In August, I stopped by in person to check on them since I hadn't received a call. At that point, staff could not locate my shoes and said they would contact me once they found them. These were Vince flats that cost nearly $400. Since then, I have called multiple times, only to be placed on hold until the call disconnects. No one has followed up, and there has been no attempt to take responsibility or resolve the issue. My shoes have either been misplaced or stolen, and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

The owner, David, formerly doing business as Reflections Shoe Shine, got my pair of Timberland shoe boots looking brand new. The shop has operated in various locations since 1949. The current iteration has been open for 4 years. David, the current owner, took over his uncle's business and moved here in this thriving strip of businesses which includes a café, a gallery, a men's clothier, a barbershop, and a cigar lounge. I enjoyed David's warm, inviting personality and outstanding customer service. He and his customers banter like old friends. He offers them engaging  conversation and snacks while he tends to their shoes with expertise. I dropped mine off but then actually returned the next day to chat with him about the shop. He serviced my shoes while doing so. I was intrigued and impressed as he transformed them before my eyes. The prices are definitely affordable. I have paid double the amount he  charged me at other shops, and wasn't at all satisfied. I highly recommend Red's Jazz. Amazing experience!

Javier replaced it for $25 and finished it at the end of the week (I came in on a Monday and it was finished on a Friday and ready for pick up)! Great price and great timing! Once you put in a request/order, Javier has you enter your information on a computer and you get notified with a receipt (and hard copy as well). It was very organized.

He was super knowledgeable and helped me pick the support and stability I needed. He showed me about ten shoes and was as quick about it as I wanted to be while still evaluating each fit carefully.
