I normally don't go to sizzler but I heard many things about this one. The person I walk to order my food was welcoming and friendly. After sitting down I only waited about 3 mins before the waitress Marlla brought me my water. That was the fastest I have ever been served anywhere. She was very nice and friendly. The only bad thing that happened was the steak that I ordered came out not looking the greatest and looked burnt. Marlla was very apologetic for the situation and she took it back and got me a great steak. Outstanding Sizzler/ A Freshly remodeled lovely decor, with lots of the raised tables about- which I prefer,,and these seat 4, and very nice attention to ambiance and atmosphere! I had a Senior Steak salad bar combo! Like near $12 with tax. Also Ice Tea, and without asking a refill ( large glass) was brought! Need to ask for Garlic Toast. Considering a Sunday, and very busy, The salad bar was never short on food, being constantly restocked. The quality of food and choices was excellent. And Ian the server excellent. A few months back my boyfriend & I stopped by Sizzlers for dinner our first waitress was not so friendly and,did not give us good but she did hand over her tables to another waitress because she was going on lunch. The other waitress was named named Margaret. What was absolutely best customer service hands down. I have to say I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and ambiance here. I have a lot of food allergies so I was mainly interested in the quality of the salad bar. I have to say that this is the best salad bar I have found in the high desert. They were very friendly and all 3 times I have been there I have seen the manager Rolando walking the floor checking in on guests. When Sizzler reopened after being closed for a few months, I was happy to say that the quality and service was outstanding as was the look and feel of the remodel. However, the last four or five times I have been there for dinner, someone at our table had to return an item to the kitchen. Most of the employees are friendly and eager to please. My dissatisfaction has been with the kitchen help. Steaks that are overcooked and/or cold. Scampy with under cooked shrimp and baked potatoes that are not done are not appealing. The restaurant is clean and the servers were friendly. It seems all the Sizzlers have gone down hill. I feel you don't much for what you pay for. The prices seem to be pretty and the selection isn't as good as it use to be. The restaurant bathroom is clean, which at least there isn't feces and urine on the floor. Only giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because of the revamp they've done -- it looks so pretty inside and much better than it used to. However, with the revamp they took a lot of things away from their salad bar that they used to have which is pretty frustrating since it's still the same price with less items. The customer service here was great but went downhill as of lately. Even management is terrible. The manager took my families order incorrectly (forgot to charge for 1 salad bar upgrade) and came to our table to ask for us to pay for it. I'm in customer service, I would have just given it to the customer as it wasn't our mistake. Anyhow, just not the same service as it used to be. read more

I do not recommend this establishment at all. I went with my husband and our 2 children. My kids and I both got the salad bar. The hot food was luke warm. The broccoli cheese soup tasted horrible, when I asked the waitress about it she went and checked then returned to the table to tell me what I was tasting was burnt soup which apparently happens frequently and they would make a new batch. We only made one trip and shortly after while we were still there at the restaurant we started feeling very sick to our stomachs but especially me however I did have some different items then my children and I'm glad they ended up being okay after an hour. My husband had a cook to order entree and was fine. I was in such bad shape my husband had to hurry and get me home where I became violently ill. It is now the next morning and still a little nauseous but nothing like last night. I called to inform the manager and perhaps get a refund at least for my portion. I definitely don't want a gift certificate as I don't plan on ever going back there but that wasn't even offered. He said no one else has called yet today so he doesn't want to do anything and didn't even apologize or seemed concerned that I got extremely sick from their food. If you go there I would only get the cook to order food but honestly I would stay away at all costs especially with a manager like that who could careless about his customers and their well being. This is probably my favorite steakhouse in town. If you're going to splurge you should definitely do it here.

Typical of the chain "steak" restaurants. Love the cheese bread, the all you can eat shrimp is still a favorite. I just mix up the potato order to keep it different. The service is good....sometimes it takes too long to get our drinks.rhis is an issues because I have to take my medicine before I eat...and my husband. The steak seems very little. It's good to have the steak grilled,but I can taste too much of the burnt part.This happens only at Sizzler. That is not appealing. The salad bar part is great. They even added dishes and made it look better. The big problem I have with this place is that they have no substitutions for the carbs that come on your plate. I HAVE to eat low carb! I ordered this steak and mushroom thing that was delicious,but had to get it without any rice because I couldn't eat it and they would NOT substitute it for anything else.this has happened to me twice now and they make a big deal out of it if you ask for something instead of the carbs like broccoli or something. I find it rediculous when so many people are offering low carb options these days even fast food restaurant s and they can't do this? Cone on! This is usually the reason. Why I just choose to go somewhere else. I mean the food is good besides the things I mentioned, but I cannot help it if I have to eat low carb.my doctor said! We have gone to the Hesperia Sizzler 3 times this year and we will be going again today.. Each time it has been a very good experience.. I really like it because they have the salad bar marked what is Gluten Free, and what some of the ingredients are in a lot of the foods.. I like the way that it is presented too.. We visit a couple times a year for birthdays with a group of 10 or less people. The last 2 times we've asked for them to prepare things so that we are all served at about the same time. There are always at least 2 in the party that end up waiting for at 15 to 20 minutes for their food to be delivered, not to mention the wrong items received. There service was far below what I've experienced at other restaurants of this size. It even took 20 minutes for them to bring the birthday desert to the table after requesting it when we arrived and after everyone was done reminding the server again. My wife and I visited Sizzler's in Hesperia on Nov 17, 2016, two BUMS were sitting outside by the entrance. The lady the took our order was really friendly and helpful. The food was very hot and very good. The server or waitress was awful, she did not talk with us, ask us if we needed anything after we got our food. Before we even received our food she took about 15 minute to bring us our drinks and the extra napkins we asked for. My wife asked her 4 times for the napkins she just keep saying certainly but never brought us the napkins. We did not even get drink refills, we did ask for a take out container, it took her about ten minutes to bring us that because she was to busy talking and flirting with the manager and bus boy. We enjoy the Sizzler in Fontana, but will never go back to this one. read more

Horrible service. The waitress forgot about us the whole time. My husband ordered the spicy cajun penne pasta and they gave him linguini instead of penne pasta without telling him. He told them it wasnt penne and they acted like they didnt know what he was talking about. Then they said they ran out of penne pasta.
