Iced Mocha latte

We went before heading over to the beach around 10am. There were a lot of people but we got our items quickly and it tasted amazing !! My boyfriend and I were asking for a lot of recommendations from the associates and they were very helpful and nice :) very cozy and chill place to eat at to start your day. Good amount of seating inside and outside

7.2025 everything bagel with cream cheese
Catherine S.

I had high expectations for these bagels but I am disappointed again after trying them twice in different locations. This location in LB is located in a small plaza with limited parking so be prepared to pay for metered street parking. The shop has plenty of street parking and had plenty of bagel options relatively close to closing on a weekday. Service was fast and friendly! I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. They are generous with the cream cheese but the bagel itself is a bit too chewy and too salty for my taste.

The bagels are the best. Unique. Bagel on the outside and bagel/bread-ish on the inside, They are my favorite bagels now. Shirley's has spoiled me! The blueberry bagel with their amazing blueberry cream cheese-- drooling just writing about it. If you get a chance... definitely try it. You won't regret that decision! Mmmm

Californian Sandwich

Came in around 11am on Memorial Day, there was a little line and was lucky to get princess parking. Kinda impossible if ur not lucky. I'm always craving a good bagel since New York. I got the Californian sandwich on garlic 7/10. And a nova lux for later 8/10. Nothing too crazy to write home about but enough for what I was looking for Decent seating area inside but I think it's a to-go type of place.

Turkey Avocado Yum Yum

Extra extra, Turkey Avocado makes the front page of the Yum Yum news. It was so good that I felt like a dog eating some accidental scraps that fell. I didn't even look up to notice anybody watching me ravenously chowing down on my nosh. I always like to come here when I visit Laguna Beach. The staff is great. There's always a line (but it's never that bad). Thank you

hard and burnt

Shirley's Bagels is hands down the best spot in Laguna Beach for a bagel fix. I ordered the ABC Bagel (Avocado, Bacon, Cream Cheese) and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and satisfying as always. Their bagels are consistently amazing, and it's clear they know what they're doing when it comes to quality and taste. We also decided to try the cinnamon roll because it looked great in the window, but unfortunately it was burnt and hard, so we ended up tossing it. A bit of a letdown, but it won't stop me from coming back for the bagels they truly never miss.

Chipotle Turkey

Best thing I ate in Laguna. I ordered the chipotle turkey on an everything bagel and it was sooo delicious. I'm very picky with quality and everything tasted really fresh

Bacon egg and cheese on jalapeño cheddar bagel

The food was great and the staff was friendly. I would definitely come back here in the future.

I am furious at this point! I love their bagels but they sandwiches what the heck?! I gave them 2nd chance today but same thing happened last time - my sandwich was sliding around, everything was falling out of it. It wasn't cut fully and when pulled apart everything fallen out. And I didn't even use cheese cream in it. Also avocado is not avocado! Is guacamole type of paste, I was expecting avocado slices and this should be noted. I regularly visit NY and I know how properly packed and prepared bagel sandwich should look like. I can't even eat what I am getting here without seating down and using fork and plate because everything is falling out! No thank you, they have a lot to learn...

Santa fe bagel with chicken
Yvette S.

Such a nice little place hidden in a shopping center. The most satisfying post hike meal the staff was so sweet and handed us our bagels directly. I got the Santa Fe and it's was so hefty nice big ol' bagel with the most satisfying cheese pull. They did not skimp out on filling this bagel up!! I also ordered an iced matcha with oat milk which paired perfectly. The also had fresh squeezed orange juice and spread to take home. I couldn't resist trying their orange juice and I'm so glad I did it was so fresh! If you're ever in the area grab a bagel and walk on over to the beach 100% recommend.

Gohar K.

Delicious bagels and bagel sandwiches. Baked fresh daily. Busy place on weekends. We enjoyed our lox and eggs sandwich and the egg sandwich on everything bagel. It's a great place to stop by on the way to the beach. Lots of drinks and all.

