My fiancé and I have been here about 4x since it's opened. I'm sure that can imply many different things, but honestly...the food is good. He actually said and I quote, "I think Sizzler's is the best steakhouse in Moreno Valley". Granted, MoVal only has one other steakhouse but still...their steak today was good. Since it's remodel, things have just gotten better and better. We used to like the cheese toast, but now those sweet rolls are to be eaten every time we come in (sorry, cheese toast). I, especially love the *included* avocado with the toss station. And yes, there is a toss station with lots of different types of dressings (try the Thai Chili dressing, you'll thank me). I don't know if it's because the place doesn't look so drab-ish anymore, but their hot foods are better too. Speaking of how the place looks, it's nice and fun and so modern inside! Definitely loving the new look. We hope this place brings business to Moreno Valley and that it stays open till the end of time because we will definitely be back. :) read more

Horrible, horrible service for a midweek night. It's not crowded. We waited in the order line 15 minutes. Waited 29 minutes for over cooked steak & dried out ribs. Hubby ordered ayce riblets. Getting another serving took longer than it should have. Manager standing behind the counter flirting with the cutie cashiers. Assistant manager only bussed tables. This is my favorite Sizzler ever. I have eaten at Sizzlers in San Diego that Lost their Liquor License for Not paying their Taxes! This Sizzler redeemed the Name. What a great Salid Bar! Great Blue Cheese! You don't really need anything else with the fried chicken and other stuff included in the price on the salid bar. The New manager takes pride in the Store and is super friendly and down to earth. He works with the team not chewing them out all the time. My manager should go in and shaddow him for a few days! They have coupons in the mail which make this great bargain for the money even that much better. The service is good, and the garlic bread is great. We take it home and enjoy it the next day. I met one of the managers named Charlie Parson and he was a wonderful man with a passion for the company. Our server was Joe. A nice young man with wonderful manners. This is the best Sizzlers that exists!!!!! All I need to order is the salad bar. I get full of of the variety of food it has. The soups are delicious. My husband usually orders an actual meal and so I always get a bite of what he has. The quality of the food is outstanding. Everything tastes delicious. I can't say the same for other Sizzlers. I have yet to find one with the quality of food as the one in Moreno Valley. I travel through Riverside, Orange County, and Los Angeles and this is still the BEST one. Their costumer service is great. The restaurant manager is frequently visible and helps customers carry their trays when heavy. He offers to do this too!!! Just started going here a few weeks ago it was all good and ok but I just went the other day and I had Carmen as my server and it was by far the greatest experience I have ever had at a restaurant. She was kind, super attentive and she knew her menu down to the smallest ingredient. Never seen such professionalism, I had a malibu chicken with rice pilaf, a ton of dinner rolls and salad bar. Very expensive salad bar....not worth the money. Salad tasted dirty, like it needed washing, no chicken in the taco bar...only pork and beef. Three soup choices- two with beef and one chessey...horrible for those of us that don't eat beef or pork. I will not be back. Hadn't eaten at a Sizzler in years, so thought we'd give it a try on the way back from a business meeting. Looks like the company has attempted to remake it's image by giving the impression with a faux-upscale decor that they are a high end steak house with an expansive salad bar, even serving specialty wines. The reality is there is nothing high end (or even moderately mediocre) to the food or service at this eating establishment. It took 45 minutes to receive our entrees AFTER standing in line for over 15 minutes to order and pay. To our dismay, the steaks being sold were seriously overpriced, miniscule versions of normal cuts of steak that have been cut in halves or thirds. Hoping the salad bar at almost $12 a head, would be more of a turn-on, we took small samples of most everything there. Yet not a single item from the watery, strange-tasting soups to the various sides and salads, fried chicken and tacos was anything more than what you'd expect at an super low-end buffet like Souplantation or Homestyle Buffet. We left shaking our heads at the juxtaposition of attempted upscale decor and wine service, contrasted with the incredibly low-end service and food. Wow!!! What an amazing restaurant Covid experience. The food was delicious and service excellent. The full menu was available minus the salad bar but in my opinion that did not affect the experience at all. The portions were large. I had the lime cilantro sea bass which was as good as any 5 star restaurant. They had ample outside seating with beautiful lighting for the evening time. It's a great restaurant a bit over priced though but quality of food is good. We usually get the all you can eat salad bar and we do try to go for lunch since its a bit cheaper than dinner time. The staff is friendly and courteous, never have had a problem at this location. read more

This sizzler is ok. We've been here a few times and it was good went here today and I found a hair in my pasta salad. Told the manager she was apologetic but there's is really no excuse for it. Truth be told I am not the biggest Sizzler fan, but I feel compelled to write this review. The five stars are not necessarily for the food (which was good, not great, it's what one expects when dining at a chain), but the service there was mind blowing! The wait staff took really great care of us, and I felt went above and beyond. The only comparison I can think of is the service I've received at four star restaurants. It was seriously that good! I was beyond impressed, and tipped what I could. If I could've afforded to tip more I would have. I usually love Sizzler but this time the service sucked big time! Our server's name was Blanca. She had an attitude that was so horrible!!! We ordered the bourbon steak tips but didnt get our food for 45 min!!!! Then after we asked our server for the 4th time she brought the plate but the food wasn't even hot!!! My wife and I enjoy coming here so very often. Staff is always so welcoming and the environment is always so peaceful. Everyone around is always having a great time. The steak is cooked exactly how you prefer and they even ask you to cut it in front of them to make sure you like the way the chef cooked it for you. Tonight we went to sizzler Moreno Valley to celebrate my sister's Birthday I had called a few days before to try to make reservations but unfortunately they do not take reservations so I got there about 1/2 hour before the rest of my family to try to get a seat and wow was I amazed with the customer service I got I told the greeter that I had about 20 people coming behind me and she said okay let me get my manager, the manger came out and immediately found accommodations for my entire party And the service by each of the waitresses were amazing as I looked around the restaurant you saw everyone working and knowing what their job was it is sad to say but you don't see that much anymore so I want to Give an outstanding 5 stars to the entire Moreno Valley sizzler restaurant staff Thank you do making our evening a great one read more

I wanted to take the time to write a review for this sizzler because it is honestly one of the best we have ever gone to when it comes to food and service. We have gone to many sizzlers around California for more than 15 years and the last couple years our go tos have lacked in the food and service area to the point we have been discouraged to ever go again until this place opened. Our family loves coming here because the food has been the quality we expect from sizzlers and the service is truly amazing. My husband accidentally dropped his whole drink and the general manager helped us clean it himself even though he was clearly busy himself. We also noticed one of the bussers had special needs and the understanding and patience the general manager had with him was truly amazing. We have a new found respect for this sizzler and could not recommend it enough! Servers have always been so nice to us as well and the food is always good and well seasoned. Came here to dinner with my family. WE love this location. Nick was our server. It was super busy. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a nice seating area and a hallway with the menu nice and clear very large for the eye to see everyone is very nice and one of my family members had crutches and out waiter nick politely asked if he can put them away out of the aisle which was very helpful the food was perfect and the decorations were just beautiful very high-end but affordable which is nice the salad bar was nice and clean there food trays were always full when I went back to go for more food.
