My brother recommended Smash and Slice for their pizza and burgers and it definitely lived up to the hype! The staff were super friendly and welcoming and the inside was really nice and bright. I've been on a wing kick lately and their plain wings with their house made ranch was *yummm* (they also gave me some house made blue cheese and that was also delicious!) Their fries were really unique and tasted great! They reminded me of the Trader Joe's salt and pepper chips that I loooove, but the fries were 100x better. Hubby got their "Grandma Tony's Way" (without ricotta) and that was amazing, I never had honey on pizza but that's a game changer! I'm sure we'll be back to try their burgers! read more

This spot is my new go to for when I want a really good smash burger. The staff here were really helpful and man they didn't disappoint on presentation and taste. The burger was juicy crispy flavorful the curled up fries were on point. I even ordered their grandmas pizza slices and cookies to go. The pizza was delicious and those cookies were soft chewy and crispy just how I like it my kids enjoyed the pizza and cookies. I'm definitely coming back for more read more

Service is great, food is delicious! Consistency is key and even on our second visit it was just as good as the first! We took our son with us and he's got an appetite but usually can't eat too much at once, he had 2 of the NY pepperoni slices...at first he was saying he might need a box...but he enjoyed it so much he did not stop! We ordered and ate in, but there are a lot of to go orders so it must travel well! We appreciate the freshness of ordering and eating when it's ready, thankfully there is usually some seating...not the best place for large groups but still the option is there to dine in! read more

Just moved to Vegas and have seen a large amount of social media post about this place so we decided to give it a try. I guess we should have gotten a burger because the pizza wasn't anything to rave about. Place is really small, holds about 25 people. We ordered to go and pizza and a salad took longer than I would have expected. Service was great though. Wish them continued success. read more

Love the people and food. Tried their Grandma's pepperoni pizza today and it was very good! Burgers are amazing, love all the customizations! They have monthly specials and I got their BLTA smashburger and it was delicious! Even their Caesar salad is great. Smash sauce is a must. You can taste the fresh ingredients and quality. This spot has the best New York Pizza hands down that I've tried in Vegas. The pizza is thin, the sauce is tangy and the cheese super melty. I typically eat my pizza with ranch but for this pizza I don't need anything with it. The smash burger is also very good. The sauce is tasty and the fries are a fun shape, crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. The people working there are also so sweet! They give you a run down of the menu if you've never been there before and the owner is also around and comes by to check on you. There's a decent amount of seating inside with big TV's to watch some sport games. I've been back a few times now and it never disappoints. read more

Wanted to dine in here but a few things didn't work out so I placed a to go order. Good thing I did not much seating they have 8 4 top tables and it's crammed. The staff was very very friendly they were slammed @3pm on a Sunday they close at 5. As I arrived I ordered a burger thinking it would be done quick while I waited for my pizza, it was the opposite my order was on top of the oven for a while I waited for the burger, my mistake. The burger is very good, thin and crispy yet still somehow juicy. The bun is perfect it's either brioche or potato, super soft but can hold all the goods. Burger was 9.5 outta 10 can't imagine what it's like fresh in the store I ate it when I got home. Pizza, I'm a huge snob to say the least. At first glance it looked like the best pizza I would ever have! Picking it up zero flop and the toppings looked epic bottom nice and golden brown and crunchy. I'm left wanting more however I can't put my finger on it, it's lacking sauce imo and I don't love the mozz they use. They do use char cup pepperoni and I love the ricotta dots (Tony's way) and the basil. The wings were great, 6 wings for $14.99 is wild to me even with today's inflation very overpriced for what you get. My wife loved the Zeppolis she said the small cuts were ideall vs big ones. A great experience at the register while paying and speaking with the cashier they give out free ranch which is nice however it's Kraft or Ken's, make your own it's so easy :( (Owner commented and said they make it, idk it's not good :( I would return for the burgers vs the pizza Overall I would eat here again pizza just seemed dry vs Anna Marie's or Prince street. read more

I stopped in after seeing an add on instagram, I decided on a single and a slice of the grandmas pie with pepperoni on it. I absolutely loved the burger and the fries were so good, I'm not a big fan of fries but I really enjoyed these. The slice was good.. should probably try before closing time was the last of 2 slices before closing so I will try again. I had a burger and pizza of the month and it did not disappoint a bit. The only hard critique is the dough got a lil too much chew (slightly hard for the Detroit style) but the flavor is never to be argued and that smash burger should be in The hall of fame! The burger is the most creative and delicious I've had this year and don't see anyone beating that! This is a must visit if your coming into Vegas and If you haven't been here and live in LV you NOT A REAL FOODIE!!!! read more

