This Christmas marks my one-year anniversary with Slay Me Nails, and this is my honest one-year review. Over the past year, I've received eyebrow waxing, luminary gel fills, and classic pedicures, and the quality has been consistently excellent. The place is always clean, elegant, and well-maintained. Every tech I've encountered has been kind, professional, and welcoming, which really makes a difference. I love the atmosphere -- music and music videos on a big screen give it a fun, relaxing vibe. And now they even offer complimentary cocktails, which is such a nice touch! This is a new amenity, and I'm truly enjoying it The pricing is exactly what you'd expect for top-tier service. As my husband always says, "If you're gonna do it, then just DO IT!" And honestly, it pays to have the best. There's even a tech by the name of Amea... If you know, you know. I've included a photo of last year's Christmas tree, because it perfectly captures the festive, elegant feel of the space during the holidays. After a full year of great experiences, I can confidently say I highly recommend Slay Me Nails. Amy and Christy are both incredible nail techs.Amy is fantastic with pedicures and luminary gel -- I honestly fell in love with this spot because of her Christy is phenomenal with gel nails -- fast, efficient, and always delivers beautiful results. I'm sad I don't recall his name, but the tech with the magnificent pinky nail , he is top-tier with pedicures. His work speaks for itself. And let's not forget the front desk guy, aka "Mr. Cocktail" , he is the sweetest His smile is welcoming and really elevates the experience. Overall, no matter who you get, you'll be pleased with your service. The talent, professionalism, and vibe here are unmatched.

Slay Me Nails is the best!!! They are ALWAYS on time with their appointments and their SERVICE is fantastic! I am conflicted. I only recommend this place because for once, most of the people in there are actually good with nails and can do design. A couple of them are really talented... However, they are expensive!! I asked how much these nails would be (picture) and they quoted me $170!! Lmao. That's why your salons are hardly ever full. It used to be that you walk into a nail salon and it's packed with back to back appts and you had to wait for walk-ins. Now, I only see 2 or 3 people every time I go. Gone are the days when techs were good with nails because it's their job and that was the standard and they didn't price gouge every step of the way. There is no standard with all of these nail salons. Will do a crap job and just take your money but when you go somewhere that's actually good and can do what they're supposed to do, the prices are astronomical. So if you can't do your own nails and you want to splurge then this is the place to go to. It's a shame they think they're better off charging SO MUCH for nails when they would be getting way more customers and way more money if their prices were fair. Thank god I can do my own nails because it's getting ridiculous. And I get it, it costs a more for the extravagant designs and XL nails but not hundreds of dollars. Especially when people do their nails every 2-3 weeks. My guy, you're not saving lives here. You're also not Picasso. You're just painting the tips of my fingers. Also they need to fix their sewer problem. I went in there and I could barely tolerate the smell it was so bad and they're acting like they don't smell anything. Don't get me wrong, it's a pretty salon and I'm glad to finally win the lottery-- I mean, find a place where they do a good job and the people seem nice but with these prices I won't be able to get my nails done on the regular anymore. And I was a weekly kind of girl too. And I'm sorry but if you think it's ok for prices to be this high, you are part of the problem. Charging a little more because product pricing has gone up is one thing but price gouging is another. Designs and fun stuff was always an extra 20-30 bucks. Not 75-100+!! Oh yes, and charging a lot for a pedicure that they still rush through and do a mediocre job with, just as they have always done. GREAT. 3 1/2 stars.

if I could give zero stars, I would I already reviewed on Google because I don't think anybody should be going here if you want good nails my nails are three days old and they're chipping. The layers of gel are coming apart and I've never had that happen to me? They are a horrible shape. I asked for stiletto and they're pretty much round. It was $100 for the most basic design ever and it took 2 1/2 hours for me to get out of there their customer service was rude. It was an overall horrible experience and I left a very disappointed and upset.
Slay Me Nails never disappoints! We went in today to get ready for our 4th of July party and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Winter did my husband's pedicure and, as always, did a fantastic job -- they're clean, detailed, and exactly what he wanted. Amy took care of my mani/pedi and absolutely nailed it (pun intended). The stars, stripes, and bold colors are perfect for the holiday. Both Winter and Amy are incredibly talented, professional, and so fun to work with. Highly recommend Slay Me Nails if you want creative, flawless nails every single time!
They usually do a good job. Lots of price gouging though & one time they cut me pretty badly. They apologized but that's all.

