The beans are charro beans (I think) that are served steaming hot with some pork trimmings mixed in; I may have dipped my sandwich in it a couple times for flavor explosion. What can I say, I'm adventurous! There's some ferrari memorabilia and posters on the right side where some of the high top seating is. As a Ferrari F1 fan, I appreciate them displaying this here along with the track map of the COTA circuit in Austin. The poke/ceviche also sounded good on paper but when we walked by (maybe around 1.5-2 hours before closing), the quality of the raw fish didn't look too great and was a little discolored so we passed. I've only had a handful of their sandwiches (and some may say that a handful is enough) but I'm determined to make my way through their substantial menu. Each sandwich comes with a heaping helping of whatever it is that it's comprised of at a fair price.
