    Just tried this place because my friend was craving sujebi, and I really enjoyed it. I had the duk and mandoo gook, which you can choose whether your mandoo is meat or kimchi mandoo or a combo of both. First time I was asked what type of mandoo I wanted in my soup, which was really nice. My Husband had the pumpkin sujebi, which was really light and tasty. We also shared a combo steamed mandoo appetizer, and the vegetable mandoo was so good! I really enjoyed the food. Everything felt like home cooking/ your grandmother's cooking. I felt like I was eating at home, and I would definitely go back if I am craving sujebi or duk and mandoo gook.

    This savory dumpling shop is unique, and I rank it as high as any of my favorite Chinese dumpling restaurants such as Luscious Dumplings and Ding Tai Feng. The Sisters (or lady friends) are busy making fresh dumplings almost continuously. In addition to all of their dumplings, they have some excellent dishes such as: chilled buckwheat noodles with vegetables, fermented soy bean (stinky tofu) soup, kalguksu with mushroom and perilla, and many other wonderful dishes.

    If you want to taste authentic Korean-style dumplings, I highly recommend this place. As soon as you walk in, you can see the owner handcrafting each dumpling herself. That's how fresh and tender they are, and the taste is reminiscent of homemade dumplings just like mom used to make. It definitely feels like no artificial flavoring is used, so the taste is mild and not overly seasoned. If you're craving traditional Korean-style dumpling soup or kalguksu (hand-cut noodle soup), give this place a try!

    Ordered the dumpling soup (mixed dumpling) with rice cake. Came with radish, kimchi, and pickled bean sprouts plus a small cup of barley tea (cold) Everything was tasty but I must say that the service was quite suspicious. I should point out first, that I've ordered delivery from here quite a few times.. First thing that got my attention on their Yelp reviews is the great service and how sweet the servers are. It was cold and rainy so I thought what a great day to pop in and eat at the restaurant.. I didn't receive any of the service everybody was glowing about.. Actually, One of the ladies seemed to go out of her way NOT to serve me; while giving all the groups around me top tier service!! She even went as far as coming directly towards me- I smile and wave her down and ask for napkins (she's looking directly at me) and she turns to pack up to go orders!. I tried to overlook it and just enjoy my food but Sisters Dumpling is a rather small restaurant and she was pretty blatant! The craziest thing was the older lady handed her my check; she started walking towards me then turned back around and hands it back to her.. Note: There wasn't a language barrier because I heard her communicate effectively with another table. I don't know? Sad that stuff like this is still going on in this world!

    This place is an authentic Korean-style dumplings...yes there are plenty of places both in LA and OC but this just makes me keep eating it til it all gone. And of course, what better way than a hot kimchi soup to wash it down with. Just simply delish. The place is small and clustered but well organized and cleanliness. The parking lot is small so plan accordingly. The service felt like being at home and being taken care of. I don't speak nor being a Korean (still Asian) but they treat you very kindly and very helpful. Yup, definitely coming back again for sure.

    Food was good! The ladies were super nice. Service was quick! Soybean noodle didn't taste like I used to have back in Korea. It is just different style ?? Cuz the taste was good. I'd like to come again to try other menu tho. The customers were mostly mid aged Korean. Not too loud. No music. I went there on weekdays for lunch! Parking is easy. If you want to have some Korean noodles but don't want to deal with ktown parking, you can come here!

    Food: this review is long overdue since I have been coming here for a while. This is my mom's favorite place, and she orders one thing - red bean porridge. She says there's no other place in socal that makes the dish as well as they do. Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of red bean, so I always end up ordering something else like kalgooksu or sujebi, which are decent but not mind-blowing amazing . But for the sake of my lovely mother, this place deserves 5 stars Price: most dishes range $17-20, which I think are pretty average for ktown food nowadays Ambiance: decent sized restaurant with about 10 ish tables inside, I don't think I've seen any non koreans sitting inside every time I came here. Inside is clean and brightly lit with lots of sunlight, vibe is mostly for quick meals with family or casual friends Service: the korean ladies making food and serving are nice, mostly speak exclusively korean, never had issues making my order and getting my dishes Parking: there's a free parking lot in the front associated with the strip mall, where the restaurant is located, there's usually an available spot, not too busy

    What a cute and wholesome spot! This place is ran and dishes are legitimately made by two sisters lol I was famished after running errands all day. This spot happened to be the closest to me (with parking mind you lol) I tried their Seafood Kalguksu (knife cut noodles/pasta) and the broth was so flavorful. I feel like I got a taste of Korea's entire delicious sea! Lol I think Kalguksu is too hearty for me. I'd def ask to sub for Buckwheat noodles next time. I was so stuffed, I couldn't finish the pasta. But I did eat all the seafood and veggies. Soup was great too! Def give this spot a try if you are near by or feeling adventuring out. Service was so nice and prompt!

