Food is very tasty and service was great. The flavor of the food is very different than other places I've had before. And the portions are big couldn't finish my plate taking it home to eat late

Love this spot so much!! It's my fav late night spot! The food is always fresh and the people are super kind

So, this is $5 worth of fries. Gross and tiny portion . Zero flavor.

Overpriced . Severely. Not just the food, but also random "custom fee " 2.69 and additional fees for using a card on top of all of it. $70 for 4 wraps and 2 fries. Wraps are nothing to write home about. You see all the places they cut corners in the front, I don't want to know how they cut corners in the kitchen. Made a bad call last night.

First time here. Came after the gym and got the chicken plate with extra chicken. Perfect post-workout meal. Chicken was juicy and very flavorful. I would definitely come again!

Wow... 5 star well deserved. I would give them a 6 if I could. The food was so tasty hot and amazing. Their prices are such a good deal and the servings fill me up. I'm telling my friends for sure. I'm out in Vegas but will always stop by when in town. See you next month. Save me a seat!

Walked in, no one was behind the counter... a lone gentleman was sitting at the counter enjoying his meal. Had to yell out for some assistance... shortly after we were greeted with smiles from another gentleman and a woman. They were very nice, adlnd walked us through their menu since it was our first time. Will admit I was a little put off by watching the man combine old hummus with that appeared to be a new batch. He also did the same with some sauces that were put on our sandwiches. My son opted for the chicken shwarma sandwich, while I opted for a falafel sandwich. The lovely lady behind the counter suggested we have the lahmajun (pardon my spelling) which was delicious. The sandwiches were good, but had so much sauce on them very little else could be tasted. It seemed as though both of our sandwiches were prepared exactly the same except for the chicken vs falafel. Most of what I tasted in my sandwich was what tasted like watery hummus. Thank God we like hummus... Overall a decent experience, but I have definitely had better falafel sandwiches elsewhere. My son said his sandwich was good but next time he will ask for light sauce. The rice was good, but a little greasy. My other son ate almost all of it, but did end up vomiting later that evening. Not sure if it was his lack of chewing or perhaps old rice. At any rate... not totally turned off by their food, but will probably opt for a plate instead of sandwiches.

Sorry to say but the shawarma was not very good; it lacked flavor and did not taste fresh. Service was ok though and place was clean.

I really wish I can gatekeep this place so bad, but at the same time, this place is so popular that…read morethere really is no need to gatekeep. I first found out about Handy Market on social media for their weekend BBQ about a month ago. As I had been craving bbq for a couple weeks now, I found today to be the best opportunity to give them a try. I placed an order for pick up the night before. I got kind of carried away with the order, as I wanted to try almost everything on the menu. The prices were absolutely insane! I think I ended up paying about 65 dollars for food that would easily feed me for a good 3 or 4 days. When I arrived to pick up my order at my pick up time, I had noticed my order was being packed. I asked the employees if I can leave my order with them for a bit so that I can pick up some meat inside the market. They obliged, and I went to the meat counter to order my beef back ribs to cook for tomorrow. For 5 pounds, I ended up paying about $34, which was definitely a bargain. They were also selling breakfast burritos and sandwiches in the store, which I found to be awesome. I took everything home and opened my bag of spoils. After I took everything out, I statted thinking of what I wanted to eat first and what I wanted to save for later. It was so much food that I thought I could feed an entire army. Definitely will be back for the breakfast burritos and sandwiches, and for the meats again, for sure!

As a loyal customer of this establishment for over two decades, I have consistently visited the…read moredeli and meats department at least once a month. However, I am compelled to rate this establishment one star due to a particularly unpleasant experience with a female deli employee whose first name begins with the letter "J." Despite my frequent visits, the overall customer service in the deli and meats department has declined. The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Despite these concerns, the BBQ remains outstanding as always.

While I had minimal employee contact, I cannot believe how patient and kind the ladies working the window were. They were very happy while being efficient. I like the chicken of course, crinkle cuts is a nice point of differentiation and the toast was very tasty. For the reviewers complaining about the limited menu, I say this with love; don't go to a Poke Bar and ask for a hamburger. Get it! See you again soon. Bravo! and welcome to Burbank.

The sweet tea is so refreshing. I craved this for a long time because of the sweet tea and the sauce! I just wish another location opened around Glendale or Eagle Rock!

It was really hard to find a table, but I was lucky enough to grab one. Every time I come here, the staff is always friendly and the burgers are delicious, so I've always had a good experience. However, whenever I ordered my burger with Grilled Onion, they would often leave the onions off completely, and honestly, I had never received it with Grilled Onion before. But today, they finally added the Grilled Onion to my burger, and I was so happy about it! We enjoyed the burgers and French fries, and everything was absolutely delicious. I especially love ordering my burger cut in half, and they did that for me today as well. Cutting it in half makes it so much easier and more convenient to eat, so I really appreciate that.

The setup is kind of like Chipotle where you build your own bowl. You pick your base, protein, veggies, side, and sauce. I ended up getting the orange chicken with rice and chow mein. I thought the orange chicken was really good. It doesn't really remind me of Panda Express orange chicken, which isn't a bad thing at all. It tasted like their own version of it, and I liked it. The portion was also pretty good and I thought the price was reasonable for what I got. It wasn't very crowded when we stopped by either, so ordering was pretty easy. Honestly, I don't really have anything to complain about from this visit. The food was good, the price was fair, and I'd come back to try some of their other options.

I liked watching everything get cooked fresh in the wok, although I wish some of the ingredients sitting on the line had been a little fresher. Maybe we just came later in the day, but overall the quality was still decent. They were out of the green sauce, which I wanted to try. The chili sauce was good, while the ginger sauce was WAY too gingery for me. You bus your own tray at the end and there's a code for the bathroom. Nothing too special, but for a quick customizable meal in Downtown Burbank with big portions and decent prices, I'd come back.
