I am completely disgusted with this location and I will not spend another dime of my money at this location. The customer service from the young kids that work there is horrible. The quality in which they prepare the food is also horrible and they don't follow directions when u state to them you want certain items added or left off your salad. I went on Wednesday evening! The staff was amazing and friendly!! Tony was taking order and fast and efficient! Camila and Del there preparing the food and had the most beautiful smile! New restaurant in my neighborhood. A lot of green options but order process was complicated and the salad was costly for my taste m. So its now been months since my last review i was charge twice on my credit card once cash so three times for 29.00 salad. The girl ran my card twice triggered fraud this is an update so since i called and informed them one credit card charge was returned the other was not. The lady asked me to send a email it info @ simple salad the respond right away 24 hours i never heard back . I tried again calling this time the guy that took my cash answered he said hed have the so called regional manager blonde heavy stud give me a call i thought it would be handles still wasnt and to date no call she was the one who insisted both charges would go away since they didnt receive. I do love this place, the salads are very good. I'm always down for new, healthy restaurants in the area. I definitely recommend, not too expensive for what you're getting. I just have a couple of minor hangups that are keeping me from giving it a five-star. Every now and again, they get the order slightly wrong. Not too terribly often. But I always do check my order (one time my chicken salad came without chicken). I see other reviews talking about this as well, so I would suggest picking up the order yourself and checking the order instead of having it delivered. That said: quite often the order is not ready at the order time. It's to a point where I've come to expect it, so I usually show up 5 to 10 minutes after the pickup time, and even still sometimes I have to wait a little bit. Again, not the biggest deal for me as I have come to expect it, but definitely something to keep in mind, this might not be the place if you're in a hurry! read more

I gave this place a try 2 times. The first time I ordered, they forgot to add black beans. So I told myself , I'll give it one more try. FRAUD!!!!! Do not go to this location. I went a few weeks back and they said their card machine was not working properly and kept requesting that I re-enter my card. They ended up charging me twice. I told them this the same day and they said not to worry about it and its just pending, it wont post. But of course both charges posted. So I call them and they said, oh we will just give you another salad. Because this was the easiest fix, I said fine. Well I just looked again at my account and they have charged me again! As I waited, I saw severa people who ordered after me get their food. I asked the cashier about my order and told her I had been waiting 30 minutes, but she gave a very nonchalant response and said it would be a few more minutes, didn't know how long. Ten minutes later my salad came out and I asked whether my ticket was lost (I think it was), and she again just mumbled something and gave mw the impression that she didn't care. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I won't be returning, despite that this place is one of the few places in the area that has healthy food. read more

Everytime I come to this store it's nothing but good vibes and the ppl are always so nice and positive and polite.Today April 30th at like 3:30 behind the counter is this TALL WHITE LADY WITH GLASSES i don't know who she is nor did I get her name.but she is rude asf to her employees I heard the way she talked to the two African men in there and she was NOT kind at all. And if she's a supervisor or manager is even worst because that is NOT the way you talk to your employees and this salad place like I said has always been good vibes And she just ruins it she doesn't even smile to the customers. Also Other customers saw and heard how she talked to that man.and it's very unprofessional especially speaking to the employees rude infront of customers .She embarrassed one of them and I can tell by the look of his face.
