So many onions in the fried rice I mean half of the rice is the string stuff and onions like it honesty ruins it

Vegetable LoMein, Sesame Chicken & Fried Rice!

I really like the food, however I feel like the fried rice is a little bland. And I wish they cut up the chicken on the chow mein.... BUT other than being picky- Their food is really good, honestly!

Sky Dragon has the best pho broth I have ever tasted. No need to add any other sauces to it. This place is now in my weekly lunch rotation.

It shares a space as you walk in with a Boba place Mia and More. The servers were quick to take our name and seat us within 10 Mn. Simple menu with everything you would want. My only gripe as a vegetarian that there were limited options. But I asked them to take out fish sauce from my mock duck salad and they quickly understood and asked if I wanted a soy sauce instead. The salad was fresh, and mock duck sautéed well. We also had the Bun Bo Hue, which was told to me as better than the places on Eat Street such as Quang. So good was very good and service was fast. They have a large private parking lot. And longer tables for bigger parties of people. No Apple Pay to tap.

The decor was nice, the restaurant was clean, and you could tell the staff took pride in helping customers and keeping the tables cleared and ready. Service was solid the whole time. Even though they were busy, the owner still came over to check on us, which I appreciated. Parking wasn't the easiest, but the food more than made up for it. We don't live close, but this is definitely a place we'll make the drive back to.

I recently visited Duc's Vietnamese Restaurant, and while some people may focus on the obvious…read morereasons it's popular, I'd like to highlight the truly important details. First, the location is outstanding. It's close to my house, which significantly reduces my daily mileage and increases my overall happiness. Even better, it's conveniently close to my favorite gas station, creating a perfect ecosystem where I can refuel both my vehicle and my sense of purpose in a single trip. The parking lot deserves special recognition. It was astonishingly clean. Not "pretty clean for a parking lot" clean. More like "someone is clearly taking personal pride in every square foot of asphalt" clean. There wasn't a single abandoned shopping cart, mystery stain, or windblown fast-food wrapper in sight. The building itself was easy to find, the entrance was clearly marked, and the doors performed flawlessly. That's the kind of reliability that builds trust. Inside, everything was spotless. The tables were level. The chairs appeared structurally committed to their jobs. The lighting was bright enough to see what I was doing but not so bright that I felt like I was being interrogated. Even the napkins seemed unusually motivated. Now we come to what may be the most underrated feature of Duc's: the restrooms. I make a "pit stop" every time I pick up my order, and I can confidently say these are among the finest restaurant restrooms I have encountered. They're always clean, well-maintained, and somehow manage to create a sense of calm and confidence. Many establishments view restrooms as an afterthought. Duc's treats them like a flagship product. At this point, I'm not entirely sure whether I'm picking up an order and using the restroom, or using the restroom and conveniently picking up an order while I'm there. The owner and his family are always friendly and professional. They don't chime my name upon entrance, but maybe in another 18 years. I was also impressed by several important but frequently overlooked details: the parking spaces were easy to navigate, the sidewalks were in excellent condition, and the overall atmosphere suggested that someone actually cares about the place. When it was time to leave, I exited the parking lot without a single awkward standoff with another driver. Traffic flowed smoothly, the weather cooperated, and my favorite gas station was still exactly where I left it. In summary, Duc's Vietnamese Restaurant excels at all the things only the best do: location, cleanliness, parking-lot excellence, dependable doors, quality sidewalks, and proximity to gasoline. I can confidently say that every aspect of the experience was absolutely fantastic. Oh, and the garlic chicken will blow your hair back.

Basil got a chicken and veggies and an up grade of fried rice. Both were good. I got shrimp egg foo young and I like that you can get a single one. A nice square piece loaded with veggies. Get the sauce on the side so it doesn't get soggy travelling. I do this everywhere. Note that expression. We shared vegetarian egg rolls, again loaded especially fine carrots. Not loaded with filler, something in every bite and crispy as hell. A nice surprise. I got to chatting with Katan, a very cool guy. Very attentive to your order and HE actually checks through the bag so you don't have to. Customer service plus.

I got it spicy level 3/5 it did have some back heat but overall the initial tasted somewhat sweet. The tofu was nicely fried and there was a good bit and a good variety of vegetables. My mom got the Thai basil supreme with shrimp which had a red curry base. She got it spicy 4/5 and said it wasn't spicy and that mine was actually spicier. Overall we both enjoyed our food but the dishes were expensive. I don't know that I would rush back but it was good.

Well thinking I would go to Pho Hua instead, I pulled intonthe Shuang Hur Grocer's parking lot thinking I'd grab a few things before heading north on Eat Street. Then I saw signs on the Shuang Hur building for a (new to me) Vietnamese joint in the same building. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! My Huong is an 8-top hole in the wall across the parking lot from the rear of El Nuevo Mariachi Restaurant. The place is homely, small, but brightly lit and plenty of day light through the picture windows overlooking Eat Street. It's a big contrast to Pho 79 type places that are dim and short on ambience. The clientele shows. Instead of just a bunch of Asians throwing down Pho, it's a mix like you'd see at Quang or Eat Street Crossing. I was seated right away, was greeted by a cheery Vietnamese lady, and ordered Hu Tieu Bo Khu (Beef Stew Noodle Soup.) It was a dish I haven't seen before even though I have been to so many Vietnamese places (see my other reviews and lists.) The dish came very quickly, and I was shocked that they didn't bring it with a veggie plate. Oh well. Well the best way I could describe Hu Tieu Bo Khu, its basically a pot roast over noodles. So the beefy broth like a less spicey version of Bun Bo Hue, with flavors of lemongrass and star anise, nicely garnished already with what would have been on a veggie plate. The broth was delicious, slightly sweet with the carrots, and the beef was fall apart amazingly stewed with deep flavor. There were other menu items like Curry Chicken pho and a Stewed chicken rice dish I'd have to return and try!
