The staff being polite did not tell her to get off speaker phone and put ear buds or headphones on. Which was shocking. It is not in the best area so maybe the ladies were scared to tell her. But it was very hard to relax and enjoy all the money you were spending on your self. Also, I noticed that the towels they use on your legs after they massage you were used. So the area, and noise, and their ability to stop people from speaking on speaker phone is why I say maybe I will Recommend it to other. Heidi is not the problem. During the appointment, I didn't like the lemon design and asked if we could use a sticker instead, but they didn't have one, so I said we could skip the lemon and continue with the rest of the design. After she finished, I asked about the other designs, and she told me she wasn't going to do them because she didn't think I would like them. I was never rude or difficult, so I was disappointed by how I was treated. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this salon and feel others should be aware. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, only to be told that my technician was running an hour late and that I needed to come back later. After returning at the time they asked, I was still left waiting because she was still behind. Once the service finally started, the technician appeared to be rushing through my pedicure. In the process, she cut the side of my big toe badly while working around the nail. The cut was deep enough that it bled excessively, and she was unable to properly stop the bleeding before sending me out. Since the appointment, my toe has become extremely swollen, painful, and appears to be infected. This was not a minor nick it was a serious injury caused by careless and rushed work. What made the experience even worse was that I was still charged for the service despite leaving injured. Poor time management is one thing, but causing a customer physical harm and still charging them is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

Best nail salon, hands-down. Modern, very clean, organized, with very polite and kind staff . I have been going to the salon since it opened and have been with Kristy and Carol since before at their prior shop. I always get gel extensions long with designs. I also get full pedicures, and sometimes just polish change. I've never had my polish lift, bubble, fade, or crack, even when I dropped a metal staple gun on my big toe. My extensions never lift or break despite me being very rough on them, have four kids, and typing chart notes all day. I can go 4 to 5 weeks in between polish change and extension changes. I pay about $135 for a full set of gel X size long, w/design and feet gel polish change and the pricing is perfect. You pay for what you get and they definitely give you that good work. If you're looking to pay any less, then you get what you deserved when you pay that price and I'll be sure to see you crawling through the door begging to pay their price to get it corrected!! first time visiting this nail salon for their grand opening. friendly staff. They are up to date on all nail trends. place was very clean & beautiful. My go to nail tech is Kristy she's awesome i actually followed her from a previous location she's good at what she does & always keeps my nails looking great. I go for something very simple which is luminary gel manicure. My nails have grown healthy and strong since i been going to kristy. overall I loved this new location. book that appointment with Kristy you won't be disappointed. read more

He made me feel completely at ease, explained everything along the way, and turned my nervousness into pure excitement. I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

Also took two hours, I guess it's ok for a nail salon. You can tell that the nail did not break it came off completely. Usually when I get nails they last at LEAST 3 weeks, with no lifting in any nails. I don't use my hands aggressively or harsh, I do my regular everyday tasks. I paid $120, I would normally pay $65-70 for this, sometimes even more of designs for $65-70 - Attached are pictures and also prices for the pedicures. Paid $20 deposit when booking online. You also pay your total before any service is done. Area was right off the freeway, door was closed so the place looks closed and almost abandoned. They do have a bathroom and a separate sink for nails.
