Revisited Siam Station for a weekend dinner and got to try out some of their other dishes I was interested in. I tried the panang curry in mild spice and the pineapple fried rice, both of which were pretty good and all their dishes are pretty large portions - perfect for sharing. The food took quite a while to come out this time and we had to ask staff for the mango sticky rice that didn't come out, but otherwise the food is great and highly recommend! One note - the toasted sesame seeds on top on the mango sticky rice are incredibly hard and many people in my party including myself felt like it was a hazard to chew. I hope their cooks can reconsider that aspect

We went to try Siam Station's newest location in Milpitas Square, same plaza as 99 Ranch. It's right next door to Ocean Pearl. We came for lunch on a Saturday and arrived right when they opened at 11:30am. We got seated right away. The decor is dark and modern. Restaurant size is similar to their Cupertino location. We ordered.. E-SAN SAUSAGE $10.95 -deep fried grilled fermented sausage. The sausage came out hot with crispy edges. Enjoyed the sourness of the sausage. The chili peppers, peanuts and cabbage went so well with it. I just kept rotating, taking little bites of everything. Good snack / beer food! 5/5* TOM KHA $14.95 W/ PRAWNS +$1 -hot & sour coconut soup with galangal-kaffir lime broth, mushrooms and choice of protein. Requested "mild spicy." Hit all the right notes..sour and sweet with the right amount of creaminess. Just almost a bit too salty. The mushrooms were thinly sliced and the prawns were super fresh. Simple yet satisfying. 4.5/5* PAD THAI $16.95 W/ CHICKEN +$1 -stir fried thin rice noodles with egg, bean sprouts, green onions and choice of protein, topped with peanuts. Requested "mild spicy" and no bean sprouts. This came out really quick. The noodles were super chewy. The sauce was on the sweeter side but we loved it. There was a smoky aroma from the wok. The chicken was tender. Tasted even better when we sprinkled chili flakes on top. 5/5* CRAB FRIED RICE $17.95 -thai style fried rice with crab meat, onion, green onion and topped with a crab omelette. Loved how the rice wasn't mushy and it had a wok aroma. Not too much crab in the omelette though. I bit into something crunchy so I wasn't sure if it was crab shell or eggshell. 4/5* The food order came out in reverse, the pad thai came out first, then the crab fried rice, tom kha soup and the last item was our e-san sausage appetizer. Thought that was funny but it didn't bother us. We asked for chillies on the side and they gave us a small tray with 3 different types of chillies. Super spicy but gooood. Service was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back!

This was a solid, solid Thai spot for the Bay Area suburbs - the food was perfectly spiced for our order (medium), not too salty or sweet, and came out super quickly given how busy it was. Service was also quick and attentive, but we never felt rushed to eat. I particularly loved the Thai lemon tea - it wasn't too sweet and a super refreshing with my food. We ordered pad woon sen, kapow with tofu, and poh tak soup. The poh tak was by far the highlight for the meal - it was nice and tangy, and the spice really built nicely to a fiery finish. If there was one complaint I had, it was that it is EXTREMELY loud in there. Mostly a function of the flooring and furniture they decided to use, but we came when it was busy, and between all the people talking and moving around, my party had to shout at each other just to have a conversation, and I left with my ears ringing. Hopefully if they stick around here, they invest in some better sound dampening panels to help absorb the noise so it makes the environment feel less stressful.

Taste exactly like the Cupertino location! Love that they are staying consistent with the dishes:) came during opening and was sat immediately, it was extremely busy right after so be aware. Its a pretty big restaurant and the service is very quick! Def check it out if you're craving thai food!! All of their noodle dishes are delish

We had an excellent lunch here and left already planning our next visit. The restaurant immediately made a great impression. The designers created a modern, sophisticated space with warm wood tables, striking industrial light fixtures, and sleek architectural details. The open kitchen brought energy to the dining room, while the thoughtful layout kept the atmosphere comfortable and relaxed. Every detail felt intentional, from the dramatic live-edge communal table to the clean, contemporary finishes throughout the space. The food stole the show. The grilled chicken satay arrived perfectly cooked, with a beautiful char on the outside and juicy, tender meat inside. The peanut sauce added richness and depth without overpowering the chicken. The pad see ew quickly became a favorite. The kitchen tossed wide rice noodles with fresh vegetables, tender meat, and a savory sauce that coated every bite. The noodles had excellent texture, and the dish delivered bold, satisfying flavor from start to finish. We also enjoyed a vibrant stir-fry loaded with crisp bell peppers, onions, and vegetables. The cooks balanced the sauce beautifully, allowing the freshness of the ingredients to shine while still delivering plenty of depth and complexity. The coconut curry brought everything together. The silky broth surrounded generous portions of chicken and vegetables, creating a comforting dish with layers of flavor in every spoonful. We requested all of our dishes mild, and the kitchen got it exactly right. The food carried just enough spice to enhance the flavors without overwhelming them. Instead of relying on heat, each dish highlighted aromatic herbs, savory sauces, and fresh ingredients. What impressed us most was the consistency. Every plate arrived beautifully prepared, generously portioned, and packed with flavor. The restaurant paired outstanding food with a stylish atmosphere and attentive service, creating a dining experience that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning soon.

