We did in fact receive the coupons offered and used them. The manager, Sean, greeted us pleasantly when we ordered our salad bar meals. While we had a pleasant experience, the onion rings were only lukewarm and the bread pudding had a blue stain that I suspect was the result of a kid "decorating" it with an m&m from the ice cream counter next to it. Since someone went to the trouble to remove it, maybe they should have scooped the stain out too. When Sean checked with us, I told him of the onion rings being cold and he said he'd have someone change them and explained they are hard to keep warm. I nicely indicated they should be checked more often so that the temperature doesn't fall below safe levels. He said temperatures are checked regularly. While I'm sure they are checked regularly, I'm not sure they are checked FREQUENTLY enough to ensure that the warm food is at safe and palatable temperatures. As far as we are concerned, if we go back it will be when we are in the mood for their awesome cold salad bar and not looking forward to the warm items or dessert. Then if we do in fact get warm items that are hot enough to enjoy or desert that is pleasing to the eye it will simply be a bonus. However, having said that, I'm not sure a salad only salad bar is worth the price so we may not do it as often. read more

What a very pleasant surprise! Loved the Senior Meal Burgundy Mushroom Sirloin Tips and rice! Delicious and cooked to where they melt in your mouth! I see the staff is now seating patrons again. I have always enjoyed this part of eating out period! Whether seated by staff or management personnel it sure makes you feel like it's a special dinner event! Because it's all about getting to know the staff of the service industry and it goes a along way with making a great meal experience! My fiancé Chad and I went to Sizzler last night 12/19/21 Our hostess Megan took our order and seated us.... She was really sweet and helpful!! The place was super busy... the atmosphere was great... Chad was happy we were seated at a table with a huge TV so he can watch the football game! Our server Alex... was AMAZING!!! Even though he was extremely busy with us and all his other guests he always made sure to stop by to make sure we needed anything! He always had a huge smile on his face and the interaction he had with Chad made me laugh!!! Alex truly made our evening out a wonderful experience!! 5/5 stars! Zoe at Sizzler was absolutely amazing! She's hands down one of the best waitresses I've ever had. She was so friendly and attentive from the start - we never had to ask for anything twice. She kept checking in on us throughout the meal with a huge smile on her face, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I was also super impressed with how accommodating she was. We had a few special requests, and she didn't even hesitate - she just nodded, smiled, and made it happen. The whole experience was so stress-free and enjoyable, thanks to her. If you ever get Zoe as your server, you're in for a real treat. She's the kind of person who makes you want to come back to the restaurant just to see her again. I love this Sizzler. The manager Ricardo is so kind, i have never met a restaurant manager like him before. I was evacuated from the Carr fire up in Redding and they have taken me in like family. All staff members are so kind and have bent over backwards to make sure my meals are delicious and safe as i have food allergies. The hotel i am staying at is nearby so this is very close and i go there a lot. There are other restaurants very close by but i choose to keep coming back to Sizzler... feels like home.The steaks are delicious. I am fussy about the way my steak is cooked and they do a perfect medium every time! They even have a chart so you can choose how you want your steak cooked and let me tell you they never get it wrong! The salad bar is great too. Last night my girlfriend and i were deciding between olive garden and Sizzler for dinner and sizzler it was. Unanimous. Great choice the assistant manager was extremely helpful and the staff was so upbeat the restaurant on Friday night was busy but the amazing job of Rosa at the salad bar keeping everything so fresh and clean and it was absolutely delicious thank you Rosa for being such a hard worker .Our waiter was slammed and still did an amazing job. He was young and didnt miss a beat. Jennifer who is another outstanding waitress who has helped us in the past is a leader in the business. Wow.... I don't know how anyone could ever give this place a negative review. The staff are very professional and personal. There is ample seating so you don't have to wait in line to pay as you're then immediately seated to enjoy your meal. We met two other couples there for dinner and it was a really nice time. My steak was cooked to my liking and very tender. My wife enjoy all the various shrimp she ordered. I even snuck a few off her plate and she was right; they were delicious. Sizzler has long been a cherished dining destination for us, a place we have frequented for many years. During our recent visit, although there was a slight delay in receiving our meals, Jessica's exceptional service shone through as she attentively cleared away any plates we had finished from the salad bar. My sister and I live in Sacramento, when we visit our parents in Yuba City (YC), they insist on going to Sizzler. It has become one of our favorite places too. My daughters enjoy eating and visiting with the grandparents at the YC Sizzler. YC Sizzler has good steaks, seafood, salads, and service! We go here often to eat and it is always good. Tonight we went and they seemed a little busier then a normal late month Wednesday night. There were only two servers so they were kept busy. Just had my dads 80th birthday at sizzler. We had over 40 people. the Managers Yi & Ricardo where more than accommodating making sure we had room for all our guests.
