Ok folks. Nice location, parking is a bit of a challenge. Regardless, planned a nice evening for me and the lady to celebrate her new job. Our server was great, the food and drinks were pricey but good. They didn't have to-go containers. Like none. Zero. Zilch. I had to get plastic cups to bring things home. We were limited to what would make sense and for what I paid, they failed on the exit interview. I can see why they run specials on Friday, which seems bananas, it was 1930 and empty. Tells me there is something else afoot. I think next time we will do Melting Pot or other for fondue. It's ok but price and lack of management expertise / follow up need attention. read more

What a deliciously fun experience! From the moment we sat down, the staff made us feel welcome and walked us through the menu like fondue pros. The cheese fondue was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned -- honestly, I could've eaten the whole pot by myself. The meats and veggies were fresh, and cooking them at the table made the whole night feel interactive and special. Up front: super impressed! Why? Because we have tried this location several times now and every time it has been quality food, quality service, and vibey ambiance. The last 2 times we have had Zay G as our server and he is so kind, funny, and knowledgeable of all the things. One of the other things I super appreciate about this restaurant is the management is always sending out specials. It makes it so fun to be able to go have a fondue night in the middle of the week when it used to be a once a year kind of thing because of prices. A family of 15 sitting next to us, while the entire family takes turns walking and rocking with the baby right in front of our table. Our server shows up 10 min later to introduce herself she pours waters and only the FIL wants something other than water. Serve then asks if we have been to a fondue place, yes we have. She asked for our cheese order. 10 min later she puts down the ingredients to make the cheese and puts the liquids in the pots to heat. 15 min later she finally comes back to start the cheese. We enjoy our cheese and start a game to see who carries around the baby more. From the time we got the cheese to the salad course was close to an hour. We had to get up and alert someone that FIL tea has not come and our server is no where. Salads come, and she asks about proteins and she said they were out of shrimp. A bit perturbed that this is the second item they ran out of as they only had white bread for the cheese course. We finish our salads, flag down someone for a new napkin and wait for our server to show up, even a drive by to say sorry we are behind. Looks like grandma and mom are tied for the baby holding and we continue to look at each other for the next 30 min. Husband is now pissed, goes to manager asking why so slow and they are understaffed and the owner didn't buy enough food. For a Mother's Day, we can understand on a regular night, but dang. My husband waits another 5 min and we all get up as it is now 8, and asks the manager how much we owe for cheese and salad. She says just don't worry about. 2 hours to eat a salad and cheese. I usually don't fault the server for things she has no control over tool over. By we only saw her maybe 3 times. Awful experience, mediocre food. I wouldn't bother for $60 dollars a person. Ambience was great, not too many people were there, and the 4 course dinner was fun to experience. We got the whiskey cheddar cheese appetizer, our own salads, we each got to pick three proteins, and finally, a chocolate fondue dessert (we chose the sea salt caramel chocolate). My husband liked the Montreal pork loin best and I enjoyed the sweet soy salmon best for the proteins, although they all were really good. Our server was really sweet and attentive. SIMPLY FONDON'T.............. This was hands down my worst restaurant experience of 2025 and possibly the worst of the 21st century thus far. The New Year's Eve menu was different and much more pricey than what was on the restaurant website. The food was fine. The service was fine until we got the check. We were a party of eight people and our total bill was $1088. The member of our party who collected our credit cards and handled the bill explicitly told our waitress to divide that number by eight and to charge two cards $136 each and charge the three couples' cards $272 each. Seems simple enough. It's basic math. But when we got our bills, none of them were according to our instructions. My solo bill was $178 and another solo bill was $110. Some of the couples bills were in the neighborhood of what we specified, but they were still incorrect. When I told the waitress that this was unacceptable and that she needed to redo the bills, her response was that she did everything to the best of he abilities. Not listening to customers when they tell you how to split the bill and being clueless about simple math suggests to me that she shouldn't be waiting tables. Bringing out the manager was of no help. The argument escalated and the manager ended up calling a female member of our party the C word. Then a man who apparently worked there approached us with a Rottweiler on a leash and told us it was time to "get the F___ out". This was a horrible way to treat the largest group in the restaurant. It wasn't very busy and I'll be surprised if it's still open next New Year's Eve. The lady who claimed to be the manager told us to direct this to the owner, Lance. We ordered the French onion fondue and it was delish but the veggies it is served with are like leftovers that belong on a veggie platter. Carrots, celery, broccoli and cauliflower. Disappointing what's happened to this place. We went on a Friday night and the menu was completely cut back. Cheese was clearly bought pre shredded and never melted (don't worry it did burn though ), and the meat options were not only super limited, it now came in preset plates so you can't pick anymore :/. My favorite protein was no longer available, each protein came with three pieces even though there were two of us, and even though I never get chicken or sausage here because i think sausage is a waste at fondue and I don't want to be responsible for chicken cooking two martinis in, half of the preset plate was chicken and sausage. Our second server was super kind and accommodating (yes second because the first ignored us for over 20 minutes -- we didn't even ask for a new server I think the second server just felt embarrassed for the first). We made reservations for a party of 7 and showed up at the time of our reservation . We were seated quickly and our waiter explained how the menu worked and helped us order. It was very dim lighting and perfect for a date night. We had kids so tried to keep them quiet so others could enjoy their meal. Sunday is kids eat free a which we didn't know going in but we're happy about that. It's a bit pricey for food you ultimately cook yourself but it's the experience that makes it worth it. read more