This is the best thai place I've found so far in the bay. I am normally not an order fried rice person at the restaurant, but this place has really excellent wok hei in their fried rice. Their portions are decently sized so I recommend doing family style to not get tired of one flavor and try multiple things. So far I've tried the pad thai, pineapple fried rice, and crab fried rice and they were all good. I would highly recommend the egg rolls for appetizer. Their tap water is nasty though. Not sure if it's the water or the metal cups or the combination. Either get a drink or bring a water bottle. Parking lot but serves the entire plaza. If you're coming at peak meal times, come early because you potentially will be circling to find a spot. The restaurant also quickly fills up and has a long waiting list for dinners and even weekday lunches as well, so come on the earlier side of mealtimes. The restaurant also gets pretty loud so honestly not the greatest place to have extended conversation

Siam Station has another location in Cupertino, but they both serve solid Thai food. They give you a free drink for every lunch entree during the weekday which really completes the meal. Service is a little lackluster, but it could be due to being short staffed. The store itself is clean. Some tables seemed to be placed closer to other diners than others. With a variety of thai food to choose from, the restaurant offers something for everyone. The pad thai was more on the saucier side. Noodle texture was bouncy and not soggy. I see myself coming back to try other dishes. In my opinion, the lunch special with the drink really completes the meal.

I've heard good things about Siam Station in Cupertino, now they have one in Milpitas and I got a chance to try them out during lunch. We got the last table of this packed restaurant. Parking is always horrible in this plaza during peak lunch hours as there are so many tech companies in the area. Plan accordingly otherwise there will be a long wait. The ambience is modern, with simplistic decor. It had a vibrant atmosphere. Two unisex restrooms only. The service was friendly and efficient. Though, the kitchen was backed up and took a while for our food to come out one by one. :( My coworkers ordered the... Chicken Satay (4): Grilled chicken skewers served with house peanut sauce. Thai Eggplant Basil: Holy basil combination of stir fried chilies, garlic, bell peppers, onions, fried eggplant and a choice of protein (Tofu). One of his favorite Thai dishes and this did not disappoint. The flavors were all there in this dish (No pic). I ordered the Pad Thai: Stir fried thin rice noodles with egg, bean sprout, green onions and a choice of protein (chicken), topped with peanuts. They have the option to make it as spicy as you like. I went with mild. The white breast chicken was svelted well; juicy, tender and not dry. The sauce on the noodles was saucy, but I, personally like it that way. Thai Tea and Thai Coffee were the standard great tasting drinks you would expect. I love the free drink with any entree before 4Pm I'm definitely adding this to my places to eat! I look forward to trying their other dishes too! Come support your local business.

    Crab fried rice

Solid Thai place with fair pricing and generous portions. I'm adding it to my restaurant rotation. Don't get the crispy pork. A nice Thai restaurant is having its soft opening, and it's very promising so far: affordable Thai dishes at reasonable prices in Milpitas could be a recipe for success. I mean, have you seen crab fried rice for $18? On one hand, it's enormous (two meals for $18!) and the omelette has enough crab to add that nice buttery flavor, but on the other hand the actual fried rice has ... just enough crab (...it's $18). The pad kee mao is rich and flavorful, and a bit on the greasier side, but the noodles are tasty and the peppers are light and crunchy. The crispy pork was, for lack of a better term, brittle, so I'd definitely want to try a different meat option next time. During the soft opening, going in for a weekday lunch gets you a free beverage, which is a nice bonus (though you have many options for drinks in this plaza). The Thai iced tea is a classic and not overly sweet. The chicken satay (4 for $11) is good too, though I felt that the chicken was on the tougher side.

