I always go to Sharetea in my area but this Sharetea is much better. My go to drink is QQ happy family tea time (basically milk tea with a bazillion of the toppings). I guess this area is not fond of red bean so they always ask "with the red bean?" to ensure you know what you are getting yourself into. The staff has always been friendly and quick here. When making my selection I asked for no sweetener and asked about the wintermelon tea. The cashier verified with me ro make a drink that was not sweet and I waited patiently. When my drink was ready I tasted it and I immediately felt the rush of sugar into my system. I brought this to the attention of one of the employees and they looked at my order and asked the person who made my drink. The girl explained to me that wintermelon already has syrup and that there was no added sugar to the order than the one within the wintermelon tea. Ok that's great but that would have been nice to know when I asked the cashier about the tea. Watching my sugar intake is very important due to personal health concerns. She did not ask if I would like to exchange my drink for something with no sugar whatsoever. She just looked at me with a blank stare like if I should have known better. Due to how this situation was handled I never plan on going here again and I will not refer my friends as I previously did. Customer service is #key to keeping customers. My pancreas and I are very offended. read more

Updating my review because it's been a little over a year since I last wrote- A self proclaimed boba connoisseur, believe me when I say I've tried maaaaaaany boba spots around California and throughout the Philippines. I've been visiting the Philippines every year since I was young and my favorite boba spot there was a little sharetea shop the next street over from my grandmother's house. Two years ago when I learned there were Sharetea franchises in my area I was ecstatic!!! I used to go to the Chino Hills location but for the past year I've been frequenting the Fullerton one as my school is a couple of blocks away and walking distance as well. They have quick and reliable service and the drink variety is vast! My favorites are the Okinawa, Honey, Green, and Hokkaido milk teas as well as their passion fruit mango green tea.. I know lots of my friends favor the honey lemon with aloe vera too. My favorite part about sharetea? Their boba is always always always hot and chewy. With other boba places, boba that's been sitting out for a while gets very hard and tough to chew but no matter what time I go to sharetea their boba is always fresh! This is one of my favorite spots to go to with my friends when we're hanging out. I'm currently switching between the QQ happy family milk tea, strawberry and Oreo ice blends and so far all of them have been great. The environment is always so chill, even when there's a lot of customers and you'd expect it to get a little chaotic. The customer service is always top notch, which is super important to me. Sharetea's service is always expedient, professional, and diverse. Their menu is quite ample and has a drink to service anyone's taste buds. Located near Cal State University Fullerton, Sharetea is a popular study and hang out area. With that in mind, except a tiny wait (10 minutes more or less) after 5PM. The waiting area is clean and spacious and there are never any preservatives involved; everything is made in front of you. Of all the times I have gone to this location, Sharetea's drinks are aways top notch. Their milk tea is creamy and sweet. Although I am not a boba frequenter, I do enjoy Sharetea's milk tea above other various stores around. They even offer ice cream add-ons for around 50 cents extra. In general, their prices are fairly along the line of typical boba shops. Around 4-5 for a proficient size. Since they are located in a small strip mall, their parking is actually quite spacious. I have never had trouble finding parking the multiple times I have frequented. If you are in need of a quick boba fix, give Sharetea a try! read more

The cost of their drinks are reasonable and you can actually taste the tea. The drinks are so flavorful and tasty. The bitterness from the tea combined with the different fruit flavors makes for a tasty drink. I went to ShareTea yesterday. I asked the girl at the register if the Ginger tea had sugar... she assured me that there was no sugar, just ginger in a tea with hoy water. I waited to drink it until I got home and when I finally took a sip, it was super SWEET!!! I called immediate, because I know for a fact that Ginger is not naturally sweet. The manager told me that there is BROWN SUGAR! The manager is going to do right by me BUT now I have to drive back for a replacement drink AND I didn't get to drink my tea last night... The thing is, this is the second time that this has happened but last time it was a cold drink so I tried it right away and I was able to exchange it right away! Beware, the girls taking the orders are not the sharpest tools in the shed... Dumber than a door nail! Sugar, brown sugar, who doesn't know that sugar IS sugar!?! Brown sugar is even sweeter than plain white sugar because brown sugar is sugar with molasses added to the white sugar and molasses is sweet!! What the hell?? I can't have sugar!! I'm a diabetic!!! What's so f'ing hard about someone not having sugar!! Her stupidity could kill someone!!!!! Plus, I notice there is only one dollar sign for this business, there should be two! The Wintermelon with fresh milk was really good, if a little on the sweet side. The boba was also of good quality and the vibe of the place was young and fun. There were a ton of students there studying, so that did make seating a little difficult to find. But overall, I enjoyed Sharetea's drinks and will be back for more. read more