First time trying this place, I was in the mood for a burger and saw this kinda new place nearby. Wow, very happy we did. We both had the monthly burger special with fries and a drink. The woman at the counter was very nice and friendly. Didn't take long for the meals to come out. Flavorful burger and the fries were cut differently than normal fries. They had pepper sprinkled on them and they were very good. I definitely recommend checking them out. read more

My daughter likes pizza she also likes the deep dish square I love wings so we were both able to get what we like. He has a variety my daughter got the vodka pizza she loved it. I would really suggest you stop by and enjoy a smash burger beef or chicken pizza and wings. The owner is nice and the atmosphere was welcoming. I will definitely go back again. read more

What a great concept to offer burgers and pizza in one place! As my son put it, they have the best of both worlds. We really enjoyed their burgers, as well as their fried chicken tenders, the sidewinder fries were also delicious. The pizza is tasty, we tried The hot honey pepperoni as well as the vodka chicken Parm. They are very friendly and extremely welcoming here. The service is really what makes it. Place is conveniently down the street from my friend's house and we were craving something light and no meat for dinner. I ordered online & we picked it up about 20 minutes later. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in & the place was packed. Both guy and gal at the counter were very nice and friendly. Now for the review of the food: We were NOT disappointed! I wanted a salad so I chose Caesar (no added meat) & Grandma's Great White because it also did not have meat. I was HOOKED at the first bite! The dollops of ricotta on top took the pizza to the next level. My friend usually isn't thrilled with thin crust (as he's from Chicago & he loves his deep dish), his eyes widened with delight when he took his first bite. I enjoyed the Caesar because the lettuce was shredded and was easier to eat than large pieces. I was contemplating bringing the leftover pizza on the plane back home but we ate the last slices the next day. LOL I can't wait to visit again! read more

Fiiiiireeee. Smash and Slice has been on my radar for a while and let me tell you, it was worth the wait! Everything on the menu sounded amazing so it was definitely hard to choose - the cashier was so nice and friendly and gave us the rundown on the menu and shared her favorites. We started with the baked AND fried wings in the dragon sauce - perfection! Great amount of crisp and the sauce was a sweet chili sauce. Next we got a slice of Grandma Tony's Way - I absolutely loved the thick and crispy crust! The amount of ricotta, pepperoni, and hot honey was perfect too. Ugh still dreaming about it! Last we tried the August special smash burger - it had Monterey Jack, blueberry sriracha aioli, and fried jalapeños. My bf was more excited for this as I'm not too keen on spicy food but it was still flavorful and delicious. We got the sidewinder fries on the side of course, amazing! The restaurant was clean, a bit quiet when we first got there but more people were coming in for dinner time and DoorDash pickups. Some items were a bit pricey but you're definitely getting what you pay for so take my moneyyy lol will definitely be back to try more items! read more

I happened to stumble in on their 1 year anniversary celebration, so I got some freebies that allowed me to sample their wares. I had the smashburger and fries. The burger was really tasty, but I really loved the fries. They have a spiral cut to them, which is cool. They were perfectly cooked, and the seasoning they put on them must have been some sort of blend because it was so good. It was a unique spin on fries that sets them apart from other burger joints. I got a slice of pepperoni "NY style" with my purchase and it was a solid slice. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Then there was this blueberry dessert pizza creation that was also really good. It was a good find for me since I'm not always in that area of town. I look forward to coming back. read more

