Ja ja five for nothing, this company work for lowes, mu washer broke down they send me this guys. And take 20 day to get my washer fix. I try to call to know when they come, and never pick up the phone. I have to call lowes and they cal sis. If you call lowes ask to send somebody else or the other ways you have to wait long time. And my you wife get mad on ypu because she have a pilles of dirty clhotes. read more

This company was terrible to work with. I had them come out to service my samsung dryer through my extended warranty from Lowe's. My dryer was a few years old, and it went out. The first time they came, the tech said he had to order a part which would take an additional two weeks to arrive. They never contacted me back, and lied and said they had been trying to reach me. 3 weeks and multiple unsuccessful phone attempts later, they come out to install the part. Each time you are given a 4 hour window to be on standby. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for the part the tech advises that he ordered the wrong part and it will be an additional week for the correct part to arrive. I still hear nothing from them. after calling at least 6 times, i finally get on the schedule. I requested a call ahead as I was unable to take another 4 hours off work for the THIRD time. The tech calls me and says he will be there is 25-30 minutes. I head home, and I made it home in 26 minutes. The tech was gone. I called him and asked why he left? I was still within the 30 minutes he advised. His response was " I'm already gone, so call and reschedule. " we went back and forth about it, and I called to reschedule. Lowe's contacted the company directly and they advised that he'd be back out the same night after his other appointments. He never showed up . This was a friday evening. Monday I receive a call from Shawn. I tell him about all the trouble I've had. I asked him if I could just get an hour call ahead to avoid taking another day off for the 4th time. He said that would be impossible. I asked for a manager, he stated that he is the manager. I told him I couldnt do a 4 hour window , and needed a call ahead. He stated there was nothing they could do , and to just let him know if i'm refusing service so that he could tell Lowe's that I refused them coming out for the repair. Needless to say after 4 attempts and weeks of waiting , my dryer is still not fixed. They have been to my home 3 times already just to fix a dryer. The time I've taken off work has probably cost me more than what a professional repair man would've cost out of pocket. This company is worthless, unprofessional, and they lack product knowledge as well as customer service skills. Go elsewhere for your repair. They truly couldn't care less about the customer. read more

If i could give negative starts I would. Absolutely the worst incompetent company. Do not use them. Scheduling is a nightmare and they do not show up. Scheduled with them three different times and each time they had some excuse why the tech couldn't get to our house. Awful customer service. Asked to speak to a surpervisor and was told the surpervisor was not in so I asked them to call the supervisor and have them call me. He said he would try. I said I am sure you can call your supervisor. Well 5 minutes later someone calls and tells me they are the surpervisor. Funny how the call came from the same phone number. Thought he wasn't in. Really?? He was either there or someone was pretending to be the supervisor. Just ridiculous dealing with this company. read more

called Home Depot on July 8th. They set an appointment with SIS for July 14th. SIS called July 11th and said they knew what my washer needed and they were ordering parts for it. No need to come out they knew what was needed. On July 26 tech came out and installed two circut boards and my washer is now fixed. Took three weeks but maybe thats the normal. read more

This repair company gets ZERO STARS! They were sent out by Sears as a sub-contractor, even though we have a Sears Service contract!! The person came wearing NO ID from Sears, wearing shorts and a T-shirt, and barely able to speak English. The only proof that this person should be at my house, was our name and address on a print-out sheet. I called Sears before allowing him into my house. Once there, the repair couldn't be completed, and after waiting an additional 3 weeks for parts and an additional appointment, our dishwasher still had the SAME issue!! I finally demanded that Sears send a SEARS CERTIFIED repair person for my next appointment. Most dates only had this other company available, but I insisted and by speaking to a HUMAN AND NOT THE COMPUTER, I got the appropriate service appointment. After more than 2 hours, the Sears person finally fixed our dishwasher! He said that the other repair person did not know what they were doing! DO NOT ALLOW ANY COMPANY ( Sears, Lowes, etc) TO SEND SIS VA INC FOT SERVICE TO YOUR HOME! read more

