I have been to this nail salon for the last few years and decided to stop going there any more. The main reason is their salon manager Nancy. All the good comments are there because they paid higher prices to get more premium services, and Nancy's attitude changes to another level if you offer to pay more. I usually just get a basic acrylic full set or refill and often, she would file very hard or use very sharp scissors to hurt my cuticles, and I bleeded several times. Often the acrylic nails look thick and the nail polish also don't last very long, and for many times, she didn't bother to ask me for the shape I wanted but decided on her own. Because of various reasons above, I chose not paying her tips some times and other times, I paid. However, she would try all kinds of ways to make me feel guilty whenever I chose not pay her tips for legitimite reasons... This recent time, I went back there a few days after my nails were done because the polish faded on a few nails, and when I walked in to ask her to fix it, even though I told her that the polish on a couple of nails faded, she took it as another money-making opportunity and said that I wanted a change of color, and I thought that she meant to paint my nails with a different color to fix it, so I sat down and let her take off my original color. After she took off my original color, she immediately asked me to pay, and I was very surprised because I told her to fix the original polish as soon as I walked in and she seemed to understand me. I refused her request and decided to leave without any polish. After getting services from her salon for quite a few years and trying very hard to build up a relationship with her, I decided to quit completely because I realized that Nancy is all about making money. If not paying her the level as she wanted, she would directly talk to you in your face and make you feel bad or offering a quick and poor service, or raise prices in all kinds of ways. This salon has made tons of money from its neighbors and visitors because of its location, and I'm positive that I could find better ones elsewhere!!! Please do not be fooled by the 5-star reviews and look into honest and in-depth ones like mine. read more

Can you believe I got this gel manicure 4 days ago? Lmaooooooooo. On day 2 the edges were lifting and I had no choice but to peel the whole thing off (came off in one go, way too easily) otherwise your hair starts getting caught in the lifted edges of your nails.... ladies you know what I'm talking about. I honestly wanted to love this place so bad cuz it's right next door to my house but I can't. This was actually my first time going back in 7 months cuz the last time I went, they gave me a gel manicure that literally wouldn't come off. I went to another salon to get it removed and get a new manicure cuz it was done poorly. And the other nail techs at the new salon couldn't get the manicure off. They filed and soaked and filed and soaked. They had no choice but to use the electric file to get the manicure off. The nail techs suspect that the first layer of bond they use in a gel manicure wasn't what they used, it was almost like they used literal glue for the first layer to bond the gel to my nails. My poor nails were so weak and thin after that I didn't get manicure for like 3 months and started going somewhere else. I am 100% sure I will never be back here again. read more

My daughter and her daughter were not being tended too with other patrons being serviced before them. The guy doing my nails walked away with the polish to add thinner (so I figured this out). The polish was thick and messy. Noticing my friend getting the leg massage I asked if it was standard with pedicures and the guy said he did massage my legs and feet! No you didn't!!! I would of remembered that because my intention was to add another 10 minutes!! I'm surprised at the poor service. I refused to have him finish, especially after the second trip to the thinner! Another woman came over to redo the job saying it was a bad color for me! What? It's a color I use regularly!!! Remove the shitty paint job and I'll pay for my cut and soak...even that was subpar as my big toe is uneven and cut short one one side. Not saying this is a bad place, just saying I had a bad experience. What was suppose to 4 pedi and 1 mani turned to 2 1/2 pedis only. Notice the 2nd picture? I'm so happy I found this nail place! I'm definitely making this my monthly manicure place. I walked in without a reservation and was seated for my manicure within 15 minutes. There were a lot of people, but also a lot of staff members working, so they were really fast at getting a nail tech for me. They had a huuuge selection of gel nail polishes to choose from, including glitter, chrome. I especially appreciated that they had an extra large variety of pink and nude colors. The staff were all super friendly and flexible with whatever you wanted. They were also efficient but amazing at their job, like I was in and out within 45 minutes. I didn't get the name of my nail tech, but she was really good. I had a broken/split-ish nail from removing my acrylics at another place (that I am never going back to), and she was able to file it gently so the edges were smooth again. First off during COVID it was incredibly hard to find a place doing acrylics, and this place also had great prices!! I really appreciated that all COVID precautions were taken, and the ladies really took their time doing my nails till I was satisfied. They did a good job on the way my nails looked at the end, but the person who did my gel manicure cut me 3 different times on my hands. Once with the cuticle cutter, and twice with the rough nail filer when going between my nail and finger to "separate" my nail from my skin after all of the polish. DO NOT GO HERE! worst experience ever! went for a mani/pedi but needed my old acrylic set removed. The lady didn't try soaking them off, she just started prying the acrylics off with clippers. She ripped a huge chunk of my ring finger nail off. I was bleeding bad and have a big chunk of my flesh exposed. She kept pouring stuff on it to try and stop the bleeding which stung so bad I was in tears. I wasn't able to get my nails polished because of the wound she left on my finger. This was (and still is) the most excruciating pain. (Two days later the pain still radiates up into my elbow.) AND SHE STILL CHARGED ME $75! (my pedi was ok and $45..which is fair) but $30 more to rip my natural nail off, not be able to even paint them, tears streaming down my face, in so much pain. where is the humanity or decency? I'm upset at their lack of care that they charged me the $75 but even more upset with myself for paying it. This place is unethical at best. read more
