I love the customizeable sweetness and ice levels. I always ask for 50% sweet and it never fails. The tee is flavorful and the fruit flavors are very fresh. I always grab myself a boba drink when I am in this center. I do see that the common complaint is the staff and I have to agree, the demeanor is not great but I was able to get my tea craving satisified. This is a one star review because of the service. The cashier is the most unfriendly unpleasant individual who looks like she wants to be anywhere but here. In this day and age, boba shops are a dime a dozen so maybe you should try to different yourself by at a minimum being friendly. New management, but bummed that they no longer have the Earl Grey series. The menu has a different look, but the drinks are the same, and they still hook you up with the boba. I got the classic black pearl milk tea, regular sweetness with less ice, and literally a third of the cup was boba. If you don't want that much, just ask them for less, easy, half, or light boba (whichever works, they'll get it!). The milk tea tasted good as usual since it had a balance of black tea, non-dairy creamer, and sugar. The lady who took my order was very nice and honored my stampcard, so I was pleasantly surprised that my stamps carried over haha. Franchise boba spot. This location is located in a busy strip mall next to Bella Cuban and Yogurtland. There always ample amount of parking. Customer service here is a bit lacking but drinks are for the most part consistent. My go to is their Green Pearl Milk tea. I suggest getting the small boba. I've been here a couple of times and this place is just okay overall. There have been a bunch of boba shops opening up in the area and the only reason I'd go here is if I am in the plaza and too lazy to drive elsewhere for boba. The most recent drink I tried is the chai tea latte. The drink reminds me of a very cinnamony gingerbread drink. I've had a couple of chai lattes before and I have to say the drink is pretty disappointing, especially when the drink is $5+ with boba. The drink is also pretty gritty at some parts which I don't know if it was intentional or if it wasn't blended in very well. The taro milk tea is okay overall. They tend to make it a bit on the sweeter side and it does not have the strong taro taste compared to other locations. My favorite drink from here would probably be the basic milk tea and that's not saying much tbh. The drink is not too sweet and you can actually taste the tea. The boba is basic as well. It does not have much of a taste on its own so this would be one of the places where I'd recommend skipping out on the boba. They also give you a bunch which would normally be a good thing, but if it is tasteless then it's pretty much just empty calories without the flavor enjoyment. If you do decide to go here, make sure to check in and take advantage of the 10% offer. But I think you'd be better off going to a different boba place like Craved or Tastea. Ding Tea is also across the street and their milk tea is much better than this place. I still have about half of my chai tea latte left, but it's most likely going into the trash. read more

The coffee milk tea was fragrant and tasted like a light Vietnamese coffee. Light sweetness was a good and worked well to balance with the intense sweetness of the boba. I think the boba could have spent less time in the syrup because it was a bit too sweet for me. They were very generous with the amount of boba they added to the drink. When I asked for light ice, I actually did get light ice, which is nice. There was only one size option for the drink, which isn't the best because sometimes you just was a small dessert or pick me up rather than a large drink. I called in an order of 6 teas, among them a few classic milk teas $4, a matcha milk tea $4.25, and a honey green tea $3.75- all with boba of course, for an additional 50 cent add on for each. I was glad the tea shop was able to take phone orders because a lot of them will only take your order on the spot. I was short on time so that was very helpful. This place is located right on the corner of Bristol and Sunflower, literally across the street from South Coast Plaza in a center full of diverse eats like Cuban and Peruvian... So you can either shop/eat and take a tea break before you drop :) The teas are all pretty decent, and you can customize the ice and sweetness levels to your liking. However, for a serious boba fanatic like me, the boba was not up to par and I will not be adding it to my drink in the future. It was not chewy and became hard almost instantly. Boba, milk teas, fruit teas and lychee jelly have been my thing for awhile now since early last year ever since the bf made it a point to have some sort of tea once every other week. He's super picky with his milk teas and Sharetea just does it right for him. I, on the other hand, really enjoy their selections, variety of toppings and the option to adjust sweetness from 0-100% in increments of 25%. I usually gravitate toward their fruit tea selections from POG (passion fruit, orange, grapefruit) to grapefruit green tea or milk teas. The POG has definite tropical vibes and can be very sweet, so I usually adjust to 50%. I did the same amount of sweetness for the Grapefruit green tea, but the green tea's bitterness was still a bit strong. I do like that they had some sort of citrus zest, so it tasted super fresh and it paired nicely with lychee jelly. The boyfriend has been obsessed with a new addition on the menu, the strawberry ice blended slush (made with real fruits) with a scoop of ice cream and lychee jelly. You get a nice scoop of vanilla, but it's a little difficult to get it all mixed in unless you're patient. The second time he got it, he added boba, so you have options to add more toppings to your liking if you like. For my next visit (I will come back for sure!), I've been curious about their Creama drinks. They sound so intriguing and I was seriously tempted to get it tonight in addition to the grapefruit tea I was having. However, I'll save it for the next trip. Also, if you have an expired stamp card, they can transfer half of the stamps to the new card. So keep them around if you plan to come back :) Enjoy! read more

Fresh milk and handmade taro w boba: Delicious but the texture is gritty because of the taro and ice so it turns into a weird slush. The boba is absolutely bomb though, perfectly sweet, squishy, and big! I love it! The drink could be better but the boba is so good that I'm willing to overlook that. Also it isnt that sweet at regular sweetness which is good. Kiwi fruit tea w aiyu jelly and boba 30% sweet no ice: This was alright. Despite being only 30% sweet, it was much sweeter than the fresh milk family & fresh milk handmade taro at regular sweetness. The kiwi makes it more tart which I didn't like actually. The peach flavor is very subtle. The boba is super good though and works better w milky drinks... wait it says kiwi fruit tea but I ordered peach kiwi tea umm.... this would've gotten 4 stars but -1 for that :/// Fresh milk family: This was really good actually! There are actually less flavors in this location than the one in the Cerritos location, so I found out. My friend who was used to the menu items being offered in Cerritos was a little bummed that this place didn't carry the same items. Probably about 5 parties were waiting for there drinks while there were 3 parties ahead of us still before we could order. I decided to order the mango green tea with boba while my friend had the iced coffee with boba. We waited a couple of minutes at a bench where the floor was fairly sticky. People must've spilled some drinks there but oh well it happens. I was semi observant of the workers and man they work at a super fast pace! They were cranking out the drinks really quick that I noticed that some of the milk teas when being placed in the machine that caps the drink itself were being spilled all over because they were placed there hastily. The worker would then wipe the drink and serve it. Not saying that's a negative or anything cause I understood how busy it was but wow lol. Have to say though, this was probably one of the only times I couldn't finish a boba drink. Mango flavor was really non existent. Literally just tasted like green tea with boba. The boba was super chewy compared to other boba I've had. I probably had about 1/3 of my drink left before trashing it. The menu does seem really extensive and I'm sure there are some really good staples here. Maybe we just came at a bad time and I understand that but because of that experience I would recommend getting boba elsewhere.