Meanwhile waiting , got myself familiar with the place and caught the vibe by the window. This is something expected especially by the beach. I got my drink and nice enough to allow me to help myself to sprinkle some cinnamon on my drink. Super cool. Make me feel like I added my own twist to the drink. Who doesn't like to feel engaged. The drink was good. Drink was smooth especially with the coconut and it paired well not to over powering not to sweet. It' was a good choice. I always ask for specialty lattes because it gives me a better insight on what they're about. Come by ! I recommend it.

I feel like I could just copy and paste this for most coffee shop reviews now - "Fine, but…read moreexpensive..." I have to be honest, I was not impressed with this latte, and I am wondering why everybody raves about it. I got a vanilla latte and added vanilla cold foam as a little treat and somehow it still had a little to no flavor? I think it was $18 or $19 for 2 drinks, that's just crazy to me and it's my own fault, that should have been a warning, but they had a Ube cruffin (and my husband loves ube) and I ordered one without asking the price and imagine my surprise when it was $7! A little more than that I think actually. I get it - it's a pricey area, they're a block from oven views, it's Laguna, I'm too broke to live and exist there but good Lord. All of that aside, it is a very cute shop, very cute merch, and very good vibes with lots of sitting areas. They even had a cute little corner with toys for kids to play with, which I love!

Totally worth the walk. The shop is simple and minimalistic inside, with a clean layout and a plant right in the center that gives the space a calm, relaxed vibe. Nothing flashy, just thoughtfully designed and comfortable. I ordered the iced Spanish latte and my mom got the iced chai. Both had an excellent balance of sweetness and coffee or tea flavor. Smooth, refreshing, and perfect for sipping while sitting on the sand. The workers were friendly and easy to order from, which made the experience even better. One thing that stood out to us was their logo, two hands shaped like coming together. In sign language, that sign means "connect," so as Deaf individuals, we immediately noticed it and wondered about the meaning behind it. It made the name "Rapport" feel even more intentional. Great drinks, welcoming service, and a perfect stop before heading back to the beach. We'd definitely do that walk again.

Interior is minimalist and clean. Baristas were all very nice. The cold brew coffee was one of the best I've had -- smooth, but robust, with a complex taste. AND it was under $5, which is a steal! I read that they roast coffees on site and I wouldn't doubt it! Unfortunately, while bean coffee was $23 for 200g, which is 7oz! My local roaster (Kean) would have the same price for 12oz. In their defense, they did have a massive bag that was $25. They had a bunch of great latte options, an espresso tonic, and tea options. They have pastries that looked delicious too. A great coffee and highly worth a visit!

Laguna Beach, CA…read more I've wanted to try this single origin coffee roaster for quite some time and we finally stopped in For a late afternoon pick me up and boy did it pick us up! We met Ahmed who usually doesn't work at this location who was an absolute gem. Ahmed is so knowledgeable about coffee sourcing and the information he shared was in such a delightful way. He welcomed us and let us know all about the coffee and showed us the most beautiful hospitality, we went with his recommendations and he did not steer us wrong. They are getting in an Ethiopian variety in a few days which sounds like it's going to be really good. I love the minimalist sharp clean Vibe and the coffee and service was fantastic. We tried a cortado and a cold brew their cold brew is a true 24-hour slow drip. I wish I had taken a picture of the unique looking contraption they use to make their cold Brew. We will be back and we are excited to visit their new Costa Mesa, CA location. They also have a location in Marin County, N California.

Flavorful, but not too sugary which I liked. A great pick me up for the day. I also tried my friend's Guava Basil Matcha Latte and it was solid as well. Not the best matcha I've had, but the guava and basil flavors were unique. These drinks were around $6 with regular whole milk which was a good price! The interior is clean and nice. I saw one outlet, but I'm unsure if they have wifi. For parking, there's spots in the nearby Pavilions parking lot or around it. Overall, a solid spot for coffee drinks in the area.
