We asked for something cheap, however, Wyatt rephrased it by looking at the cost effective area. We were in and out of the store in 15 minutes. He showed us two mattresses and I jumped on both and picked one. The checkout didn't take long. He offered free delivery service and picked up our old mattresses. I am so disappointed. After a delivery of a mattress 5 days ago I can't sleep on, I called. I got Giovanni. He said he would help me, get back to me tomorrow. When he didn't I called back, I called. Oh, He's on vacation. Hmm. Ok. I then get Keisha on the phone. I asked her to call Jennifer, (Manager at the store). I tried to call Jennifer who sold me the mattress, but she never called me back. So Keisha reached her. Upshot, they'll replace my bed with a discount that will only cost me $250 more. Keep in mind. I called the day after I got this bed. So I reluctantly agree. I'm in for $3500, what's another 250. UGH. But it had to be delivered on Sunday. Sure, of course. Well I never got a delivery call. So I called. Oh, no you are scheduled for Monday. WHAT??? I have to cancel my Labor Day plans to wait for a delivery I have no idea will even come, or what time. I hope they do record their customer service line. I'ld love them to hear the promise of Sunday. I'm sorry I ever went there or dealt with Jennifer. I wish I could just get my money back and have them take the bed away. Just bought our second bed from the Sit'n Sleep store in Costa Mesa in just two months. Saw the OC Mattress store with big "sale signs" but did not stop there, because we were treated so professionally and nicely during the first purchase the pervious month by Wyatt Deloney, "sleep consultant". He was a complete stranger then, but he treated us like family. He was an expert on the products offered for sale. This store had a huge selection of floor mattresses to try out after being tested on a showroom computer measuring bed for our predicted needs in a mattress. All the while, Mr. Deloney shared his extensive expertise and recommendations from his having visited most bed manfacturing plants. He truly evaluated our needs without imposing upon us. We bought the best beds for our family at the right price point for us. The delivery crew was free and very friendly, cooperating in setting up the beds on time, assembling all the parts and taking away to old beds. Great customer service and experience! Gotta hand it to Sit 'n Sleep for customer service. We bought a $2K+ mattress from them in 2013 and the foam/gel got pretty deep indentations, more than the warranty minimums. Sit 'n Sleep had a mattress evaluator (?) come to our house, did a bunch of measurements and we were given full price towards another mattress. Sweet.
