Another person at my table ordered the grandma sampler and the server didn't inform us that they would up charge for having hash browns, not surprised from the absence of presence and communication by the server. After waiting a long time for the food to come out (while not seeing a single worker or server check on us and our drinks empty), they came out with the food wrong. I asked them to just take off my meal and I would pay for the other person at my table and leave. They had a lot of extra charges on the receipt. When going to pay, I asked to speak to a manager so that I could explain how terrible the experience was. I wasn't even able to eat the food I went there to eat. She was not apologetic or caring about the experience- just took off the extra sides from the meal. The manager, I believe named Kaylee, should have cared more about the failures of the restaurant.