    Delicious homemade food made by wonderful people right while you eat. Small and quiet, it's nice to sit surrounded by Korean elders and kids and everyone in between. This place is a gem.

    My favorite place. Since a bit far from the center of K town, this place is quiet and easy for parking. They have various authentic food selection including hand made dumplings. Everything is tasty!

    I was on a hunt for Korean kalguksu and stumbled on this little gem! Bonus points for free and plenty parking. They are located in a plaza. I know they are known for their dumplings - even saw an employee hand making them while I was eating there - but I was cold and wanted noodles! Their chicken kalguksu was pretty good. Tasty broth and chewy knife cut noodles. They also gave radish, fish cake, and kimchi as their sides. An employee said the spicy paste was for the soup but I opted against using it. I did find the broth to be more on the bland side in comparison to other kalguksus I've had but still a solid place!

    Comforting, traditional Korean food - every dish is freshly made and so delicious. It's a small restaurant run by two of the sweetest ladies! They prepare each dish with care and it'll be my go-to restaurant when I want Korean soul food. The soybean (seasonal) cold noodle soup was delicious - the nuttiness of the soup broth and noodles was perfectioooon. The pumpkin sujebi soup with handtorn noodles was comforting and filling - love the texture of the sujebi and warming and flavorful broth. Portions are quite generous and filling! Parking lot too

    Just like the restaurant name, there are always lady sisters making dumplings, so we know their dumplings are all made in-house. Nothing to fancy, kinda old atmosphere, the restaurant is not even located in the middle of Ktown. However, this restaurant is one of few you can feel your grandmother cooked for you.

    This place is one of my favorite for Korean food in K town. They have the best dumplings n kalguksu, I enjoy them so much.

Dashi was VERY good. Generous amount of grated daikon. Assort. Tempura: Saw this being served while waiting. Looked really good and it WAS! Large shiitake mushroom. Fan cut Japanese eggplant, kabocha pumpkin, shrimp tempura & two (2) shiso leaves. All VERY crisp not oily. Warm dashi side had deep umami rich flavor. Probably made the legit kombu & bonita flake method. #1 ordered the Miso carbonara: garlicky carbonara served with their signature house-rolled out udon. Wonderful dish. Portion sizes were adequate. #2 ordered the Uni carbonara: same garlicky carbonara with uni bits strewn about. Estimating one whole uni broken. This actually works for ease of eating. Plus, uni ranges in the $18/oz on the low end to $60 or more/oz on the higher end. Yes we love & appreciate their gonads. Udon noodles were chewy, bouncy & worth the wait. Yeah yeah....the dough is purchased. Not house made. But, seriously you've seen the YouTube videos of restaurants specializing in Japan? Yes there are places in LA who make their dough & roll it out. It's Hella lot of work! Yamachan produces large scale udon/ramen in San Jose. It's fine. Let them work out the dough to water ratio. Also portion size was decent since we shared a couple apps. Might want to consider the option of extra noodles. The table to our right full of younger male co-workers were there to socialize. They probably all grabbed an afternoon snack. Half of the tables were probably taken around this time and there were a few TVs on playing a live FIFA World Cup game which people were watching. I decided to order the 3 of us: 1. Kalguksu, 17, bibim nengmyun, and 25. Beef bulgogi. Everything was out pretty quickly and everything was delicious. The beef bulgogi was good but nothing too special. Sweet and savory with plenty of onions and served on a hot plate. My dad has been to Korea more than a dozen times and says that this bulgogi isn't close to as good as he's had, but that the noodles were very good. He says this bulgogi could be more Smokey, with a grilled flavor. I've probably had better bulgogi around as well so probably wouldn't come just for it, but it was nice to have a dish with rice in addition to the 2 noodle dishes. The kalguksu was my favorite. Very savory and the broth was so good. The other 2 dishes came with little bowls of extra broth as well. Inside the kalguksu was 3 dumplings (yum), some well seasoned ground meat (yum), and very good al dente noodles (yum). The spicy cold noodles were also good. I typically prefer the cold noodles that come in the slushy broth but my boyfriend prefers this spicy one! It had fresh veggies, a slice of Korean pear, an egg, and a lot of delicious sauce that ended up not being too spicy. The red kimchi was more spicy than the noodles! When trying to exit the gate, the app would not detect the rental and we had call the support number and wait for a live person to assist over the phone :/

I did think the waitress tried her best, but she was the only one person working during Sunday lunchtime. It was very hard to get her attention.