Excited we finally got to try this new restaurant. There was about a 30 min wait for dinner in the evening around 7PM. But as soon as we were seated someone took our drink orders. Water carafe was already at the table and cups were half full. Kinda weird as we didn't know whether to drink that or not. Inside is decent size with many 4 top tables and they had one massive table for a large party but can be partitioned for smaller groups. The menu had an appetizer section. Is that the street food? I was expecting more small plates but the menu had the basic Thai restaurant options. We ended up getting egg rolls because we rather try out the soups. The egg rolls had good filling but it was way too oily and it was just pooling on the plate and dripping down our arms. The frying oil was not hot enough. The Khao Soi was good because the soup could be thicker. The panang curry was nice and spicy, but way too sweet. I don't know why there would be that much sugar in curry. The Thai Boat was the best soup. Aromatic as soon as the brought the bowl near our table. The broth is thicker than say a pho broth but had the same elements. I'll probably come back when the kitchen has had time to work out the issues.

This is by far my favorite Thai restaurant up to date. This place feels modern with a young and high energy team from both ends of the restaurant. There's lots of people dining in and having a great time. It can get pretty loud in here but that's the type of atmosphere. The menu has most of the main Thai dishes: Curry's, noodle dishes, rice plates, appetizers and dessert. The prices are fairly priced, portions are big, and flavors from the dishes are all there. We enjoyed their fried tofu which is about 12 pieces of freshly deep fried tofu crushed peanuts and a sweet chili oil for dipping. Their crab fried rice is huge with a big slab of egg omelette mixed with real crab meat. I loved putting fish sauce and diced jalapeños on the rice for additional flavor. We loved their pad see ew as well! This was a show stopper with its sweet and savory save, generous amount of chicken meat and Chinese broccoli. This is our favorite Pad See Ew so far. The Khao Soo was pretty good but we didn't really care for it. It was mainly a curry sauce with noodles which is decent and full of flavor but I think we prefer the curry separate with rice. For dessert, I highly recommend ordering their sweet crispy roti which is about 6 pieces of fried roti and sweet condensed milk drizzle. It's almost like a fresh hot donut with sugar glaze. It's one of the most unique desserts I've had in a long time. It's so worth it. We loved their pad Siam Station and can't wait to come back! The cooks in the back are all having fun and they're full of energy. They deserve a lot of credit for their skills and great cooking. It hits different when the cooking staff are Hispanic; the food is more seasoned and bold. It's the best!

    Kapow w/ crispy pork
    Jaymie V.

They were pretty busy for a weekday afternoon surprisingly. We put our name on the waitlist but didn't wait too long. Their servings are pretty huge! Definitely could share 1 main dish for 2-3 people. We ordered Kapow with crispy pork and crab fried rice. Both were really good and tasty. Can't really taste the crab in the rice but it was still good. I love the taste of basil so Kapow is a good choice to meet your craving. I'd come back to try their other stuff

DoorDash order from this new place in Milpitas, apparently the second store, the first one is in Cupertino. Ordered the popular Pad Thai, with additional crispy pork and not spicy. I did not know what crispy pork is until I tried it. Not bad but too crispy for me. Lol....I prefer slices of stir fry pork. The first protein I chose was beef, they were cut in small chunks, not the slices or strips I was expecting. The sauce that coated the noodle was even and had a good taste, I wish it was slightly deeper in flavor and tangy, but maybe because it was not spicy, so it lacked that depth. We ordered at 11:30 and food came at 12:30. Overall the Thai spicy seemed really spicy from what I heard. The other not so commonly seen dish is Khao Soi, I might give that a try next time.

The menu is laid out by geographic regions, which I thought was a really neat way to showcase the many different cuisines. We started with summer rolls and calamari, both of which were excellent. The summer rolls were fresh and bright, with a delicious peanut sauce that was among the best my sister (a self-described "Peanut Sauce Snob") and I had ever had. The large pieces of calamari were expertly cooked, still very tender even after frying. There was a hint of spice in the calamari dipping sauce that I quite enjoyed. For entrees, we got Pad Thai, Pad See You, and Panang Curry -- all favorites we've had many places (despite the many alluring new-to-me options, I admit we all defaulted to known quantities) -- and we were impressed across the board. Everything was flavorful, had just the right amount of spice, and came out steaming hot. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of this restaurant, which felt lively and friendly. The ambiance is wonderful, with quiet, calm music and featuring incredibly spacious and comfortable seating. The food here is spectacular. If you visit, there are three absolute must-tries: Massaman Curry: Hands down the best I've ever had. Thai Chicken Biryani: The chicken is incredibly tender and juicy. It's served over a butter fried rice packed with addictive aromatics. My only gripe is that I always find myself wanting more chicken! BBQ Chicken: To satisfy that extra chicken craving, we recently tried this dish. Marinated in oyster sauce and spices, it is tender, deeply flavorful, and an instant favorite. Beyond the mains, do not skip on the cream cheese avocado wonton appetizer.
