I ordered through Grubhub. I was told the food would take 60 to 70 minutes to arrive at my door. I was so hungry all I could look forward to was the food getting here. I have never ordered from this place and I have never ordered through GrubHub. The food was here in 15 minutes. It was hot it was fresh and it was absolutely delicious! Disappointed! The minimum for delivery is $15. For that price, the food that came in was absolutely tasteless. When I opened the box, it also started smelling like piss. Saw the good review and thought "I guess I'll try it. .." My mistake. I won't order from here again. First, the delivery driver showed up about 45 minutes late. Second, due to the late arrival the food was very cold. Third, the food taste terrible... spring rolls had a weird aftertaste, vermicelli had no flavor and the beef taste like rubber. Finally, the Bon Mi Bo Sandwich was tiny and bland. The one decent thing was the crab rangoons. Do yourself a favor and eat from Heavenly Pho instead. SIngapore, in my opinion, is what one thinks of when they think of quintessential Chinese take-out. The food is nothing special but it is a good value for the price. The portion sizes are generous even if the flavor is not something you would see highlighted on Food Network. The staff isn't the most professional but they generally do not mess up your order. I would not recommend eating at the establishment as the ambiance is lacking but for take-out you could do a lot worse. I typically order Singapore mei fun, which is again, not going to revolutionize your tastebuds but it will not gross you out either. My wife gets a spicy seafood soup which lives up to its name and is filled with plenty of high iodine infused seafood (especially imitation crab meat). She really likes it and I would wager most people will have leftovers, so its basically two meals for what you pay. Again, the dine in experience will leave you underwhelmed if not put off but for unhealthy take-out, it is what it is. read more

Mediocre would be the word. Spring rolls were pork undercooked. Thai Tomyum Seafood soup was bland with obvious frozen mixed seafood in a coconut milk which lacked zing such as lemon or onion. Japanese Teriyaki combo was greasy small scallops, over cooked chicken and shrimp. the beef curry was tough large slices of beef in a mild unexciting curry which was a gray-yellow color. The food was okay, but server was incredibly rude. He never gave his name and didn't wear a name tag, but he had like black/blondish hair and had a tattoo on his face as well as on his body and piercings on his face. And a hat that said "Dad." He behaved almost to the point where it felt like he hated his job/didn't want any customers. As customers walked in he was on his phone texting instead of servicing them!!!! He was very short and rude from the moment we walked in to the moment we got rang up. In the line when my coworker was rung up and told him the meal he ordered the server snapped and said "I know what everyone got, y'all all got the same thing it's not like I can't remember". That was only one of the many rude remarks he made. He charged us dinner prices for lunch prices and didn't tell us until he rang us up. Meats and vegetables are fresh and their customer service is great. My staff and I ordered different plates to share and my favorite was the Kung Pao Chicken, General Tso and the Lo Mein. read more

As far as the Vietnames and thai food here, I'd recommend you stay clear of it. The owner is from China so you taste more Chinese influence in all the food. as soon as we walked in there was an employee yelling and talking so loudly in chinese. he went on like this for about ten minutes after we sat down and scanned the menu. the place is ok. doesn't seem too clean and the employees were wiping their mouths on their aprons and going to the bathrooms WITH their apron on. absolutely disgusting. anyways we ordered orange chicken and general tso's. food took about 10-12 minutes to come out and it was indeed a good sized portion. only one scoop of rice and then so much chicken. didn't balance out but that's okay. both meals came with egg rolls which were decent not too bad. the rice was bland as well as the soups we got along with our meal. although the egg drop soup definitely did have more flavor than your local buffet. all together we paid about $18 for two meals. i wasn't satisfied but i was full and ready to head home after sitting in that unclean restaurant with employees who go to the bathroom in their apron and an employee standing behind the front desk yelling at his phone for no reason. the place is really small. 4 stars to our waiter tho with good service. read more

Let me start off by saying I love the food here. I've ordered takeout and dined in many times. However, two of the times that I've dined in there is a blonde, elderly woman who gives the worst service I've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I went in for lunch today and stood in the doorway for 5 solid minutes. The waitress turned to look at us and without a word sat down at a nearby table and started eating. Only after we had stood there for several minutes did she say, "Sit wherever you want." The kicker is, there was only ONE table with people seated in the place. We waited for a couple more minutes, instead of bringing us menus or taking a drink order, she walks behind the counter and faces the wall. Our first experience with her was no different. read more

I always see ppl at work order from this place and their menu somehow ended on my desk about a month ago and I decided to keep it, today was is Chinese food crave mode, and remembered about this place. First off I called around 9:30 and get greeted by a happy voice assuring me they are open. Unusual to me because most places closing always have people in not the best mood so late in their day ready to go home. Was so pleased with the attitude coming from their end, I placed my order which consisted of two Orange chicken dinner specials. For 8.95 which is the most expensive of the 25+ different entrees listed, you get crab ragoos ( puffy cream cheese, crab, fried goodness) an egg roll ( perfectly fried ) fried rice, at least 3lb of very original Orange chicken ( im sorry it may sound cheesy and to some not even Chinese, but I love Panda Express orange chicken and this one next to that one is like Mexican tacos to Tacobell.), a serving of broccoli ( to my surprise made it all seam healthy lol) , soy sauce, hot mustard, duck sauce, fortune cookie, fork and napkins. Oh and they also add a colorful menu that when you get home it definitely catches someone's attention. Same way It caught mine in the office. Fresh amazing taste, flavor explosion in your mouth, I had so much good food I could not believe how they make money. The service itself was reason to come back, when i got there I was impressed how nice the place was, i was told it was a hole in the wall, and even read it but there is nothing hole about it. Clean, really bright, well decorated, full with happy people ( even tho it was late night ) definitely a place I will go back and dine at. You have to give this place a shot, food is REALLY great and FRESH, portions are HUGE, and they know how to keep a customer HAPPY. I will definitely be back soon to explore more of their menu. It felt good to see someone at the counter with so much passion getting my food ready, and not the typical late night ready to go home attitude most places here in San Antonio have. I received a menu on my apartment door, so I told my partner, today I just want to stay home and be lazy so let's order Chinese food from Singapore. I order Lemon chicken, beef and broccoli (2) $5.95 and Sesame chicken $6.95 which came out to $18.85 plus $2 delivery plus tax like 21$ so we get our food delivered driver gives us our food and he gets on his way. I looked at the receipt after words and they charged me $28.85 I called to speak to a manager because maybe it was a miscommunication somewhere, advised her the whole situation she then Stated "Your right, but let me call you back to figure out what happen." I said, "Okay" she then Called me back 45 min later to tell me that I order a "larger specialty fried rice and in fact the price was suppose to be $29.85 not & $28.85" I told her, "Okay if I order the rice why didn't I receive it? And why would I order rice if my three combos included fried rice and an egg roll.?!" Stated " I apologize but that's what you order.!" With that comment I became more upset so I let her know i wouldn't be coming back here due to that fact that she wasn't doing anything to understand the costumer.
