At first I loved this place! Staff is great, place is clean.... Unfortunately keeping your kids safe is another thing. The first time my kids entered the dodge ball course I realized that the older kids were throwing EXTREMELY fast and hard, also aiming for peoples HEADS. The staff was really reluctant to do anything about it!! I mean little kids were getting hit pretty hard. I told the boys to stay out. Returning a month later the boys want to play dodgeball again. I tell him they're allowed unless those kids are in there that we're throwing very very hard. Also making derogatory remarks to my son who has autism. (I forgot to mention that. One got so bad I actually had to stick up for him.) I'm informed by an adolescent child watching the dodgeball area while the staff is off walking away, who informs me that HEAD SHOTS are now allowed the owner has changed the policy!! On top of that the staff member confirms this when walking back to her post. Where I think she should have been the entire time NOT leaving an adolescent that doesn't work there?!!! I have never attended a trampoline park where they encouraged other kids getting hit in the head with a very fast moving ball under any circumstances! When talking to management of course I was informed that this was not permitted and got the corporate apology. I guarantee if returning back in a month the same HEADSHOT issues will still be in place! Along with a lack of safety when coming to our kiddos!! MOMS JUST THOUGHT YOU SHOULD KNOW!! read more

My kids love coming to this Sky Zone to get their bounce on. The staff is young and super courteous. My girls were encouraged by Britani who was nice and friendly to them. This skyzone is located at the Westminster mall. It is clean, spacious, adequately staffed to monitor kids activity, and has the added bonus of getting shopping done at the mall once kids have had their fun! Different activites your child can immerse into: -Zipline, -Wipe Out, -Obstacle course, -Dodgeball, -Freestyle, -Dunk zone, -Basketball, -Toddler zones, -Arcades with video games, racing games, bunch of basketball hoops, and the highlight of all, playing a virtual reality game. -Etc. It is almost like Dave & Busters on trampolines with the mix of activities. The birthday party rooms also have arcade games. This is a bonus too to keep kids occupied while adults are socializing. It was Ian's 3rd time playing here. Jimmy Z's elder ones birthday party last year, this year and once this past July to utilize the free jump time he got for hosting said birthday parties. Watch your child closely.. they added huge barrel like things in the middle of the trampolines... my sons foot got stuck and he ended up with a broken leg 3 years old and what was fun to him quickly turned into a nightmare for all of us... you sign a waiver for a reason. I haven't written a review in YEARS but this was just an annoying experience. My son is 2.5 and he doesn't know how to jump yet. Every other jump place including other sky zone locations let me help my son learn how to jump meaning that I'm on the same trampoline as him. Not this place... they are soooo STRICT I felt like I was back in high school at my super strict religious school. If you have a toddler, I hope you can appreciate the need for a "Yes Place" (a place where you don't have to tell your child "no" every 5 seconds). We'll this place is definitely not that. It's been a constant eye roll as I keep getting told by employees what we're not allowed to do. Welcome to the not so fun jump park, where you and your kids get constantly harassed to strictly adhere to the dozens of rules. Over the past year, this location has continued to worsen in a sense that the employees literally follow you and your kid around the entire time making sure you walk the way they want you to. In our case, it's with a 3 year old. A short one at that. Literally a little dude who wants to do some jumps, play with some blocks and jump in the foam pit. How is it that the most simple of kids who comes here is being told "don't do this, don't do that" several times within an hour. Last night was the last straw for us. The park was nearly empty and the dude had the toddler area to himself the entire time. We managed to get harassed more than a few times. The most comical one was being on my knees and gently passing a beach ball back and forth. Even if your knees are on the boundary of the "zone" entrance you must have socks. On a busy night of course I wouldn't do this but we were alone. This seemed entirely unnecessary, especially when the employee was going into the toddler zone, with shoes on (how about the dang socks!?) to shoo him out. Literally there was no purpose of this, we still had time left. The cherry on top of the evening was him being told he can't "dig" in the foam pit. The dude was having fun, rolling around and throwing some foam blocks around by himself. The foam pit referee managed to make him cry with this and we were out. Didn't stay the full time we paid for. Oh, did I mention the prices have been raised? What used to be $12-15 for a toddler to have an hour is now $24. Congrats Sky Zone, you've ruined what used to be a fun evening activity. Safety is cool but what you're doing is too much. read more

Place is getting increasingly worse with their rules and where the younger kids can play. They are very strict on things that don't matter. To cancel, you have to cancel through email and allow them up to 72 hours to respond. I am not returning here with my kids. read more

Took our three year old grandson here for their "Little Leapers" program. Although we've been to other SkyZone locations and been able to join him with a pass, we were continuously admonished here. There is no sense in paying for an adult pass, because you're never allowed to be close to your own child, even when you're trying to help them and behaving safely. Little kid having trouble getting out of the foam pit? Too bad, you can't go in there to help them. Kid (predictably) comes onto the trampoline you're on? You need to run away or get admonished. I'm not going to do something to jeopardize my own grandchild. Staff should be capable of applying discretion to identify when behavior is dangerous and when it is not. As soon as I realized I had paid for no reason, I asked for a refund which was refused in a dismissive fashion. It was supposed to be fun, but it wasn't. read more

We will not be returning and will make sure to let everyone know, this place is a nightmare. I felt like I was a child being supervised by high-school employees. Worst place ever !!! They maybe be cheaper than other locations but the overall ambiance is not worth it ! We walked in and we're ignored by the staff , and in line waiting and a couple of other customer behind were also upset for the long wait. There were so many staff members just standing there looking at it's all in line and laughing and not one of them confronted her trying to help us. When I went to ask the manger if another worker could help with the line, the manager was very rude to us & did not even acknowledge me and basically just gave me a just go wait back in line response. This location is also very dirty. There was trash near the shoe rack and benches where people takeoff their socks. There were so many wet puddles around the area and although there are a lot of workers supervising, they are very young and when we went couple, kids got injured and yet nothing was done. We normally go to the trampoline, jumping place in Buena Park. It is a little bit pricey, but the staff there is way more accommodating and welcoming. They are very kind and they let children jump with the children in every single jump area and you do not have to pay for socks, or have a wristband , it is much cleaner and friendlier. Please do not come to this location. It's not worth your money or time to be disrespected. We will not be coming here again and the other customers behind us also wrote bad reviews and asked for their money back read more

We visit different trampoline parks for years and I understand all parks don't have the same policies but the staff here are very young and don't have people management skills on how to defuse certain situations. My family and I felt singled out with every move we made. The only bright star here was one of the managers named Rion he was able to defuse everything but again the staff are young. I have attended 1 birthday party here pre-Covid, and 3 birthday parties in 2022. They have managed to keep the facility super clean and properly staffed in each designated section. The workers really are paying attention and will approach you to follow the rules. They have a section where you climb 4-5 steps to dive into a blanket of foam. Well, they make sure you exit the space before allowing another jumper to jump. They monitor the dodgeball area very well and impressed how proper staffing keeps the children safe. My younger child was injured at another trampoline park (not skyzone) in the dodgeball court because no one was working at that section. The birthday rooms are a decent size. If you book a party, you get pizza, water, and juice/ soda/ sports drinks. You're allowed to bring in cake; however, additional foods are $75 for other catered foods. All in all - a great space for kids to try a variety of activities and hang out with friends. read more