I usually don't leave bad reviews but I went to this place yesterday and was disappointed, the pizza slices are warmed up not fresh pizza cheese was dry onion rings was pure batter and burnt didn't have a taste like onion rings more crunchier that funions without the onion taste they only serve soda in a can with Vegas heat that soda got hot quick mind you I dined in. This is a real temptation being in front of a gym. And the burgers are soooo good! Juicy and so well seasoned. The fries were interesting too! Like a thick curly fry. The pizza was a 5/5. I thought the rectangle with 8 slices would not be enough for three big eaters but we have 2 slices left and we are all stuffed. It's the toppings, yes. But also the crust. I was given a brief 20 minute wait time-- which was cut short nearly immediately when a wonderful host expressed that our deep oak, firmly planted, chocolatey brown table with our plush, blue leather seats was ready. Anyway. We sat down. The menu cover was incredible. A fresh, leather cover with brief, punctual text. Anyway. I ordered Gordon Ramsay's Southwestern Burger with just fries. Wow. Anyway. When it first came out, I saw it. The appealingly freshly toasted bun with freshly picked produce from the plentiful garden and freshly butchered and cooked beef. This was all alleged, however. Anyway. I took a bite. Then it hit me. When I was a young boy, I was playing outside in the garden. Suddenly, a vicious dog--foreshadowing the fierce streets of Las Vegas Blvd S--came upon me and began to snarl and bark at me. Scared for my life, I retreated to the beautiful, tall, lush, old, grand, plush, velvety, deep green tree that was in our yard. I began to climb the tree, which was easily 50 feet tall. As an inexperienced climber at this point-- on the sunny, bright blue day that dawned over me at the infant young age of 7, I was unable to successfully climb the tree. Anyway. I fell down the fifty feet and landed promptly in front of the vicious dog. Crying, I ran inside. At this point, I saw it. The beautifully crafted, plush cheeseburger that was wonderfully and expertly crafted by my mother. First, I tasted the freshly baked bread, I could taste the kneading that went into combining the freshly milled flour--from wheat at my best friend's field-- combined with the freshly filtered water, filtered from the town's local water tower (which my best friend's father's coworker single-handedly built upon settlement of our town.. but let's not stray from the topic.) and lastly, the freshly ground cave salt from the local mine shaft, managed by my sister's best friend's dog sitter, who was quite the fellow. Anyway. I then tasted the produce, freshly grown from my mother's garden. Fertilized by fresh organic waste and seasoned daily with fresh herbs and spices that came from my local farmers market--which occurs once every spring on the second Thursday. Anyway. The beefy patty-- which came from my childhood cow, who was raised for a proximal 40 years before he liberally passed away on the plush, green field in our very own back yard. Anyway. Back to the restaurant. I vividly tasted those very delicious hints that I just expressed. The freshly baked seaseme seed bun-- the fresh, perfectly sweet vegetables (with a special mention for the lettuce, which was the softest, most delightful--absent of cyclospora-- lettuce I had ever tasted). First time trying Smash and Slice and I totally get the hype now. I've been on a mission lately to try as many smash burgers in Vegas as possible to figure out who actually has the BEST one in the city... and honestly? Their double smash burger is currently sitting at #1 for me. Absolute 10/10. I will be going back for it over and over again. The bread was phenomenal, the patties had that perfect crispy smash burger texture, BUT what really stood out to me was that it still tasted super meaty. I feel like a lot of smash burger spots rely too much on sauce and toppings and you lose that rich beef flavor underneath everything. Not here. You still get that satisfying, juicy, beefy bite while having all the crispy edges and flavor balance. The combination of everything was insanely good. The fries were also fantastic. Crispy, flavorful, and honestly one of the better fry sides I've had in a while. The restaurant itself was clean, staff was really friendly, and the pricing honestly surprised me in a good way. I personally got the double smash burger and a pizza slice because I was trying to portion control a little, but my friend got a single smash burger, the same pizza slice, fries, and a drink for like $19 and change, which is a really solid deal. For my slice, I got Grandma's Tony's Way which comes with cup-and-char pepperoni, pizza sauce, mozzarella, honey ricotta florets, and hot honey drizzle. I thought the flavor combination was good and I liked how crispy it was, but if I'm being fair, it was a little underwhelming for me overall because it was VERY greasy. I'm definitely not writing the pizza off though -- I'd honestly like to go back and try a full pie or some different slices before fully judging it off one experience. Best smashburgers I've ever had anywhere in the U.S., and I regularly travel around the country to go to new restaurants all the time, having visited 49 states multiple times each so far, I just haven't been to Maine yet. Their rectangular pizzas are also really really good but are a bit different than anything I've had before. It most closely resembles pizza from Detroit but it is flatter and the crust is more crispy. The spiral cut fries are also very good and not overly salty, unlike 99% of other restaurants that always over salt everything. Even though I've been there 5 times and the first 3 times my orders were wrong, I'm still giving them a perfect 5.0 rating because the burgers and service were always incredible. EVERYONE should try the smashburgers at this place at least once, because I highly doubt you'll find a better one anywhere else. Long story short. We ordered a pizza through a third party delivery service and the delivery service showed up right after I placed the order and refused to wait for them to make it. Tony made right by me and called me to let me know what was happening. He also ensured they completely refunded my order through the third party and when I chose to go down and get it myself , he made me fresh pies and gave me a discount he most definitely didn't need to for the inconvenience and was so nice about it! Stopped by Smash and Slice for the first time and had a really great experience. It's a smaller spot, but it has a cool, laid-back vibe that makes it feel welcoming. We ordered the sausage pizza, and it was really good--great flavor, cooked perfectly, and definitely something I'd order again. The service was honestly one of the best parts. Everyone was super friendly, checked in on us, and made us feel taken care of without being over the top. I also loved the music they had playing. The Grandma's Tony's Way Pizza had the perfect crispy cheesy bite, while the Grandma's Vodka Chicken Parm Pizza was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. Smash and Slice is a must-visit! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and Tony, the owner, was super friendly. You can tell he really cares about his customers. I had the smashburger, and it was hands down the best I've had--way better than the one at With Love Always. The crispy edges and juicy patty were perfection. My mom ordered the chicken tenders and said they were really good, but for me, the burger and fries stole the show. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Five-Star Experience at Smash Slice! Smash Slice is an absolute gem! The place is spotless, and the customer service is top-tier--warm, friendly, and welcoming. I'm not sure if it's family-owned, but it definitely has that cozy, personal touch that makes you feel right at home. My husband and I stopped in for lunch and were so impressed. Quality was absalutely horrible. I Iunderstand the Too good to go app is a discounted service but the food was not edible, the dough literally punctured my gums, the taste was charred, I should have taken pictures of the bottom it was all black. For 3 small square pieces I've been to other establishments with about same price for two slice lunch specials. They had the audacity to try to exchange for even worst stale pieces I'm offended with the gesture and they should be ashamed. read more

