The smoked turkey, baked beans, and pulled pork were all on point. The burnt ends were great, but the ribs were easily the highlight. They appeared to be back ribs, but they were meaty, smoky, tender without being mushy, and had an excellent bark. The sauces were fine, although I would have liked a sharper Eastern Carolina-style vinegar sauce, or something really hot and spicy.
