If I could give zero stars, I would. They were sent by LG for a warranty repair to our refrigerator. Punctual, courteous but useless. Our water/ice dispenser wasn't working and an error code was on the display. Tech knew nothing about the code. He pulled the fridge out and drilled a piece of wood to the floor behind the fridge. This company was used by GE for a washer repair. Tech came out and was very difficult to understand. He was told there was a hole in the bottom of the washer and turned on the washer and then yelled for towels. After a few minutes said he would submit to GE for a replacement. A full 48 hours later and he has not reported anything to GE and doesn't answer the phone. The number given is a personal cell phone that goes right to voicemail. I'm a week with a completely broken washer and a tech hired by GE that doesn't care. If assigned this company by GE - Stay clear! read more

This is a terrible company that employs the worst of the worst. I have had X employee come out for the same exact problem time after time after time. My dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes. Each time he gives a lame excuse and says it works. Then I tell him I will continue to call. This idiot has been to my house over 5 times!!! This last time, he actually made a "repair" but made a HUGE mess by forgetting to connect the pipes and then he leaves. We got this business assigned through home depot protection plan department to diagnose a weird sound that is coming out of our dryer. The technician came first and left without saying a word. Later we had to call him and find out that he needed to order a part and that he will be back in 3-5 days. Obviously like everyone said, scheduling an appointment with the owner Chris is a nightmare. I finally got one for Saturday and the same technician who doesn't speak english came in and said that he does not what the problem is. But he ordered the part just in case he might need it. He started opening up my dryer and broke a clamp and kept saying it is very hard to work on these dryers and that he doesn't know how to work on them. I just cannot understand how in the world can a technician accept a job that he is not aware of. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. This company is trash. I initially called them two days ago to confirm my appointment and to ask them when they were supposed to come out yesterday to fix my dryer, could they also fix my washer machine at the same time instead of coming back the following today which is today. The guy told me he just got in and had to wait until the ticket came in from Lowes. I never got a call back. They called my Husband phone image sad and left a message. I called them back and they told me I didn't have an appt for yesterday and it was For today and for the washer only. Today, they called my Husband whom is out of town which is why I told them to call me. Gave them my number and the warranties are under my name. This guy just told me Lowes canceled my appt and rescheduled for Monday. Then he told me to call Lowes and hung up on me. Im the customer and you're going to hang the phone up on me when I'm telling you the confirmations I have weee for Yesterday and today and then you confirmed it yesterday I had an appt. I never canceled anything. I've been without my dryer for over a week. WTH would I cancel and continue calling you to go back and forth. Guy came out to look at my new washer throwing problem codes, he ran a load told me I was loading my machine wrong and that it runs fine all new machines have this issue. If you are sent to SIS for warranty service, please request a different company. Warranty work is the only reason they are still in business despite being a terrible company. My experience: Said that nobody was home, but I was working on my front porch from 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to 1 hr after. I called and they said the notes said nobody was home. I read all of the negative reviews that SIS was getting but my experience was the exact opposite. They were easy to get hold of, they quickly ordered the part I needed (new ice maker) and called a few days later when it arrived to schedule the install. Patrick was courteous, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about the refrigerator, the computer and diagnostic codes, etc. A small leak occurred when he switched out the water diverter valve but he worked at it until he fixed it. The new ice maker is working well. My experience with SIS and specifically Patrick was great - I hope their reviews turn around. read more

I rarely make on-line reviews, however our experience was totally unacceptable. We purchased an extended warranty plan thru Assurant and logged a claim on our oven which displayed an error code. Assurant assigned Sis Va and upon arrival, the technician was able to start the oven, but refused to do any diagnostic testing. He just sat on the floor for 30 minutes watching tik tok. Furthermore, he called my husband a liar regarding the error code. Maybe it was a good thing he did not find anything to fix. With customer service behavior like that, who knows what quality of work this company would have done! read more

Similar to most of the reviews here. Unprofessional, extremely poor customer service, do not allow them to conduct any work for you and they should be removed from all supplier/vendor lists as a repair service provider. I was scheduled for repair service on 5/13 for an issue with the freezer water/ice dispenser on a refrigerator that was delivered new on 4/1. The service center called saying the technician wanted the rest of the week off so rescheduled for 5/17. The technician called at 3:45 on 5/17 saying he would be here at 5:00pm. I said that doesn't work I need to take my son to practice by 5:00pm. I called "Chris" at Sis Va Inc, their email address is dispatch@SISVAINC.COM, and their phone number is (240) 558-3709. He offered Saturday and I told him I will be at my kids sports all day Saturday. He didn't have any other times he could commit to saying he only had one guy and they normally don't come out to my area. I then called and spoke to "Elvito" at 800-SAMSUNG. He was very helpful and was trying to find another service company. While we were on the phone the other guy showed up unexpectedly around 4:15. I decided to let him take a look but reminded him I needed to get my son to practice by 5:00pm.  He ended up replacing the internal part with the flap that the ice/water come out of. In that process I watched as he forcefully removed the cover for the part you push on to get ice and water. He broke it and admitted he broke it. He went to his truck and brought one back that was stainless steel in color. Mine is black. I asked if he would put that on for me to use and order the replacement part then come back and switch it out. He said I would just have to keep that one. I called his company rep "Chris" again and explained the situation. "Chris" didn't even know he was still coming when I told him he was there. Now my son is late for his practice and this guy broke something else and he can't repair it effectively. He got on the phone with "Chris" a couple of times but just kept messing around with the part he broke. I asked him again to just replace it with the spare part and come back later to replace it with the correct one. He refused. I finally asked him to leave around 5:20pm. He was rude and unprofessional showing up unexpectedly, also banging on my garage door like a cop similar to another review, and very disrespectful while working at my house not providing acceptable customer service. Now I can't even use the ice/water maker at all and apparently it will take a day or two to find another service center. I will not work with this service center again and Samsung should seriously evaluate their partnership with them as they are poor representatives of Samsung. read more

