Lord knows how much longer we would have had to wait if we didn't say something. I've been in customer service and management and they refunded us but never apologized or tried to make it right. Simply put $80 for 3 burger, chicken sandwich, 3 order of fries and 2 shakes. Rather go to The Hook or The Habit. Couldn't taste the meat maybe lacked seasoning. Fries were ok 7 out of 10. Shakes were ok good cookie chunks but on the more milk side than ice cream side. We went through drive through not a long wait. Won't go back to expensive for what you get. I really want to see Shake Shack succeed, it's a sleek space with a modern vibe, and it's clear they have a full team working. But despite all the staff on hand, dine-in guests feel like an afterthought. The focus seems entirely on the drive-thru, almost like a Starbucks-style mobile order hub. Ordering inside involves using a digital kiosk and although there's a text alert feature to notify you when your order is ready, they also give you a number...which seems redundant. We were told they'd bring the food out when it was ready. The text came, but no one showed up. After waiting 10 minutes, I walked back in, only to be told our food was mistakenly given to a drive-thru customer. They remade it for us, but the experience was frustrating. As for the food: * Chicken nuggets: Very good * Fries: Just okay * Spicy cheese sauce: Mealy texture * Shake: Very good The restaurant itself looks great, and there's plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal. But at nearly $40 for 10 nuggets, two fries, one shake, and a drink, the value just isn't there--especially when In-N-Out fed our whole family of four for $45 (4 burgers, fries, 2 shakes, 2 sodas). I see the potential here, but the dine-in service flow needs work, and the value proposition could be better. I don't know what's up with this location. I've been to the Westlake location and have had some of the best "fast food" I've ever had. But here, I ordered the new French onion burger and it was smothered in a waaaay too overpowering salty/garlicky goop that was almost inedible. The fries were the most stale fries I've had in years... tasted like they had been sitting out for at least a day. And the shake, something you'd think they'd be good at, took about half an hour to even be able to take a sip. It was solid. Wait 15 minutes to be able to take another sip, then repeat. For $27 (!!!!)... the meal should be perfect, or close to it. Not sure I'll ever go back. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would, because 1 is simply too nice! I had a really high expectation that this would be just as good as it is on the East Coast!! First red flag was that you order your food on a machine, which was a joke, they said it'll be ready in 10, it took them 30 minutes and the fries sucked, I asked for no tomatoes, still got one, my friend order her chicken sandwich on a lettuce wrap, the lettuce was 80% brown and not good, and the food was cold. The prices are ridiculously high too! The ambiance wasn't good at all, nobody greets you or anything! The only nice thing is the restaurant was clean and always kept up. So excited to try it. They forgot one family member's whole meal I realize it's just opened but one of us got no dinner.

Service was nice and friendly. But, food was overpriced and sloppy. Not very filling. 1 of 3 of our orders was incorrect. Napkins came with grease and cheese all over them. Sad to say the best part was their pre packaged sauces and fries. read more

Used the drive thru and the service was fast and professional. $41 for a bacon avocado burger, truffle burger, 2 fries and a shake. The burgers were small. Tasty but way undersized. Fries were good. I can't speak for other shake shacks because this was the first location i've tried and it was very disappointing. I've heard great things about shake shacks in the past so just wanted to give it a try, to start off fries are insanely under seasoned no salt in sight, burger was tasteless had no flavor, I think the lettuce and tomato was the best part, the only thing that was okay was the chicken sandwich but purely based on the sauce that goes on it, chicken tasteless as well. Showed up today (4/23/25) with all my coworkers for our monthly company lunch at approx 11:15. We all proceed to look at the menu and place our orders. By about 11:25 the first guy gets his food, several other people shortly after. By around 11:35 almost everyone has their food, except for myself and 3 other people. We didn't order anything oddball or super customized or anything. I even got a confirmation text saying my order was ready and would be delivered to my table soon. By about 11:50 us 4 still hadn't received our food. Which was annoying because we all had confirmation that our orders were ready and coming soon. Apparently shake shack employees had lost our order tickets somehow and just forgot about us. Even though employees continued to walk around the restaurant and bring other people their food all while seeing we still had our numbers on our tables (meaning we haven't received our food). So seems like they mark orders as "ready & coming soon" even though no one actually followed through with anything. So eventually our finances manager came to complain and ask where our food was at the counter and we finally got our food by about 12:15. I ordered a double burger with bacon and avocado with shoestring onions and also French fries and an iced tea. The total was around $26.50. The burger portion was extremely small. I was glad I had ordered a double. By far smaller than a Double-Double from In N Out, but at the same time approximately twice the price of In N Out. Can't say I will be returning, nor recommend any others to visit either. Save your time and money and go to In N Out or Chik-Fil-A. (Both across the street by the way ) read more
