So good!! One of my favorite Thai spots in San Antonio! It's hard to find places in town that branch out, but Sip Saam has so many options that wouldn't be served at other Thai spots in town.

Actually the best Thai I've ever had! So upscale with their food with very reasonable prices. The restaurant is off the beaten path. Nothing special to look at but clean. Service was friendly and fast.

Sip saam thai was a mid experience. The eggplant dish with rice was supposed to be mild spice level and came with zero flavor. The friend rice with chicken was bland and didn't have much chicken. Chicken massaman curry was ok. Water is brought via a pitcher and glasses for you to self pour. We had to ask for more water. When I asked for some sauces to spice up my dish it took some time. Entrees were overpriced. It was conveniently located.

Stayed close by for business. When did sushi, but really no sushi places downtown. Settled here and was pleasantly surprised. Nice staff, plenty of seating, and great experience. Had the pad Thai chicken and massaman curry. Both were extremely tasty and had the perfect heat as we requested. We definitely come back again.

First meal in San Antonio was here. A great spot about 14 minutes walk from the convention center. Walked in for lunch and I got the red curry beef special. Service was friendly. The meal was flavorful and perfect proportion for lunch. Nice spot with ample seating. I'm

I wanted to like this place more than I did, but the food itself is mediocre and overpriced. I went for lunch and got the drunken noodles, which comes as a combo with soup and one crab rangoon. The drunken noodles were pretty dry and one-dimensional tasting (almost like only soy sauce was used). The noodles themselves had a great texture. I also loved the soup, which reminded me of a hot and sour soup but a savory version without the hot and sour components. The moo ping was tasty but the meat did not have much char--it seemed like it was cooked steaming in sauce. The mango sticky rice was definitely the star, close to perfection. The mango was super sweet and juicy and the rice had just the right amount of coconut flavor. Service was friendly and fast. And everything was very nice decor-wise. The plates and interior matches the pricing of the menu.

The food was superb. We got their spring rolls with tofu and even my 2 year old liked them. We each got a lunch special pad Thai. It came with delicious soup and a crab Rangoon. Probably the best crab Rangoon I've ever had. Everything was so fresh. Service was superb. Very clean and relaxing. Stop here for good food and good service. I want to try the fried banana next time!

The food at Sip Saam Thai was very good! The moo ping and pad see ew were so delicious and portions were a good size. Next time, I'd skip the drunken noodles since the flavor was a bit meh. My friend really liked the red curry with seafood and finished the whole plate. The restaurant was clean and staff was attentive and nice. If I'm in the mood for Thai food when visiting San Antonio again, I would go definitely go back to eat here.

Exquisite in every aspect, sumptuous Thai food that is not the typical Thai joint. The Spring Rolls were the best I've had, the Curry Lamb Shank amazing, the Salt & Pepper Shrimp is perfection. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the service is so friendly and attentive. My new downtown favorite!

The restaurant is average size with quiet music playing. Service is fast and the staff is professional and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious. I had pad woon sen and hubby had Thai pork spare ribs. They were so good but we will each try another dish when we come back.

Pad thai not my favorite, but pad se ew was solid as well as the thai fried rice. The people here are very very nice. I would get the pad se ew and fried rice again but nothing else. Spice is 1-10 but you can add more spice later. Thai tea looked really good so maybe I'll try that next time.

Food here is awesome. We had the Crispy Garlic Spare Ribs and the Green Curry Beef. Both are must have. The ribs were made to perfection. Nice and crispy and meat just comes right off. Very favorable. I ordered medium spicy curry. It was just perfect. Anymore or any less would have ruined it. Just enough spice to give it that kick you needed. The service was great as our waitress was very attentive. The place is nice inside. Clean and nicely setup. Will definitely be back when we are in San Antonio.

Walking in here reminded me of places we ate - the Texas sized Buddha made it easy to remember that we were still in Texas. The smells, the food, the service was very reminiscent of being in Thailand. Being Friday, we started with the potatoe soup (only available on Fridays). It was tasty even though there was nothing "Thai" about it. The large bowl fills 4 of the cups with a little left over. The crunchy wonton strips were hot, crispy with a nice sweet and sour sauce. The wife had pineapple fried rice, one of her favorites at any Thai restaurant, they did not disappoint. I had the chicken larb salad, medium spicy, and it delivered spice and the citrus acid from limes, very good. Portion sizes are generous. After the soup course, my wife and I are bringing about half of each entree for tomorrow lunch. Service was prompt and it's worth another visit, even at 45 minutes away from where I live. Pro Tip: scan the QR code at the table to get the menu. They don't keep their paper menus current with either prices or choices, probably the only knock I have against this place.