Samsung sent this company's tech out to take a look at what I deem to be a manufacturing defect that I did not notice upon delivery. Technician was rude from the moment he pulled up. As the technician trampled through my garden, being to lazy to walk around to my entry way, he came into my house asking to see the washing machine he was breathing extremely heavy while sweating profusely. The technician was disrespectful in communication to both my wife and I and took two pictures of the issue. I asked him to document what he sees for Samsung and not order tickets for repair to which he responded "no repair i cancel ticket." I just called Samsung and it appears he did just that and cancelled the ticket without documenting my issue. I am angry on so many levels without even mentioning the five hour service windows I sat around for to have this guy come into my house and disrespect my wife and I and leave after five minutes without even doing anything. I hope Samsung does not pay SIS VA for their visit as they did nothing to address the problem but I know that is just being hopeful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY FUTURE NEEDS. read more

I had two experiences with this poor excuse for a business. First time LG advised that my 6 month old washer required a software update (they were working fine, and still are years later). I scheduled the update and the "technician" never showed. I called to try and schedule a new time and was told I would receive a call back. After multiple rude and unprofessional exchanges I told them to forget it as Inwas sure if I let these unskilled idiots anywhere near my machine they would break it. Second time I had my new Samsung refrigerator experience an ice maker auger failure. Called Samsung service and they referred me to SIS VA........I told Samsung to pack sand and paid for the repair out of pocket using one of the few skilled appliance repair services that will even work on a Samsung. Never let these fools into your home. Fight with the manufacturer to get a credible repair company (very hard unless you buy high end) or bite the bullet and pay out of pocket. This company only does warranty work as no one would ever willingly hire them. This is why I will never buy an appliance from a big box store again. read more

The gentleman who Samsung sent to fix my dishwasher was very friendly and pleasant but after two visits within two weeks, the issue persisted (LC error code that beeps for eternity until you cut the power which is a common issue judging from the reviews). Samsung has been entirely unhelpful and uncooperative in remedying this problem. Due to the incompetence of their repair person, the Home Depot Warranty company offered us a complete refund of the dishwasher. The repair guy they sent had no idea what he was doing. He was sitting on the floor watching repair videos on YouTube and arguing with somebody at the company on the phone. He didn't install any of the parts the warranty company mailed to my home. He left without doing a single thing to repair the dishwasher. He wanted me to run a load of dishes before he got there -- I showed him the silverware that I'd run previously but he didn't trust me. Why ask me to run something if he's not going to believe me when I showed him?? Literally the worst repair experience of my life. I don't understand why Home Depot still uses this company. Terrible customer service. I was directed to this company by LG to get my washing machine repaired and we set up a 12-5 window. I went to work early and left at 11:40am to drive back to my home. Apparently the technician called me while I was driving at 11:45 and I couldn't answer, so when I got home at 11:58am I had a voicemail from the company saying that I had "missed my appointment". When I called to speak the "scheduling manager" she was rude to me and rather than even offering to call the technician considering it was 12:05 to see if he was even in the area, she was condescending and rude. My favorite part was when technician said he was looking for parking and will be at my place in 15min, I offered him to use a designated private parking in the back, same place where he parked during his initial visit. Guy came out the first time looked at the dishwasher for 30 seconds and said that it was my fault for having "too hot" water going into the dishwasher. He said he would order a part and come back out. 2 weeks later, he finally comes to replace the part and then figures out the job is a little harder than expected and refused to do the job because "it would take too many hours." I doubt anyone would actually hire this company on your own and they probably only make money from being a subcontractor on warranty issues, but if you are thinking about hiring them, DO NOT DO IT. read more

Lowes sent SIS for a warranty repair. Lowes should NEVER send SIS out on another service call. Song the tech who "tried" and I use that term lossely to repair my ice-maker and freezer. After tearing it apart he realized he did not have the skills to complete the repair. He actually asked me if I wanted it repaired 100%!! He would replace the ice maker but it would not work until someone came out to repair the cell system. I think he put all the parts back together but not sure he knew what he was doing. Tried to reach out to a supervisor but that was nearly impossible. Got a temporary manager and was informed they are operating without a supervisor or owner. Back to Lowes to schedule repair #2. In the 8 weeks they have been assigned to us, they have made it to 2 out of the 5 service calls that Lowe's scheduled on behalf of them, and have not rectified the issue. The technician arrived at my house in an unmarked van, he did not identify himself, and he wore nothing representing SIS. He conducted a diagnostic test of my dishwasher and subsequently identified the issue. He then abruptly walked out of the house without explaining the issue, and the remedy. I then made repeated attempts to contact Chris to no avail. Chris then called me about a week later to inform me that parts were ordered and the same technician would provide service. The technician arrived, forgot that he was responsible for the initial service call, then said there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher, and walked out. Chris doesn't answer my calls. This company is a scam. It is my belief that they exist only to collect payment from large appliance manufacturers to perform "service calls."