I've been here several times, it's one of my favorite restaurants in the area! It's a very special dining experience, you cook your main entrees, dip veggies and bread into the melted cheese, and dip treats into the chocolate. I like doing the four course meal, which includes cheese fondue, salad, main entree fondue, and chocolate fondue. Each course you make personal selections for the type of cheese, proteins for the entrees, your favorite salad and chocolate, plus the cooking style for the main course to your liking(broths or oil). I recommend the oil method so you can get the option to use batter on some of the proteins. Especially the stuffed mushrooms, the only way to get those is with the oil cooking method. (Order extra stuffed mushrooms during the main course, they are my favorite part of the meal!) However, their protein selection is great, including a variety beef, chicken, pork and seafood. There are several delicious dipping sauces during the main course, my obsession is the tarragon honey mustard, and the close second being the creamy horseradish. Tyler was so personable and easy to talk to that we thought he was a veteran at Simply Fondue. Little did we know it was his first day on the floor. Well, he took such great care of us. Our cheese fondue starter was so tasty and then we had our choice of proteins and then ended with chocolate fondue which is a must. FYI, pace yourself lol. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The layout and decor feel very cozy and designed to accommodate a lot of 2-person parties. The wait staff were so pleasant and we enjoyed bantering throughout the meal. Our first course was the french onion cheese fondue, and we thought that we had both gone to heaven, it was so good. The salads were aldo very, very good. The main course came with plenty of different sauces and just about the right amount of food. For dessert, we got the s'mores fondue and we loved the little show that we got when they lit it on fire to melt the marshmallows. We arrived during happy hour for the discount, and used the money we saved to tip our waiter extra, he was just great. I recommend this for any pair of folks (romantic couple, best friends, parent/child, sibling, etc) looking for a leisurely meal to enjoy good food and each other's company. This place is a phenomenal experience. Every single course and bite was amazing. I pretty much expected the food to be good, considering the price level and reputation of the establishment. What I did not consider was the level of service. The server was nice. The restaurant is nice. They should just serve other food and change the name. The drinks were good, too. They just don't know what fondue is all about. The one in Fort Worth is definitely bigger, better, and has more options! But i think its currently being renovated so this one is a second choice. Our waitress was so sweet and accommodating, she made me a mocktail drink by request, brought us more cheese dipping apples, and added extra ravioli to our fondue cooking plate! The special cheese this month is spinach artichoke gouda flavor and OMG u must try it. It was amazing. I am not sure if they have an option for only cheese or only chocolate here but the full 4 course thing is a lot so I'd recommend trying to just do 1 or 2. Better than the melting pot but not as good as the one in fort worth in my opinion. This location is a lot smaller and more open concept so it can get pretty loud pretty fast. It's easy to eat here - reservations are pretty simple to get via OpenTable, and there's always Groupons available also. We had no problem using ours when the bill came. We ordered the classic dinner for each of us - it comes with choice of cheese to share for the table, selection of three proteins each, and a chocolate fondue to share for the table. Endless dipping stuff also included. The cheese fondue was fine - we selected pepperjack, which was spiced to our taste with cayenne and vigorous drops of Tabasco sauce. The bread cubes were a bit dense, but fine with the cheese. The vegetables included tiny florets of cauliflower, broccoli, carrots cut into rounds and one slice of granny smith apple. The main course of proteins was the weakest part of the meal, and it may have been because of our cooking choice, which was scandinavian grill. A cast iron skillet is brought to the table, clarified butter heated atop of it, for you to grill your meat selection. The skillet seemed fine to cook from, but it was the meats that were so heavily spiced, completely drenched in seasoning, and thus oversalted to the point of inedibility. I don't know if the overseasoning is meant to compensate for the traditional (oil frying) cooking method or the broth method, where some of the seasoning might fall off, but the grill seemed to compound and concentrate the salt. The restaurant seems fairly understaffed, as most restaurants are these days, but our waiter was most friendly when he was around. He just disappeared for about an hour around the main course, and so we were sitting for a long, long time waiting for him to clear our plates and progress with the meal. The dessert fondue is always the best part of the meal here. We had the s'mores, which was topped with mini marshmallows. The waiter douses the whole thing with a bit of alcohol to light it up, and you can roast marshmallows from the flame. This is lovely to do, except that the mini marshmallows completely burn to charcoal in the process. Still, the chocolate underneath tasted fine. We requested additional dessert dippers from a passing waitress and she swiftly brought them out to us, which we really appreciated. Our waiter finally appeared towards the end of our dessert course to surprise us with a little slice of cheesecake for my niece's birthday, which was a nice gesture. All in all, an okay experience, but I would recommend to get proteins that haven't been seasoned, especially if you don't like your foods heavily salted. And hopefully you come when you have all the time in the world, because you will need it. read more

If you don't want to cook your own food - I do not recommend fondue. I like that you were able to pick your choice of cheese, chocolate and meats. It came with a four course meal. Salad, cheese fondue, proteins and chocolate. I'm not big on chocolate, but I loved the chocolate fondue with mini brownies. A fondue experience is not something you should rush. The service was incredible as many checked on us through the entire evening but I have to applaud Tony which was our server and who were later found out was the owner. Dippers seemed sparse at first but in the end were actually plenty for us. We had the Heath bar chocolate fondue and I wasn't as much of a fan as I thought I would be - the Heath bar had basically softened once it was in the chocolate and didn't have any crunch left. Only complaint I have is that we had ordered a salad and put it on one side between us to share, but at one point the waiter came up, just took the salad away before we were finished without us having a chance to say anything. He could've at least asked if we were done... He did try to make good conversation with us so I'll forgive it but might just want to check with the customer before taking things away!
