This place wasn't quite what I expected, but it was pretty decent overall. Service was good and quick! Food was tasty, but I would have preferred slightly bigger portions.. Best thing I had was the soul roll and sweet potato crunch. Wings sauce (hot honey lemon pepper) was great! Collard greens and baked beans needed more seasoning/flavor.

Amazing food! My family and I tried a bit of everything. It all tasted wonderful! The owner came by and greeted us. Super nice! Can't wait to go back for a visit to SC, we will definitely be back!

Delicious bbq (ribs are off the chain), sides and desserts. Everything is made with love and attention to taste! The Mac n cheese alone is worth our 1.5 hr drive from Braselton.

This is what is shown on their website.

Food was very good, would eat here again. However, the burnt ends aren't burnt ends. They're chopped brisket with sauce - clarified with the staff and showed the picture they have one their menu which is different from what is served. It was the least favorite thing we ordered. The sweet potato crunch was delicious, as was the mac and cheese. The sliced brisket was moist and tender. We ended the meal with the peach cobbler and it was runny and undercooked. Would not order it again.

very good food, esp brisket and soul roll. very tasty bbq sauces you can add at your table. very friendly service. my ONLY complaint is that my complete meal didn't all come out at the same time. i.e., got brisket and my side, but by the time the soul roll came out of the fryer (oven?), my brisket was cold. (crying emoji) still recommend though.

    Best BBQ in town

Great food! Great service! So glad I stopped by for the best BBQ in town! They have many options for those who love BBQ but not pork. You won't be disappointed.

Upon entry, everything looked good she brought us to the table. The first thing I noticed is the booth backside has some weird buttons that are broken and half hanging out of the seat which caught my shirt then we were agreed by a waitress who had absolutely no personality whatsoever. Because we were working all of us went to the restrooms to wash up. The restroom is old. The stall door does not lock properly, and I felt like it was just dingy and somewhat not lit properly and dirty. I ordered the baby club with onion rings my friend ordered the turkey plate with dressing. My baby turkey club was OK. It taste good but I wouldn't say it was exceptional. It was just average. I upgraded and paid extra for onion rings because I absolutely love onion rings however, I was very much disappointed in the onion Rings. First of all the coding on the onion rings is super thick and heavy when they were served to me the onion rings were cold with that thick layer of cornmeal. They were very tough and unappealing absolutely no flavor. You could barely taste the onion so then I decided to peel off all of the breading and try the onion within, and it was a fresh onion very sweet very good, but I was very disappointed. Lastly, my dish came with coleslaw. This to me was the absolute best coleslaw. I've had Don't a while and it was the hit of my dish and I absolutely loved it my partner at lunch. He liked his turkey with dressing meal. He said it was good but it wasn't fabulous or anything. It was just as he says it is what it is. I don't know that I'll go back. The only thing I may decide to do is if they serve breakfast, I may try them as a breakfast place and see if they do better.

Their Cheesesteaks are superb either way; "Wid or wideout". Now, if they could just get Frank's soda (black cherry .... Mmmmmm). I tried their hoagie one time and I wasn't super crazy about it. Could've been an off day. One problem with parking at their place in the Silos, it is very limited and neighboring shops are not too friendly to non customers using their parking.

Inky's Philly Cheesesteak in Easley, SC, delivers a fantastic take on a regional favorite…read more Located at the base of The Silos--where several food trucks ply their specialties--Inky's stands out as a spacious, comfortable spot with large booths that invite you to settle in... and maybe stay a while. High ceiling, lots of wood paneling, very vintage while still feeling up to date. The menu includes burgers, deli-style hoagies, and salads, but let's be honest: the cheesesteak is why you showed up--and it's good enough to keep you coming back. There's some real history behind the name. Albert "Inky" Harris ran the first cheesesteak and hoagie shop in Philadelphia back in the 1940s, and the current grandchildren owners carry that legacy forward. Whether every detail has been perfectly preserved or lovingly remembered, one thing is certain: they source their white American cheese from Philly, and the result feels authentic. And that makes all the difference. The fresh-baked Liscio's rolls are huge--soft and warm on the inside, with a firm, crusty on the outside. Like me... on a good day. Inside, finely chopped steak, peppers, onions, and that perfectly melted white American cheese are blended together, so every bite delivers a balanced, satisfying hit of flavor. No "all onions in one bite, no meat in the next" surprises--just consistent harmony. And the star of the show? Certified Angus ribeye. No shortcuts. No skimping. No regrets. Sandwiches come in 7", 12", or the "I wish I was still in college" 18" option--because sometimes restraint is overrated. My wife and I split the Colossal. The meals are served on trendy paper-toppped metsl trays. The staff and management go out of their way to make you feel welcome and walk you through all the options. Sides round out the experience with plenty of choices: fries, tater tots, onion rings, pasta salad, fried mushrooms (hello, childhood), and a standout option--house-made chips, sliced and fried fresh and disappearing faster than your willpower. Bottom line: If you're craving a true Philly-style cheesesteak without leaving the Upstate, Inky's is absolutely worth the stop. Just don't plan on eating light... or sharing.