Amy did my acrylic overlay gel fill. Might I say she's perfect. Thank you Amy . The business it's self is a whole vibe , I really enjoyed my experience the man who greeted me on the phone and as I walked in where so kind , so polite. This will definitely be my local nailshop.

Just walked out of the worst pedicure ever. Lady cut my feet beyond belief, didnt use any nail polish remover but went straight to grinding my dry toe nails. didn't clean my cuticles and made a horrible effort in painting my toes after all these mistakes were made. Foot massage? Good luck! Didn't even turn on the water jets. Was so unsatisfied with the elementary pedi that I opted out of the manicure. Off to try another place. read more

I had an appointment yesterday with Amy and I was very disappointed with the customer service and how my nail turned out ugly. The manager reached out to me immediately apologizing and offering to fix my nail. I went today and he gave me Carol to fix it. She was very informative and a good nail tech. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and have been getting my gel x nails done by Kristy for about 2-3 years when she worked close to where I live. I have followed her to Slay Me Nails in Riverside because she does awesome work and I don't want anyone else doing my nails! She always gives me exactly what I want. I always get compliments on my nails when I'm out. My nails last me anywhere from 4-5 weeks. My current set (pic below) is probably my favorite set Kristy has done for me so far, she's fast and efficient but she also takes her time on designs to make sure they are damn near perfect The salon is very clean and welcoming. The staff is very nice. Zelle is a convenient payment option to avoid the service fee with credit card. I love coming to this salon because I know I'll leave happy and with amazing nails. I drove pretty far to try out this nail salon and was a bit disappointed for the price I paid. The guy at the front desk was awesome, very polite and professional. As far as my nails, the nail tech didn't soak my nails or cut my cuticles with the clippers like I wanted, he just shaved my cuticles with the electric sander, which I hate. But that's my fault, I could have said something, but chose not to because he could barely speak English. As soon as I left the salon, I noticed that the Chanel sticker started lifting. I was in the shop for so long (got a manicure and pedi) that I didn't even want to go back in to tell them and have them redo it. I would say my nails look decent, but not worth the price I paid. On day 2, my pinky nail broke! I was so upset Other than that, the nail salon was super cute and clean inside, they played good music and the pedicure chairs were comfortable. If I'm ever in the area, I may go back, but will request a different nail tech. read more

I made a last minute appt and they were able to squeeze me in at 6 pm today. I requested for Kristy as she did my gel-x nails before. She is detail oriented, fast , professional, and always leaves me happy with the outcome as she does a great job!! I liked my experience a lot but I just got my nails done last week and two of the nails have started to chip :( I feel like maybe it's bc they don't cap the free edges? the edges are what i noticed are chipping. or might just be the application. my nails were $70 without tip for french gel but I chose this place because of the cleanliness. read more

We called and made an appointment for the following day and they were quick to get us in. They were also friendly. That's why they get one star. From there it went downhill. We had two manicures and two pedicures. They charge for every little thing. The menu listed one pedicure as $45 with a seven minute massage, however another menu said five minutes. We got gel on our toes and that was $20 extra each. They told my girlfriend, but didn't tell me that part. I also got a gel manicure and showed a picture I wanted with rainbows. The best I got were colored stripes. My nails started peeling 6 days later and the gel on one of my toes came off the next day. My girlfriend's nails look like straight trash. They are lumpy and bumpy and they didn't cleanup her cuticles at all. On her toenails, you can see her nail through the polish and it's not a light color. For all of this we were bamboozled for $275. When I was told the total I almost died, but what could we do at that point. These places have a hold on us and are not that nicest about fixing errors because they argue there are no errors. Obviously we won't be back. read more

I love my birthday nails by MK!!! It was my first time trying gel X (these are short round) and I'm in love with how sturdy they are. They feel so in line with my natural nails and MK did such an amazing job with the cute pink nail design! I highly recommend them as their service was quick and I was helped right away even without an appt. Their place was very clean and had great AC!
