Best pizza if you're craving boardwalk pizza. Their fries are also pretty amazing. But they don't travel well. I don't know what it is- if you eat them there at the place they are amazing, but if you order them via delivery or takeout, they're kinda gross by the time you get home. First off, the customer service was great. The guy at the front counter is an absolute sweetheart! With that being said, the pizza is very bland and incredibly overpriced. I realize it's a gluten-free crust, but that still doesn't constitute charging almost $20 for a small pizza. They definitely need to rethink their pricing! read more

Let me just say, Slice is my new pizza place, I won't order from any where else. I love their online order feature! I have ordered from there about 6 or 7 times now and it has been great everytime! Delivery service is wonderful, the drivers are always so nice! The food is fantastic, I recently tried the Mozzarella Caprese salad and it was amazing!! Beware !!!! Online pricing is wrong n not honored!!!!!!! This was the first time I ordered on recommendation of a neighbor who love their pizza . After looking on line at the menu they list Americano pizza as 9.50 n Margherita pizza for 10.99 . Ok reasonable prices , after ordering was told the total was $30 n change. I call back n asked y the price was different then online n was told that online prices r wrong n that there prices have gone up ! Was told $30 was the price if I wanted the pizza, my husband wanted to try so I ordered the two pizza. After taking a paper menu home with me what I figured out is that they r only listing the price online for a sm personal pizza n not the regular size so u think that the price is for a normal lg pizza NOPE ITS NOT!! NOT IMPRESSED at all very average pizza I would compare it to any of the chain pizza places where I could have gotten the same thing for a lot less money! The only difference between the two pizza was the Margherita had whole basil leaves on top!!! Normally my family would have been fighting over the last slice but I ended up with almost a whole pie left . Will not order again!!! Very disappointed n still hungry !!!!!!! read more

We've been making a weekly visit to Slice as a family for quite some time. The pizza, salads, and other menu items are creative, fresh, and delicious. If you like thin, crispy crust this place is for you. They also have a fantastic gluten free pizza. My son loves that he can make his own pizza; it's BYO which is also great. We always had the same waiter who was quite attentive and good, but he recently left. Our experiences since have us seriously contemplating quitting Slice, which is heartbreaking. The wait staff is absolutely terrible. Horrendous. They are disorganized, inattentive, and slow. They forget items, order the wrong items, and it literally takes forever to have a meal and forget about getting your check without searching for your server. Looking at the feedback here it seems like a consistent theme, so I'm not sure why management isn't listening - the manager (who is possibly the owner) is always on-site when we are there. This review could easily be 5 stars if they improved their service; the food is quality and delicious. But, literally, our experience was so bad last time that my husband and I are questioning whether it's worth going back only to be highly annoyed. I really hope the owner reads this and addresses the staffing issues. If our experience changes I will update this review. read more

While the taste of the pizza I had was good, what I cannot say was so great was their 'toppings' policy. I ordered a large pie. My dinner guest wanted his side plain and I wanted a single topping on my half. I asked the waiter if I could get another topping on my side to make 2 'half' toppings since I'd be paying for a full topping but only using half of it. He checked with someone in the kitchen and then informed me that if I wanted 2 'half' toppings (say extra cheese and pepperoni on only one side of the pie) then it would be a 2 topping charge. I then asked if I could get half the pie with sausage and the same half with the sausage that should be on the other half and he said 'same deal. 2 toppings'. I then ordered it with half sausage and half plain and paid the full one topping charge. Kind of a rip off if you ask me. There didn't seem to be anyone over the age of 20 on site. Not that they were bad, but such a simply request turned into a 'maybe no visit next time' event. What pizza joint does that? read more

First time ordering from Slice, very disappointing. We had salads, this place essentially has only salad and pizza. Salads come in two sizes, the large is more of a meal and is what we ordered. Small size is more of a side salad. I had a Mozzarella Fresco salad is just a standard salad with mozzarella and roasted peppers. The mozza was the tiny little balls of mozza - five of them each cut in half. Roasted pepper on top and piece of bland flat bread that has the taste and consistency of cardboard. My jaw hurt from trying to chew it . The price was over $9. Now, There a dozens of places in Wash Twp that have pizzas, salad and extensive menu's. Oh, and the salads are better and less expensive - I.e. Johnny's Pizza, Randazzo's, etc. I give this place 6-9 months, hope the landlord got a good deposit. I didn't rate it a 1 because the food was fresh, including the 5 little balls of mozzarella on my $9 salad. read more

Very disappointed.. luckily the food is still good. When they first came to the area it was great. The last couple of times we were unsatisfied. Went in for dinner Saturday night and seated amongst dirty tables and messy floors that went unbussed for the majority of our time there. No one in sight over the age of 20 overlooking the restaurant. Our wings did not come out the way they were ordered. The waiter acknowledged that, but served them to us anyway. We kept them, because we were hungry and didn't feel like waiting any longer. There were only 2 other tables seated, but some how they didn't have proper wine glasses to provide us for our wine, stating "this is all we have right now." Forgot the blue cheese for our wings and had to go up front to ask for it. Never offered parmesan cheese or pepper for the pasta dish.. again had to fetch it ourselves. And the waiter never brought the fries we ordered. Had to point that out so that we didn't get charged for it. The food is still good so we will continue to order take out as we have in the past, but the quality of service and overlook appeal of the restaurant are certainly lacking. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there the summer of 2015 and it was wonderful. We were regular customers a couple times a month Management was always present to make sure things were okay. And it was sometimes hard to get a table on the weekends, because they were so busy. Lately it seems like the place is run by a few teenagers and they most definately need some pointers. This could be why we were 1 of 3 tables in the place at prime time on a Saturday evening. Management should definately step up and be present on the weekends to make sure these little problems aren't happening and maybe their restaurant would be full. I've been in the business my whole life so I know what to look out for. One mistake is no big deal, it happens, but start to finish it was one thing after the next. read more
