I went here for a friends birthday dinner one Saturday night. Depending on how long you are there, the self park lot underground is more than the valet with tip. I valeted for ease but they do leave at 11pm so if you are going somewhere close by then you will need to get your key/fab from them before they leave for the night. The place is nice but the ambiance is a little weird, their music is very loud kind of club like. We had a very large party and our server Taylor did a pretty good job, he let us add 2 chairs to the ends as the table was only for 14 but we had 16 people. I started off with their Caesar Salad $9.00, this was good, it comes out whole leafed so I cut it up. The little crispy cheese croutons it had were extra crisp and salty. I had the Wood Grilled Bavette Steak $31.00 cooked medium rare for my entree. The fingerling smashed potatoes it came with were good texturally and taste wise but there were only 5 of them. The steak was cooked correctly and the sauces really made it taste delicious. It was already cut up but I would say maybe 8oz of meat, so kind of small IMO. I did not get dessert myself but did try their Olive Oil Citrus Cake which was just okay and their Basque Cheesecake which was delicious, velvety smooth. Came here for brunch on a whim and the place ended up being much different than I originally thought! The inside is very classy and upscale, though still casual. They had a build your own mimosa bar, with all kinds of juices and fruits, all of which were quite good. The server was super friendly and gave all kinds of recommendations. As for the food, that was also delicious!! We all got different things and we all cleaned our plates. I split the roasted pork sandwich and the brunch sandwich with a friend and both were fantastic. I'd 100% return here for brunch, and I'd be willing to try lunch or dinner as well. The price is a little higher than some other places, but you're paying for the delicious food and nice atmosphere. I've been to Dallas a few times and I had heard that 60 Vines was a "must visit" but I had only gotten the chance to eat here this time, going along with a friend who's favorite restaurant in Dallas is 60 Vines haha. I was afraid my expectations were set too high, but I genuinely really enjoyed eating here! The beet salad was so refreshing! At first I thought only the dark red squares were beet and I wondered what everything else was, but it's all different colors of beet! I thought that was pretty cool but besides that, the beets were really sweet and balanced really well with the oranges and goat cheese. The pappardelle was probably my favorite. I ate it so quick I don't even remember what I liked about it, I just remember it was really good. And the pizza was also super yummy! I definitely could have eaten the whole thing myself, it's really not that big. Actually I wish all of the serving sizes were bigger but it's nice when you want to try a little bit of everything with your friends. Our waiter was also super friendly! We were looking for a cute brunch place in the city. Parking was free (validated)- which was a nice perk. Our server John walked us through the whole menu. Lots of wine on tap to choose from. They also had a mimosa bar where you can mix your own, which was pretty cool! The brunch food menu was pretty limited, but the 3 dishes we did order were all amazing (shared between the 3 of us). Also, the portions are generous! I ordered the brunch sandwich (roasted tomato, smoked bacon, melted cheese, bechamel, sunny side egg, toasted sourdough, garlic herb potatoes). The bechamel sauce and melted cheese was a great twist to the classic sandwich. I ate half of my sandwich and gave the other half to my fiance. We dined at Sixty Vines in Uptown Dallas a couple of weeks ago on a very busy Saturday night, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable dining experiences we've had in quite some time. We were a party of four with a 7:30 PM reservation and were warmly greeted by the host team upon arrival. Despite the crowd, we were promptly seated at a high-top table near the front of the restaurant. Right away, our evening took a special turn thanks to our server, Justice, who was absolutely phenomenal -- truly one of the best waitstaff experiences we've ever had (and we've dined out A LOT over the years!). Before we even ordered, Justice invited us to take our glasses and join her on a private tour of the restaurant -- yes, a tour! She walked us through the concept behind Sixty Vines, the wine-on-tap system with wines stored in sleek mini kegs, the thoughtful décor, and even showed us the private event spaces (which are gorgeous, by the way). This kind of attention and personal touch -- especially on such a busy night -- was above and beyond. Justice also explained the menu thoroughly, expertly guiding us through the wine pairings and dishes with confidence and passion. We started with several appetizers: the wood-grilled shrimp, crispy zucchini, and beets -- all absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. A nice bonus: much of the menu is gluten-free, which, while not essential for us, was still great to see. For mains, our group had a bit of everything: Fig & prosciutto pizza - fresh, crisp, and bursting with flavor. Pork chop - touted by Justice as "the best pork chop in Dallas"... and my husband completely agrees! Juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Salmon - cooked to perfection and equally impressive. New York strip - tender, flavorful, and expertly cooked. We also sampled a few wine flights, and every selection was on point -- one more enjoyable than the next. To top it all off, Dan, the general manager, personally stopped by to check in and chat for a few minutes -- again, a lovely gesture on a packed Saturday night. It's rare to feel so genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest in a restaurant of this size and popularity. Final thoughts: In a city with no shortage of great dining options, Sixty Vines stands out for its unique concept, incredible service, and consistent quality. We started with a charcuterie board and we absolutely loved it! It was the perfect size and they had a great selection of meats and cheeses to pick from. For our meals, we had the spicy sausage pizza, crushed potatoes, and the chicken salad. The pizza was so good - the crust was cooked perfectly, the sauce had great flavor, and there was the right about of cheese! We did not care for the salad too much. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but after my experience here last night, I had to say something! My party and I came in right during peak hours, and the host team absolutely blew us away. Normally when we come in, we're checked in and have to wait 5-10 minutes. But this time? Wow. There were two lovely ladies working the host stand -- one I've seen before, and another I don't think I've seen at night. The way they worked together was AMAZING. They checked in what looked like 10 parties all at once and had the lobby cleared in less than 5 minutes. When we checked in, one of them told us, "Give me a few moments, I'll get you seated," and literally -- as soon as I stepped back from the stand, we were being sat! On a busy Friday night! That's next-level efficiency. The service overall was great. Drinks took a little while to come out, but our server was super communicative, made eye contact, and let us know she hadn't forgotten -- which makes a huge difference. I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews for restaurants. Bad reviews make it tough not only for the business but the consumer as well. Is the bad review a bot? Disgruntled customers are a part of business, right? But I have come to realize and I hope others do as well, if someone takes the time to write a bad review there is a problem. Now I can begin. Valentine's day. All the other special holidays, events, and celebrations so many people hold dear to them. You would think that restaurants especially understand the increased crowd for these times and would prepare. We made a reservation a month in advance. Being prepared knowing everywhere is going to be booked. To show up and be given such a ridiculous excuse of a gas leak seems like they just reached into a hat and grabbed an excuse. How are you going to keep customers in the restaurant and serve them food with a gas leak? Be honest with your customers and take responsibility for being ill prepared you ruined a lot of peoples night. read more

Went with other couples tonight and here are our thoughts, 5 star - we had pizza, pastas and salads all five star. In some cases the pastas and salad portions were a bit odd, same salad ordered by two people, one would be a lot larger (and one smaller than what you would expect to get) and the same with the pasta portions 5 star - Ambiance, very nicely decorated! For some of the tables they have bar type chairs which may be comfortable to some but seems that since we didn't have anyone 6'5" or taller, we requested a regular sized table and they were able to find us one. 3 star - our server was very nice, but the service was extremely slow. Little things that we noticed, had to ask a few times for the same item, like water and a spoon to stir the tea, straw, etc. Finally, there seemed to be an odor with some of our wine glasses and one in our party could not live with it , so sent it back. Most who smelled the odor suggested that it smelled like dishwater? That can be easily fixed by management if they read this feedback. Finally, we plan to give this place another visit because the food was real good and we hope the other issues are fixed by then. read more

Last Friday sipped fine wine and dined like a Queen and I must say I truly enjoyed every part of it. I love a good wine especially if it's paired with pizza. Sixty vibes was not playing with these flavors. My absolute favorite would have to be the sausage pizza. It was so good y'all and spicy!!! Like really spicy (just ask my sis hahaha) but that's exactly how I like it. Oh and let me not forget about the freshest shrimp pizza I've ever tasted in life. For my fellow wine connoisseurs this is definitely a great wine spot! They're all about sustainability and environmental friendly preparation and you will for sure TASTE that in their wines. I enjoyed a healthy veggie pasta that was lacking in sauce and flavor but by far had an amazing experience because of the wine, beautiful patio and great service! I got a tour of the place and saw their sustainable wine kegs. I'm all for sustainability and I'm even more all about good wine.