Small shop located in the mini mall next to a grocery store. Has no vegetable pizza on the menu like every other pizza place in the world. Apparently making veggie pizzas run against their moral fiber. They will make one that is half as good as Domino's veggie pizza for three times the price. read more

I do not give out five stars easily. Four stars is usually where I stop, because to me, five stars…read moremeans something genuinely stood out beyond just having good food and decent service. This was a five-star experience. I came here with a friend who had apparently been following this place on social media for a while, and my first question was basically, "Why have you never told me about this place?" Because if I had known about it sooner, I probably would have been coming here already. The restaurant itself immediately won me over. It is small, quirky, colorful, intimate, and has that feeling of walking into somebody's neighborhood spot rather than another cookie-cutter restaurant. Everything was incredibly clean. The dining room was well kept, the restroom was spotless, and because the kitchen is partially visible, I happened to get a look while walking by. Same story back there: clean, organized, and clearly cared for. Then there was Robert. I seriously wish more servers approached hospitality the way this man does. His personality, menu knowledge, energy, timing, and ability to move throughout the restaurant were outstanding. He could be talking to another table, explaining a special, and still somehow know exactly what was happening at ours. Nothing about him felt rehearsed or transactional. It felt like he genuinely enjoyed taking care of people. My friend and I shared the Not Yo Mama's Grilled Cheese with cheddar, brisket, bacon jam, grilled tomato, sautéed kale, and chipotle ranch. Listen. This sandwich disappeared. The bread was beautifully toasted without being greasy, the brisket had substance, the bacon jam brought sweetness, and the kale, tomato, cheddar, and chipotle ranch somehow kept everything balanced. There was a lot happening in that sandwich, but nothing fought for attention. It just worked. Then came the Ube Horchata made with ube-flavored coconut milk, almond milk, rice milk, and ube whipped cream. I added an espresso shot. Whoever decided ube, horchata, and espresso needed to become friends deserves a conversation. Creamy, slightly nutty, lightly sweet, with the espresso cutting through everything perfectly. That will probably become my regular drink whenever I come back. Now, the Crab Omelette special. This came with blue crab, mozzarella, sautéed spinach, cherry heirloom tomatoes, three eggs, hash browns, and honey mustard on the side. The eggs were incredibly fluffy, and there was a generous amount of crab throughout it. But the honey mustard had me confused. Honey mustard with a crab omelette? Why? Then I tried it. Everything made sense. I am telling you, the combination stopped tasting like an omelette and started tasting like a crab cake. The crab, fluffy egg, cheese, vegetables, and honey mustard somehow turned into this sweet, tangy, slightly acidic combination that reminded me of a crab cake with remoulade. I kept going back to it thinking, "There is no way this should work this well." It did. The hash browns were fine, they just happened to be sitting next to an omelette that completely stole the show. Then Robert casually came by and asked if we wanted to sample their bacon butter. Absolutely. I spread it across the toast, took a bite, and immediately thought, "What is happening in this kitchen?" Creamy, savory, smoky, and loaded with bacon flavor. I would come back for the bacon butter alone. That actually brings me to what impressed me most about this place: you can taste when somebody cares. Restaurants love phrases like "made with love" or "cooked from the heart," but most of the time that is marketing. Here, I actually tasted it. The sandwich tasted intentional. The omelette tasted intentional. The Ube Horchata tasted intentional. Even something as simple as butter had personality. I also paid attention to the staff. They were busy, but nobody looked miserable or irritated to be there. People were communicating, moving with purpose, and still creating a warm atmosphere. That energy transfers into the dining room whether restaurants realize it or not. Between the kitchen and Robert taking care of us, this felt less like going somewhere for breakfast and more like somebody invited us over and decided they were going to feed us properly. That is rare. Robert, thank you for taking such great care of us. Your knowledge, personality, hospitality, and ability to make two first-time customers feel like regulars absolutely mattered. And whoever was cooking that day, chef's kiss. I live on the other side of town and I do not care. I will make the drive. If you have been thinking about trying this place, go. Food is subjective, but I will happily stake my reputation on this one. Five stars, earned.
