I won't be long with this review. Brought family to Sizzlers and we ate. Food is ok as it is at any typical Sizzlers. The salad bar is always good. Our waitress was good also. One complaint is the steak and endless shrimp. The coating on the shrimp is deceiving. Remove the batter coating and you are left with a very very small shrimp. Sizzlers should be embarrassed. I bought endless shrimp not endless batter coating with a hint of shrimp. I wonder what they would say if I just removed the batter coating and just eat the shrimp? I could be there all day then eating baby shrimp. read more

I loved my meal. $14.99 plus tax got me a 6 oz sirloin steak and endless salad bar. The best part was definitely the salad bar. I love that they offer field greens, spinach and romaine lettuce. All the leaves were fresh and very plump looking. I had three plates of salad. My server also gave me cheese bread, which I used to construct a sandwich with carnitas and lettuce. When my steak arrived, my server asked me to cut into it to check if it was cooked to my liking. I ordered my steak done medium, which has just a hint of pink in the center but was technically cooked throughout. It was tender enough. I concluded my meal with watermelon and fresh pineapple. All the fruit was super fresh and sweet. I'm glad I had my lunch here. read more

I think the best deal for this restaurant is their AYCE salad bar. Don't let the "salad" part fool you. Although they do have an extensive salad (greens, veggies, etc), they also have a nice selection of hot foods. This included a make your own taco station, fried chicken, potato wedges and a few different types of soup. In addition they also have a variety of pasta salads. You also get access to some good deserts. However, the best part of this is the AYCE CARNITAS at the taco station. This by itself makes it the best deal, I can't think of any other place that offers some very good tasting carnitas at such a cheap price. During another visit, I had a steak dinner. The it was steak and potato salad. It was about $18 if I can recall, however, thought the steak was rather small. From then on I get the salad bar when I com here. Love sizzlers! Went in today around 1ish, ordered a salad bar. I had Vanessa as a server; she's always so friendly and attentive! It was so so hot in there today, usually restaurants are cool and feel great during the hot season but today sizzlers was hot, the woman next to me was fanning her kid. I asked our server to turn the Ac on, and she said she had already asked her manager. It didn't come on so I'm assuming it was a no?? It shouldn't be that hot in a restaurant. We finished quickly and left. Didn't want my kid to suffer much longer. The service was 5 stars but that heat killed it. read more

First let me say I have been abiding by the stay at home order. I've ordered from several different restaurants and while the food was ok I was never impressed.... till now. I ordered the steak and lobster. It was perfect. Literally ate every bite of the steak. No gristle, no vines, literally perfect. Lobster was also amazing. Everything had suck great flavor and was cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the New York and a garden salad. He was surprised by the amount of salad they packed into the container. I will request extra ranch next time. His steak was also cooked amazingly. I will be ordering from them again. While I do miss the sit down at the restaurant with fresh off the grill meals, I can say this meal was very close. Thank you Sizzler for the amazing dinner. read more

Stayed nearby so we decided to call in an order and walk over to pick it up. The girls that greeted us at the door were all very nice and had our order ready to go within minutes of us getting there. They put everything we might need in the bag, extra napkins ,sauces, forks ,knifes and everything was hot and fresh. Everything tasted amazing. We ended up eating there two nights in a row! Where to start... Our waitress, as always, was right on top of our needs. Her name is Yesenia, and she was great, until, of course, she brings breath mints! LOL Really? Was it that noticeable? Anyway, that made for a good laugh as she tried to talk it away. So, you really don't need to order anything in this joint other than the salad bar. Everybody gets the salad bar just for the chicken wings. They are good, and in high demand. The rest of the salad bar is huge, and has anything you want, in endless amounts. From your basic salad, to the Mexican side, and the ice cream dessert side. All is good. Tonight, I had a half rack of ribs, where the menu said 6 bones. The half rack was actually 8 bones. WOOHOO. 8 bones!!! WIN I highly recommend you try this joint. If, for nothing else, to be a part of the fight for the wings and service fit for MUCH more than that standard 15-20%. read more

Horrible take out food. All are food was burned. The steak the chicken. Even the cheese toast was burned. Missing sides. When I called the store to complain the person who answered told me I should have opened all the containers and checked my food. Customer service at this establishment is great. Mayra Castro is a very enthusiastic and diligent server But the restaurant has gotten too expensive for seniors. The senior menu has shrunk down to only five choices. And all you get free is your beverage. We used to go a couple of times a week. Now if we go once a month, it's a lot. There are no lunch specials. Everything costs $15 and up. Kids menu is also extremely limited and not that great. If it weren't for the service received by Mayra, Vanessa, and the orher waitresses we wouldn't even come back. We love the salad bar but for us to pay over $15 for it, not worth it. Also, we've been diabetics for over 20 years and have not been able to utilize the dessert bar cause there is not one item there that is prepared with Splenda. read more

SMH.... our visit today was terrible.... hostess got our order wrong, brought out wrong food. They had a terrible substitute for there Malibu chicken, it was a bland chicken patty.... asked for a refund it was so bad. My daughter went to bathroom and flip on soap that had been leaked all over the floor. She promptly told staff and it took over 10 minutes for staff to attend to bathroom. My daughter told manager about situation and she made excuses for high risk accident. My daughters concern, Sizzlers is frequently by elderly which I am and a fall brings so many health and safety concerns. My daughter got a replacement gift certificate, In the end staff was courteous. read more

I've been working out of town and this restaurant is Close by,but every time I have ordered from them they short my order and if I ask for say steak sauce or something that should come with the meal I'm charged extra. Meh... I've dined here a few times over the years since this restaurant opened, and personally I really can't get overly excited about the place. The steaks are lacking the flavor and texture I enjoy in a steak. I stopped here yesterday because the people I was meeting wanted to eat here. The place has a nice look and feel as you walk in, a very comfortable feel. The staff was friendly and attentive. I decided to try the ribeye, and the steak was just as uninspiring as it had been in my past visits. Don't get me won't, it's not horrible, it just leaves me wishing I'd chosen somewhere else to have a steak. The one positive is the salad bar. It's one of the better salad bars in the area, and my rating would be considerably lower without it. Overall I would come back for the salad bar, however I'll have my steaks elsewhere. read more

Primarily for the unrefined palate that values quantity over quality. Food is greased and "cheesed" up to compensate for the lack of flavor . It'll still have a following since it's in that class of cuisines (like Tex mex) where shoddy is compensated by kitschy Americana and extra ranch and cheese on everything. On the plus aide the food is "safe" and predictable , service is with a smile and the place e gets points for cleanliness probably a place to take little kids or your granny for a quick bite that's not too heavy on the wallet. read more

Arrived early to try and beat the dinner rush. Service was slow at first but improved as the dinning area filled up. Food choices were pretty standard for Sizzler. The marinara sauce with meatballs was missing the meatballs. Someone must have taken all the meatballs before I arrived. Staff was very polite and friendly. Lots of street parking as well as a parking lot. Located close to nice hotels. I walked from Holiday Inn rather then drove because it is so close. We went there the other night with out of town guests, service was great, salad bar was excellent with several new items! Restaurant was clean, great experience overall. We've come to this Sizzlers several times and have always hade a good experience, prices are a bit higher but when you consider everything you get it's still a great value, plus you can keep going back for items you really like. Important to me is the Hugh number of choices in the Salad Bar, I'm trying to eat more Vegetarian and use less Salt in my diet, easy to do here!
