my money. Tried the mushroom burger last time we went and it was really good as well. I'm a big fan of mushrooms and injecting it with cheese sounded ridiculous, but tasted really good. Fries are good, but nothing new or special. Shakes leaves something to be desired. The staff was friendly, but doesn't seem too quick to keep the place clean. There did seem to be ketchup splatters here and there, some dirty tables and a pool of water on the floor that was there the entire time we were there. Definitely will continue going back, as my son wouldn't let me hear the end of it. read more

My friend invited me for lunch because she had gone to the one in her Brookline's neighborhood in Boston. Unfortunately it was a disaster from the get go. The girl who took our ordered charged us for two sodas when we ordered a soda and a tea...It was a problem For her to understand that we wanted the tea and we would pay for the difference. When the rest of The order was "ready" her chicken sandwich was not there, instead they gave her cheese fries! When she told them of the mistake, they apologized and told her They will bring it right away. Well, we waited for 30 minutes and they didn' t bring it. We had the sausage burger and the shake stack. Both were delicious! Ordering was a little clunky but we got it done just fine. But be warned the seating isn't meant for you to stay long. The wooden slats are pretty uncomfortable. Burger are worth it. read more

Hands down the best service I have ever gotten at a shake shack place. Placed order on kiosk, got order confirmation, received food. All within 5 mins. Tables were quickly cleaned so you don't have to worry about finding a table. I got just the original regular burger. Food was great. Will definitely come back. read more