Horrible experience!! Home Depot sent this company out through our warranty plan to repair our GE wash machine that we purchased in January of 2018. The repair tech came to our house 4 times in a period of 2 MONTHS and still could not fix it and refused to call Home Depot's tech line while at our house on the 4th visit to tell them that he could not fix it. He told us that HD would not give us a new wash machine. After speaking with Home Depot and explaining to them what happened on the 4th repair visit, SIS was instructed to call us and schedule a 5th time to come back out to basically call the tech line at HD while at our house to "deem it unrepairable" and instead an extremely rude woman called from SIS and stated that we needed to call HD back AGAIN and tell them that SIS would not work on our machine anymore and to call GE to come out and fix it. She was very confrontational with us on the phone and raised her voice as well. So not only did SIS not fix our brand new wash machine and put us through a 2 month long process but they were also extremely rude, lied, didn't listen to Home Depots instructions and unhelpful! I do not recommend using this company and hope that Home Depot will follow up with my complaint about them and not use them anymore as well. read more

HORRIBLE. I actually give them zero stars. Worst technicians, worst customer service, worst experience. Over 10 repair services in under 8 months and the issue was never fixed. One technician didn't speak English so he could not communicate to us. He also would show up to an appointment (scheduled between 8am-noon) and arrive at 6-7am, interrupting our sleep and ability to get ready for work. When I asked him why he keeps coming so early, he said to avoid traffic. So instead of him killing time, he inconveniences our morning routine by showing up 1-2 hours early. Another technician was "googling" on his phone to figure out what could be the issue. He would also tell me one thing and write in the Lowes report something completely different. Then they keep ordering random parts and charging Lowes, rather than telling Lowes the issue is unrepairable. When Pasquell, lady from SIS Service ticketing department, called me to setup another service appointment, for random parts, that I had no idea about, she was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. I wanted to know what parts and what for and she became agitated and rude to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to give me a Manager/ Owner name and contact phone number. They really aren't "experts" on appliances and I'm beyond frustrated that after 8 months of owning this fridge, my issue is STILL NOT FIXED. They are the only Lowes warranty repair company in Alexandria, VA, therefore we will never buy appliances from Lowes, as long as they are contracted. read more

Last November, our Appliance Guarantee service sent SIS VA to fix our Bosch dishwasher. After three attempts they not only could not repair the dishwasher but they changed a piece and made a hole in purpose so the dishwasher would work in principle. The hole leaked water to the floor and destroyed a part of our wood floor. We called Bosch who sent a certified repair system who had to make a major repair (nearly $600) when the original problem was a defective valve (approx $100). After not having dishwasher for nearly 2 months, the dishwasher was finally repaired by MSI Metropolitan services and works fine now. Also, we did some research on SIS VA and it turns out they do not repair Bosch dishwashers, so we wonder why the warranty service send them! I have a washer and dryer set from Home Depot and got the 5-year protection plan when I bought it. My sensor when out in the dryer and I called to get a repair person out to my home to fix it. So, they go SIS to call me, they called, and I explained the issue I was having they said okay we think we know that the issue is and we can order the part and when it comes in we will call for an appointment. So, then the part came in and they came out, come to find out that was not the issue and they had to order another part. Well, then the repair guy was in a car accident and I was more concerned with if he was okay then getting my dryer fixed. After he came out to fix the dryer, it was making a really load noise again, so I called the protection plan again and they came out and said they had to order the part again and it would take 3 business day, it has been a week. They finally called with an appointment and they never came never called. I called four time and all four times they stated that they needed to talk to the technician and would get back with me, they never did. I had to call again, and they said I had to reschedule my appointment again. And they could not tell me anything of why no one could at least call me and let me know. I have to keep taking off of work to set in the home and wait, because I don't work close enough to just come home when they are on there way. this company is completely disorganized and useless. they have non business hours and no way to leave a message. I have been forced to deal with them since april to repair my dishwasher that was under warranty and they have not helped me at all. they have not met my service needs. I have had to call them at least 15 times and never talk to the same person and they have no communication in their office. they made a service appt with me for a day without even asking me if it was ok. they had only one tech who could come to my house and he could not come when I was available. one day they scheduled him to come on sat between 12 and 230 and he called me at 240 and said he was an hour out so I told him I would be back in an hour to run an errand and he came to my house and left within the hour without trying to do the repair or waiting for me. never use them. they are incompetent and not reliable. don't use them. I would give them a neg -10 star if possible! I have never dealt with a worse company. samsung uses them and when I complained to samsung they said they had no one else in the dc metro area for me to use and I would have to work it out with them! how unprofessional this whole situation has been. with all their bad reviews I can't believe they are still in business. read more
