My husband and I came in super frustrated last Saturday as we had just received our beautiful new bed frame and headboard from Living Spaces, but the "platform" base was not going to work with our Tempurpedic mattress. Michael knew exactly what we would need to have a sturdy base for our bed and to protect our mattress and bed frame. He was even able to get it delivered the next morning. The delivery was a breeze and the delivery team brought the bunky board early the next morning and they were polite and accommodating to our needs. 5 stars for sales but thats not all business is about so a 2 star. Helping a customer with defective parts nope! not honored by this company or at least the warranty company they build false confidence in. I bought a mattress about a year ago, I did the recommendation test , lay on their bed and the computer recommends a type of mattress. For me this was wrong, lay in one spot I feel lower back or hip in pain especially if someone or a pet is laying next to you good luck. You can sprinkle night of tossing and turning in there as well. They had a company come out and check the mattress for failure. As soon as the technician saw the mattress he could tell something was wrong. He did the tests and the bed yes was out of the appropriate range. Also noticed the bed frame is defective and tilts the box spring inward which puts pressure on the mattress. They installed the bed this way and attached is the response from the warranty company. Think twice about the computer recommendation, and think twice about the warranty you actually do get. Won't honor your warranty but give a discount for another mattress to which the one you spent 2k on is worthless. read more
